The outlets was coming out of the wall and the facily laundry was broken.

The room was clean but very small, especially the bathroom. The microwave was in poor condition (missing dials). It was not very quiet. We could hear the guy in the next room’s snoring.

The owners who I assumed was a very nice couple n was very easy no hassle checking in n out. Now the room n maybe due to getting a smoking room was okay at 1st sight for the price, but after coming in n to settle ourselves front the drive started looking for another hotel in the area unfortunately all booked up. Bedding u could tell was very old but who puts sheets back on a bed in hotel with holes n it just needs more than what they r putting into it. Unless very in need of cheap hotel never again. N the lady I spoke with at the front desk I'm very sorry I was lovely n our conversation but maybe should move on from this place.

The shower temperature control was broken. The hide a bed/couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. There was a table with 1 chair and the table had issues. Had to ask for a coffeemaker. No breakfast as advertised.

Not pleasant. Clean, but had cockroaches. Price discrepancy on the pet policies. Shabby and poorly maintained. Outlet broken and taped. The staff did work with us to rectify the pet charges.

There was no shower in the room. The address doesn't work in Google maps. They couldn't find the reservation for half an hour, even though it was booked a week earlier.

Heater was not plugged in. Room very cold. Took over 4 hours to get warm. Toilet seat was icy cold to sit on and floor too cold to stand on in the bathroom!

The air conditioning only worked part of the time. Thus room was fairly warm. The TV had a loose HDMI cord that had to t3nd to several times. After flushing the toilet it had a load screeching noise. The lady on duty was very pleasant.

The floor was sticky and needed to be mopped. There was a puddle of beer in the bottom of the refrigerator. It smelled like a dog had peed in the room. We found dead fleas on the furniture.

Overall the hotel looked run-down and neglected. Our family was majorly disappointed to find the outdoor pool closed. Our room wasn’t ready until several hours after the advertised check-in time. Breakfast wasn’t worth mentioning (3 cereals, coffee, milk, and orange juice). Rooms were tight with furniture. Bathroom very tiny.

It served our needs for a place to stay on our cross country trip. The room lacked some basic things like towel racks by the sink, obvious that pictures used to hang on the now-bare walls. Continental breakfast was advertised, yet it consisted only of stale cereal and milk - juices were empty, and not even the typical option of muffins, etc.

They would not let us pay with a different bank card that caused issues. All other facilities let us. We could not get on the wifi and couldnt figure out the shower

The room door was hard to open, the beds were like trampolines and very uncomfortable, the bathroom was very small. All night long you coukd hear people reving car engines and squealing tires and being loud
