This hotel is filthy and in desperate need of renovations. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The sheets were torn in multiple places. We didn't walk around without shoes on and left without showering. I wouldn't bathe my kids in the tub.

Reserved 1 bedroom suite(#200) upon arrival was informed manager is living in the room now and would be converting to Holiday Inn soon. Room 200 is nice if your able to get it! Maybe next time! At least Applebee's is next door.

Parking lot was sketchy. we questioned our choice right away. But, because we couldn't get a refund, we stayed. It ended up being ok for just a quick night's sleep. It was convenient that Applebee's was next door and we had an early breakfast at the hotel. Overall, we gave it a 3.

Hotel has a bit of wear on it from its best day, but for the price we thought it was okay, and we would stay there again. For some reason we were given a handicap room which we did not request. There was a built in bench in the small shower that didn't lift up, so it made showering very difficult. Breakfast was good, though arriving a little after 8:00 the gravy for the biscuits was near empty, and there seemed to be no thought given to refill it. On that, there was still a nice variety of other things to eat. We thought the hotel staff was very nice.

Got a great price for the area. On arrival the parking lot is a disaster. Entering the lobby it was clean and appealing. Check in was a breeze and off to the third floor and our room! Getting off the elevater the smell was awful. Fortunately the room was great and oder free. Microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Overall I'd stay again because the room was about $50 cheaper than the local competition.

Mold above the shower, big noticeable holes in the walls where pictures were removed, stained carpet, stained chairs, let over hairs and dirt inside the top of the faucet handle to bathroom sink where it’s HC cap is missing. (See pictures). Will definitely be staying somewhere else in the future.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast they need to improve their food. Just waffle and cereal not enough.

My husband forgot our shampoo, conditioner and body soap. It was all brand new and barely used. He went back 2 hours after checking they refused to give it to him. I went the next day and they pretended not to know anything and made promises to speak with housekeeping and would call me when they located it. It was a lie and they never called back!!

We reserved two rooms for one night - guaranteed for late arrival knowing we were driving in from Denver. Arrived at 1am and they only had one room available. I showed the clerk my reservation guarantees and he said "I don't care, you booked with Expedia." We left and made other accommodations. I have requested a full refund from Hotels.com... still pending.

The first room we were assigned, the sheets were dirty, had dried body fluids on them & dirt between the sheets, down by the feet area!! Brought this to the clerks attention, we were assigen a different room

The front desk knew that the rooms on the first floor had bed bugs and put us down there anyway. And when we told them that we needed a little more time to leave they said no because the house keepers needed to clean it now because they won’t work past one o'clock

Price was OK for the property. Parking lot could use some repairs. 1st room didn’t have a fridge. The clerk at the front desk was courteous & gave us a room with a fridge.

I like this hotel but it is time to fix damaged things and update a little. Pool was cold. Couldn't swim. Cleanliness needs attention a little bit more. Parking lot needs repaired. Too many pot holes. This was a nice hotel 2 years ago but has went down hill a bit.

I don't really understand where the stellar rating and good reviews came from! I feel duped. The hotel looked a mess outside, was iffy inside, every ice machine was out of order, we never had wifi for a single minute of our stay! The girl at the desk was nice enough, but clearly helpless to combat the obvious problems her clients were coming to her with. They don't cover their mattresses , but thankfully I found no bedbugs here. Just such a disappointment - never again

Older Hotel the picture of the rooms online were correct for the bed which was comfortable. The room itself carpet and chair and the ottoman were worn out and stained, the shower had no vent fan and the knob on bathtub needed replacing. Room smelled musty. I prepaid and it was late when We got there so Rather than lose the money we stayed. Like I said the Bed was comfortable and clean.

There was a thick layer of dust on many items; such as the hair dryer, all the outlets, the mirrors, and lamps, and curtains. The bathroom smelled of mildew and had a large water stain on the ceiling as well as peeling wallpaper, the shower curtain was stained and smelly. The hair and ottoman were stained as well. I would have stayed somewhere else whoever there were no other hotels available for the dates I needed.
There are no ice machines in the hotel or coffee makers in the rooms, the hair dryer did not work. Also even if you ask for housekeeping to not come into your room they still come in and do an inventory to make sure a certain list of items on the back of the door have not been stolen.

The first room at blood in the bathroom, the second room carpet and chair was stained and filthy. The pool was under 70 so cold you couldn’t get in it. Hot tub was not working. The parking lot was full off potholes
