This is my third time staying at this hotel and they never disappoint. The staff there are welcoming and easy to strike a conversation with them. The rooms are always serviced when requested. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach which you can get to by crossing the street and walking up the block. There are lots of options to grab a bite, especially Primo Cafe which is next door and open late. I would recommend my friends and anyone to stay here.

We love Circa 39. We often go to that hotel when we travel to Miami. It's great, awesome location and friendly staff. Very clean and really good service.

By the time I left I paid three times for the room. The staff was not willing/capable to return my overpayment which they caused on site, during my stay. Never experienced such a clueless staff and management.

I booked the room at this hotel based on reviews. When I got there, I was really disappointed. The first room was smelly, the bathroom door was keep opening. They moved ou to a different room. The toilet overflowed and I needed to ask 3 times for someone to come to clean the floor bathroom. We went to have some breakfast and we waited 45 minutes. Next to us is was a Spanish family that had a special treatment… the food came in 10 min, they had water .without asking…and more. Overall the service was poor, except the guy that did the check in… he was very nice . I was disappointed and I will never book a room at this hotel again.

The staff was amazing when we arrived. The other hotel we booked prior to the 10 hour drive to Miami beach cancelled on us last minute. Therefore, we didn't have a place to stay. This popped up as available on the day we arrived, and the staff was wonderful! Thank goodness they were as great as they were, as we were on our last leg with all that travel. I highly recommend!

Wonderful little hotel with all the conveniences in or nearby and lots of charm. Easy to get to beach and once there, chairs and umbrellas await. I enjoyed a nice pool day, too.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 days before our cruise and someone came into our room while we were viewing the city and stole 3 of my diamond ring that was left in my luggage! I called the hotel and no one seemed to care about my rings being stolen. I have left messages for housekeeping manager but no return calls! I would not stay here anymore bc they also make you sign a disclaimer stating that they are not responsible for your items if stolen! If you’re not from the area please keep all your valuable item with you!!

Feel that I should have been warned about lack of parking. Rate for overnight parking near the hotel was $238…OVER $100 more than the room!!

Nice hotel and close to the beach. Nice staff and they let us check in early at no cost. The outdoor facilities like the pool and garden look run down in real life compared to the pictures. One day we couldn’t even get a spot at the pool. The beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach are convenient but very uncomfortable. Good location where you can catch the free trolly. Bon bouquet cafe is a great restaurant a minute walk away for breakfast.

So after a very frustrating time at the airport we arrived at Circa 39. It’s a very traffic congested area. There’s a lot of construction and if you’re staying the night do not park in the expensive lot across the street. Ask the front desk for the directions to the garage across the bridge. It’s .3 of a mile. Very easy to walk to. Drop your things off and park in the loading area then take your vehicle and park in the garage for only $8 a night. In the morning when you’re leaving go get your vehicle and park it on the street and pay around $6 for 3 hours and it’ll be close by for when you’re departing. Easy Uber service to the lower south beach area. Don’t eat dinner at the hotel just take the Uber to the busy part and there are a ton of beautiful restaurants. Everything is expensive so don’t bother trying to save money on dining.

The hotel is cute clean BUT made of paper walls. You can hear everything your neighborhood says or do. The walking on the top floor. Also the first morning at 8:45am the people that works at the hotel were talking singing so loud wake up is all. Front desk no friendly. The restaurant even though has few good reviews it’s bad, the meat in the burger was not eatable. We were before this hotel in one much cheaper and was great.

It was nice how close to the beach it is. On the other hand I couldn't sleep, unfortunately the people above us was very loud. Some of the staff members were very nice and others were rude, we asked for a cup with ice and were given a carton cup for coffee, we were told the clear cups with ice were only given if you purchased a drink, with all the money we spent to stay at the place I found thay ridiculous.

The feel when you walk in the door is amazing. It smelled so good as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was just an all around wonderful trip. I will definitely be going back.

I really liked this hotel! It was close to the beach, away from crowds in south beach, and the staff/service was great. The 1hr bike rentals were nice and the chair/umbrella rentals were good too. Just keep in mind there is a required $45/day resort fee. I understand that it helps with some of these services but I wish it that was better advertised because it surprised me when I arrived.

We had a corner room with lots of windows, which was great but there were no drapes to block the light so we were up at dawn. Also no real thought was put into charging electronics. We had to plug our stuff in all over the place
