Breakfast was amazing, huge selection of choice. Very central location and the staff were extremely helpful.

Fourth stay, always spotless and polite, obliging staff - same staff since 2019 always a good sign. Lots of delicious food to choose from, unhurried service (7.30 dinner start) and friendly waiting staff. Two of my four trips have been solo - feel safe and secure here. Located on edge of Old Town, perfect all round. Already booked for October!

We had a lovely stay with you. The food was good, a great selection and good quality. A lovely clean pool, decent sun longes and clean rooms, cleaning staff very helpful and accommodating 10/10. Bar staff also amazing, happy, friendly and welcoming they went out if their way which was lovely. Last bit not least the reception staff were brilliant. There was one staff member in particular who sought medical assistance for my husband, she supported me and my daughter, unfortunately we never seen her after that to say thank you, but a huge thank you from me and my family. Cannot fault the staff or the hotel. We would definitely return. If I had to critique anything it would be that the lift could take a while at times, which could be a little frustrating but this didn’t spoil our stay.

This is one of the best hotels in Benidorm, extremely friendly staff, comfortable, great facilities, walking distance from beach and old town. Both my partner and i had had a great time made many friends in the hotel.

An ok hotel, good front of house and restaurant service and certainly clean and well positioned. Only downside was the rooms clearly had thin walls, could hear every word of next doors conversation and thought it was raining every time the shower was on. Shame as the room/bathroom was good however not so restful

The staff are all very pleasant and very helpful. The food - ie desserts/fruits/cheeses and salads are all lovely but I do think the 'mains' could be better … Chips were often hard & cold, pizza was unappetising. And I do think more could be done to improve on mains.

Brilliant hotel! Modern, clean, comfortable. The in-room aircon is great, the beds are super comfy. Super clean and the staff were very helpful. We used the hotel car-parking too which was very convenient and a good price. Breakfast was fab, lots of choice. Overall I couldn't fault it!!

This is a great hotel, good service nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast! Good service all over the hotel and happy guests, nice music & drinks in the bar! Short way to beach, shopping, bars and restaurants. A hotel cannot be placed more central than this. Good prices.

We, my wife and I found the hotel to be in the perfect position for our stay. Hotel was all we wanted anc coukd recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean, excellent location for the old town (bit if a hike if you want the nightlife on the strip), good atmosphere - all the clientele got on with each other regardless of nationality. The clientele was generally of an older generation, so no rowdiness at all, especially late on a night. Downside - only things I can really think of were the pool was shaded for a good part of the day by the hotel over the road (bear in mind this was February though, so this may be different in the summer....), and the evening meal on the one night we ate in the hotel wasn't particular impressive, but i am nit-picking here. Overall, we'd stay there again.

Just a one night stay in Benidorm on the way to Valencia but excellent choice of hotel, would go again if in that area

Being of mature disposition...(old) the Royal proved ideal for us. Quieter, with more elderly residents meant that the whole ambience was delightful. The evening meals were superb and the cost so reasonable! Excellent six days for us.

My friend and I booked the RH Royal for a week in the sun. The only negatives about the hotel is the traffic noise outside so if I returned I'd ask for a room at the back. Also because of tall buildings we had to do a bit of sunlounger hopping throughout the day to catch the sun. Rooms, location, food were great.

This is a small Hotel very nicely situated by the old Town but easy walking to new Town and the beach. Reception is OK with a key card required to use either the lift or the door into each level. There is comfortable seating provided and is maned 24 hours. The bar area is OK with entertainment provided if you want to stay in. The dinning area it bright and well lit, well serviced and comfortable. Food is good although not a large choice but then it is a small Hotel. Having said that, there was something for everyone (not sure about vegan) and I enjoyed every meal. If you like a full English this had the lot including a choice of sausages. So no complaints there. On walking into the room my first thought was "this will do nicely". It was spacious light and airy with a carpeted floor. The bed was super and gave a great nights sleep. It had soft lighting provided as well for easy relaxing when you got in at night. Plenty of wardrobe space with a free safe and a mini bar. The en suit was again spacious with a lovely big walk in shower that had a powerful jet if required. It also had an overhead spray as well as a hand held one. The Hotel had fast free WiFi and the room TV had Multi National channels to cater for all. The only down side of my stay was that the couple in the room next door where deaf and liked to turn on their TV at 07:30 every morning. This did somewhat spoil my Holiday but does not detract from a great little Hotel.

Wonderful hotel excellant food, very clean,all staff very friendly,may not be good for young children, no play areas. The only critism is the swiming pool was very cold.

A very clean and smart hotel close to the centre of Benidorm. Contemporary in design and newly refurbished. Stayed in February 2009 - mainly Spanish guests and more geared up to the Spanish market than for UK guests. Good simple breakfast with friendly service. Parking was in an underground car park - very tight turns to first level - unbelievebly tight to the second level - charged ten euros per day for parking. Don't take a bedroom on the first floor - the bar and dining room are below you and the combination of wooden furniture and grey slate floors means that everytime a guest or staff (which is frequent) moves a chair an realy loud 'scrawping' noise occurs - drove us nuts!! All night!! Asa wheelchair user access is very good - but very narrow bathroom doors in the standard rooms.
