Nice, clean hotel for the price. Convenient location. Pet friendly. Okay experience overall but be aware of unauthorized charges to credit card. The $100 pet incidental deposit that I was told would be refunded morning of check-out was NOT refunded. I tried to get ahold of hotel to dispute but was unable to get ahold of someone after calling several times and ultimately had to dispute with credit card company. We stayed one night and only used the room to sleep, you wouldn't have been able to tell an animal was even in the room. Absolutely no reason for deposit to have not been refunded.

It’s a very cheap motel. We paid $177 for the night, which is outrageous for what it is. A/C and heat was off the wall unit, no central air. The heater was super loud. Beds are hard and pillows are flat and hard. We spent almost $100 just on pillows and a blanket the next day in hopes we could sleep the next night.

The food was disgusting (the juice had actual chunks in it-- and the other food seemed stale). The room seemed very worn. I would have never booked this hotel if I had known.

Wow we didn’t expect a very big room . King bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. We loved the freezer was separated from the fridge and it held all of our freezer stuff. Lots of room. Two tv’s was nice. Just comfy. The gentleman at the from was very friendly and wonderful. We can’t wait to stay there again!!

This hotel might have been the dirtiest, nastiest, overall worst place I’ve ever stayed. The staff was super rude and the “breakfast” was granola bars and raw eggs that said do not cook in microwave with no other way to cook them provided. I would give it 0 stars if that was possible

Hotel was fine. Myself and son were discussing whether to stay an extra day, when the gentlemen housekeeper came to the door and told us "if we hadn't paid for anothervday we needed to GET OUT !" As i was currently in the bathroom, my son told him we were talking about it at the time (11:05 am) and he again told us we needed to GET OUT! Sooooo, needless to say, he made our decision for us. Front desk didn't seem to concerned about the attitude.

This is a top notch hotel with state of the art facilities. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is provided and includes sausage or ham and egg sandwiches, waffles cereal, fruit, juice, etc. They offer a wonderful breakfast. You will not be disappointed staying here.

They gave us a free upgrade so that we could keep a eye on our truck. We were on our way to the 84th Sturgis Motorcycle run and had loaded our Harley into the bed of our truck.

This was a no frills but very practical and affordable stay. The front office staff were very kind and polite. Our room had a tear on the ceiling, like if the paint were peeling. During our 3 night stay they only took the trash out once and the bed was never made. Could not tell if they cleaned the bathroom. No bed bugs or pests of any kind so maybe they just deep clean after every guest. Would stay here again because it is cheap and relatively clean.

Bill was so helpful and a delight to talk to. He made sure we were satisfied with our room and gave us some great tips on where to eat and sites to take in. I would stay here again for sure

This was just an overnight stop for us. Worked OK but not a motel for a long stay. The room was very dated and the sheets and towels were old and worn.
The staff was very nice and helpful. We left very early in the morning and didn't try the breakfast.

Room smelled like pee, they did newly remodel the rooms, but it is very dim in the room. No light fixture above sink. Towels were dingy looking. Was not in the room very much so manageable.

Front desk lady was super rude! She even cursed because I asked if they had an elevator for the 2nd story! Super unpleasant!!!

The front desk gentleman was a delight. I looked forward to my stay because of him. But after I got into my room I noticed how out of date it was. It reminded me of 1970’s run down motel. It felt dirty, my ac also blew out cold air that smelled like there was an ash tray inside of it.

Worst experience ever and I travel a lot! The absolute rudest, creepiest manager. Followed us to our rooms and counted each kid we had. We had booked a king suite and had 3 young kids. Apparently it was one to many and he literally sat there and watched us as we moved hotels at 10pm.

It was a comfortable room but carpet was very dirty, and the during our stay of 27 days the room was only cleaned 3 times. The staff was very nice but I feel they could do better outside sidewalks need to be hosed down, trash at times overflowing everywhere! Breakfast very minimal should start at 6 not 7 my husband left everyday at 6 to drive to his job and never got breakfast during the week! Laundry room only had one working washer and one dryer that drys well.

Bathroom towels were dingy with yellow stains all over. Pillows were hard as bricks. Stains on pillow cases. Walls were filthy. I will never stay here again, even if someone offered to pay me.
The lone bright spot was Bill at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful.
