I booked and paid thtough expedia. When i got there she said we need to paid an additional 100 case is bast. We didnt have cash. When i looked on my credir card she took 1000.00 not 100.00. The plasce was under construction, the pool was closed. The bed felt wet wehn we got in it. Will not stay there again.

Room smelled like cigarettes

The hotel was not bad for the price. Room was clean and staff was nice. Pool area and workout area were completely closed the whole 5 nights I was there.

Never again ..cracks in walls, dead bugs in the bathroom run down. I prepaid this room and when I arrived they said I needed to pay an additional 100.00 fee either cash or credit..they called it an incidental fee incase I trashed the room. This was rediculos.

It was a little difficult ti get to but it was close to things around me to get stuff I needed

The room was clean but the tub and around in the bathroom had hair in and around it.

Not the hotel fault but had very noisy guest on the next rooms, tv very loud at 1am on wed.

I think the rooms needed to be cleaned. My sister found a toenail in her room & the carpet in my room (324) I don’t think was ever vacuumed before we arrived. My feet turned black.

The room needs a serious make over. Carpet was warn so that the basic threads were shown. The furniture was filthy. Dirty with stains. The saving grace was the help at breakfast and check-in. Finally, the room smelled.

It’s next to theater so the weekend had a little traffic indoor pool is nice I slept fine everyone including other guests were quite friendly and it made for a pleasant stay

When we entered our hotel room, the toilet had not been flushed. There was make-up residue stains on one of the pillowcases and a sticky substance which we think was peanut butter was on the nightstand. The front desk clerk was very apologetic and offered to put us in another room. Upon opening the door to the new room, the mold and mildew stench was horrible. So we declined to move. She was VERY friendly & got us fresh new pillowcases, and we cleaned the room furniture ourselves with Lysol wipes. The front desk clerk said she would talk to her manager about any compensation for our room, but we did not hear anything.

Took 2 hrs to check in,person at front desk made things so difficult after I had talked earlier with a lady named Trish that had helped me correct my stay date.when I arrived the lady at the desk said still owed 282 dollars and anyway I showed my email receipt and the lady where did I receive that from/I was very unsadifised for the price I paid and still can’t believe how the room smelled when I entered it

Our non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was pet hair embedded in the carpet of the room The bathroom had half a roll of toilet paper and no refill. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. The room did not have access with a key card like every other room on the property. When I took the kids to the pool they told me I need a key but “don’t let the door close behind you”. The gym had nothing but a scale. In the morning our physical key would not let us back into the room. When I notified the staff they were extremely rude to me and insulted my intelligence. It was the worst overnight stay of my life.

It was located next to apartments and a movie theater in a busy location.

It was nice. To stay very convenient.

Nice place to stay. However, the bathtub in our room was extremely slippery. I feel out of the tub and were it not for the shower curtain Slowing my fall I could have injured myself. The tubs should have some type of anti-slip surface in them. This could have been a law suit in the making.

Everything was so convenient.

*The bed was too close to the air conditioner. It was hard to get into bed on that side. There wasn't a night stand on that side either. *The lampshade was old and cracked. *The hair dryer didn't work. The shower had someone's hair in it. The commode kept running. There wasn't a workout area. We would not stay here again.

The breakfast was not good and doors to outside were hard to open

The room smells musty, and the person in charge of the food in the morning was ride when asked for serving utensils.

Roaches! Toilet didn’t flush! Pool was disgusting! Staff unwilling to make things right and flat out lied.. Expedia was also unwilling to make this right. Just all around a terrible experience.

I remember when this property was built. We had an enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly and it was very quiet for us. The pool was inside and was cold. Considering it was hot outside it helped.

I like the quietness. The room was ok.

Bathroom was dirty. I wasn’t told about the $100 incidental fee that was added to my card. I could’ve gotten a better hotel cheaper at that rate.

Bathtub shower drain didn’t work correctly, room smelled moldy

Needed. Place to stay one night coming through here on family vacation. I thought with the price it would be descent. After all I paid $198! I didn’t want to pay close to $300 for best western. Our room was musty, the air conditioner was so loud, the bathroom had hair on the floor and tub, missing light bulbs, the pull out bed was rusted out and springs coming out, stains on the walls and floors. Horrible breakfast. Hot tub is filled in, so they shouldn’t advertise it anymore. Definitely not worth the cost- this was a $60 hotel, not $200. So disappointing.

I checked in and went to the room and there was a dirty sock and cigarette butts on the floor. The whole place smelled like a musty dirty basement. Pretty much everything in the place was broken or out of order. Someone should probably just burn the place down and start over. Very disappointed and will never go back there again.

You get what you pay for. The whole 2nd floor smelled like weed on arrival. The a/c was broken in the first room we were assigned. The toilet would barwly flush in the second. The "heated" pool was set to 78 when we got there, there was so much chlorine that our eyes burned just standing in the room, and half the light bulbs were burned out. That being said, it was a cheaper option hotel. The manager that was there on the first night was wonderful. The beds and room were pretty clean.

After I checked in and got settled in my room, I went for a late dinner and returned about 8:30 PM. Upon returning to my room. I could not get in because the safety latch was closed, preventing me from getting in the room. Went back to the front desk and the lady came up to try to help me get in the room. This was when we discovered there was somebody in my room. Apparently they had given someone else my room while I was gone. How this couple could not tell the room was already occupied is beyond me. After they agreed to move me to another room, it was when I started to gather my things that I discovered that couple had went through my clothes in my duffel bag, and all my bathroom items had been stuffed back in my toiletry bag. I could not confront the couple at this time because they had already been moved to another room and the front desk would not tell me who they were. I found it very strange that this couple that was occupying my room did not have the first piece of luggage. This was a very disturbing and puzzling occurrence at this hotel. And I've never had anything like this happened before. Something seemed very strange about the whole ordeal. Luckily nothing was taken but what were they looking for going through my clothes? I think hotel management needs to answer for this.
