The property is nice, clean and if you happen to stay in a penthouse, the views and the hot tub are an added bonus. However, I would not rank it as a 5 star resort. It is a self catering resort and lacks amenities that you would find in a hotel such as service and dining with limited reception hours. Overall okay but perhaps would stay elsewhere next time to get a personal service.

Very nice accommodation and view was amazing.
Would not highly recommend to stay unless you have a car as walk up from Airlie beach was good exercise but when you want to go out for dinner and come back later the walk is very steep

Amazing accommodation with gorgeous views over Airlie beach. Laundry facilities, cooking facilities, coffee machine, dishwasher and all crockery provided as well as pool towels. Did not want for anything while we were here and loved our stay and was a 15 min downhill walk to the marina for boat trips.
Only negative is the apartments are at the top of an incredibly steep hill. Driving up and down damaged our car. There is a taxi call station in the car park at the top which is handy if you struggle with steep decline walking. Also it is worth noting some of the car park spaces are “private parking only” which we thought meant for apartment guests but apparently not as we had a notice left on our windshield one morning.
Otherwise would highly recommend for a few days enjoying the Whitsundays.

This was a beautiful view, spacious rooms, and the private spa was the icing on the cake.
The only downfall was that the hill is VERY steep to walk up, and as it had been raining it was VERY slippery on the pebblecrete and easy to fall. I slipped a couple of times, and my husband did also. I would suggest a little stair walkway or some other kind of material that isn’t so slippery. Or offer little golf buggies for guests to use on the property- like management do.
In saying that.. we managed and we would still stay here again! Just be mindful if you aren’t up for a walk, and wear non slippery shoes.

Great views. Great location. Undercover parking. Beautiful pool. Friendly staff. We had a car, so the steep hill wasn’t a problem but it is walkable. Really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

This was our first stay at Pinnacles and we thought it was excellent. We stayed in apartment no 3 and it has a great view from the balcony.

The only way you can describe this accomodation is amazing. The apartments, the views, the pool all just amazing. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for that special place in Airlie Beach to plonk themselves and soak up the views. Will be back.

The apartment itself was great. Close to town, beautiful pool and nice gym area. Apartment was very clean and had all amenities. However, very unsafe to walk up and down when it rains. There are no safety precautions like rails or anything to grab down when you want to walk down or up. They inform you it’s slippery, but do nothing to counteract or help you. Very unfortunate.

We had a lovely stay here. Our apartment was perfect. Lots of room and a great view over the bay. Great treat to find complimentary goodies in the fridge. The apartment was spotless. As was the pool area that was very special. Very helpful staff. Will definitely return on our next visit.

Very clear after hour check in instructions. The view from our sub penthouse was absolutely stunning and the deck was furnished with ample beautiful wooden furniture. The unit itself was very clean and body soap/shampoo/conditioner was provided in big bottles. Front desk staff was very helpful with booking a cruise to the Whitsunday islands. I would highly recommend Sealink. Yes Pinnacles is up the hill and I wouldn’t recommend walking up or down if you are unfit or have mobility issues, however, a taxi to Airlie Beach costs between $6 -$8 each way. Woolworths, coffee shops and restaurants just down the road. When we checked out, we called reception and they picked our luggage up in a golf cart. Would definitely return and highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet relaxing place with beautiful views in Airlie Beach!

Loved staying at Pinnacles! The pool was amazing and the view spectacular. The only downside was the hills.. definitely recommend getting taxis or hiring a car. Pinnacles staff were great at every step, thank you so much

The property and views are one of the best we have ever seen. Although the incline to get to the room is very difficult the views and rooms are well worth the climb. Much easier if you have a car. Difficult climb is difficult on foot

We had a absolutely wonderful stay at the Pinnicals over the Christmas Holidays,
My husband and I need so RnR, and this was just perfect, our view was amazing, the room was large and spacious.
The Pinnicals team sent recommendations prior to our stay that helped us with bookings for outings, and recommend we order our seafood for Christmas before arriving, so glad we did.
They even left us a little welcome and thank you pack for our Christmas booking, such a sweet thought.

We stayed in a one bedroom Jacuzzi Suite and it was stunning. The view from the balcony is one of the best you will get in Airlie Beach. Located at the top of a steep hill but my wife and I walked up it regularly to burn off those calories from eating out. I would definitly stay here again just for the views.

Amazing and perfect!!
This describes everything from communication, cleanliness, staff helpfulness, quiet and location. Officer staff also help decide on activities, plus booked for us which also saved us money on ticket costs.
The views were above and beyond what we expected, and nothing short of breathtaking.
Cannot recommend this place enough, and will definitely be back!!

The views are great and the property itself was fine and as described. The only downside was the driveway is VERY steep and there is no footpath/steps or handrail down to the road. This is easily solved by taking a taxi but this does make you feel 'locked' in. So only suitable for the fit or make allowance for taxi costs. The taxi drivers were excellent and really friendly. There is a taxi call button on site which is easy to use.

Everything was wonderfull. The views where unbelievably beautiful looking out over the Coral Sea, and the private jacuzzi on our deck was an absolute winner. The staff were fantastic and the resort five star.

Views to die for and the pool was outstanding. The communication with the hotel was fantastic from the moment I booked until the day we left. Would stay again but would rent a scooter to help with the big walk up the hill.
