Comfy stay. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe. The hotel offered a breakfast but I slept in and missed it. The parking lot is gated.

Staff were great. Unfortunately mold in bathroom quite heavily, ants in bedroom and for the price not ideal. Needs a lot of upkeep. Bed comfortable and staff very nice trying to do best and make stay comfortable.

The hotel is nice. I think they could’ve kept the rooms a little bit cleaner. There was ants in our room and it looked like the bedsheets had hair on them . And it seem like they didn’t vacuum the room it was all right

My family and I reserved 5 rooms; 4 of them had ants crawling in the bathroom. The first night, both my sister and I had to change rooms due to Her A/C was not working and My room had ants crawling on my bed. We went out that day and when we came back at night, my sister’s bathroom had a colony of ants traveling from the top of the bathroom mirror trailing down to the trashcan by the toilet. She was moved to a different room but still had some ants in the bathroom. I hadn’t noticed any in my new room until the next morning when I went into my luggage. (It was left open from the day before) there were ants crawling in my luggage. I called the front desk to inform them and was told they will send maintenance up to look and change my room. Maintenance came and confirmed that there were indeed ants all over. I agreed to change rooms but requested the ants in my luggage get addressed. I was advised to fluff my belongings and nothing can be done. I asked about in house laundering services and I was told that this is nature and it happens and that I would need to pay for it myself if I wanted to utilize their washer and dryer. I asked to talk to a manager, I was told that he won’t call me because he’s out buying stuff for the hotel. I left my number with the front desk for manager to call. When I moved to my new room, I can smell the fumes of ant pesticide sprayed and was later given $6 to clean my clothes. The manager, Fernando L. never called me thus my request. Do not stay here!

Solid hotel at a good rate. Rooms are large (we had our family of four with two teenagers in a double queen room) and accommodating. Parking was easy and only $5 a day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty typical of an included continental breakfast. Overall, would stay again—especially for the rate.

Check in was good and person upfront was courteous. The room seemed as it was half cleaned before our arrival. One towel only available so I had to go downstairs midnight for more. We did not have a chance to try their breakfast. The next day when we came back from Disneyland, we noticed an infestation of ants all over the room. They were coming from the bathroom. I’m going all the way to the coffee station and microwave station we cannot have food in the room whatsoever. We also noticed that the room had its trash cans emptied. And we had two new towels, but whoever came into a room did not take the time to make the bed. We had ants all over the bed as well so the second night was not pleasant. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS IT IS YOUR LAST OPTION.

Like always this hotel goes above and beyond for meeting guest’s expectations I’ve never have had any issues and have been coming back each time since 2018. Great customer service from front desk and all the housekeeping as well as the pool maintenance guy they make us feel like if we were to be family so we consider this place our home away from home.

Disappointed with our stay. Very outdated and dirty. It appeared as though house keeping came into our room only to give us new towels… vibe of the hotel was creepy and unclean.

Can't beat the $5 dollar a night parking. Hotel is showing its age but overall it was good.

No daily house keeping for reasons: 'for my safety...'.?!?!?! You need to call the front desk for towel, toilets paper, soaps, or empty the trash - A little inconvenient. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable, and the staffs were friendly.

I didn't feel it was necessary to be charged $5/ night extra for parking.

The shower head should be replaced or descale. The lighting should be a little bit brighter.

The room was good, seems updated. The restroom in the room I stayed definitely needs some love and cleaning. The toilet had some dark stains and there were ants in the tub both days. What made this stay particularly not great, was when there were folks just outside the pool who were very loud. I first called the desk after 11pm and when at 1am they were still out there being super loud I went down to the desk to ask the person at the desk to please do something. I was told they don't have a policy/quiet time for that location so there was nothing he could really do. He asked them to keep it down. A little later I called again because they were back at it. Please create/post quite time because the whole point of getting a room is to sleep and if your lack of policy doesn't allow for that, you should let folks know so they can book elsewhere where they can sleep. This was not my first time staying here and this was the first time I had this issue with the noise.

Everything was great except the pool had hair balls in it and around the pool. I told front desk and next day went to pool- there were hair ties around pool

The check in took too long, and we were finally able to get our rooms after one hour.

No plugs cant play any video games. Doors wouldn't shut. Horrible breakfast
