So close to the station, very convenient. Very easy to find, with signs in the station.

The first impression of a new hotel is the friendliness of the reception staff. I was very impressed that all my questions were answered at checkin without asking a question. The rooms are immaculate with every attention to detail considered. The hotel is clean, quiet and well appointed. I was particularly impressed with the friendliness and politeness of the chamber maids in the morning and generally the entire hotel staff. The hotel has very safe underground parking and is only a short walk into the center of badajoz. This hotel I can highly recommend.

Textbook service from Check-in to Check-out. Helpful staff at every contact. Best buffet breakfast I’ve seen in a long time with hot and cold offerings. Would happily stay again if in the area.

Friendly staff, excellent service, great car parking, good snack bar/restaurant and good breakfast. Rooms large and comfortable, shame the swimming pool was out of order.

Everything is excellent except for €11 extra charge for the parking. Excellent breakfast. We will return to this hotel.

The hotel was very nice apart from the temperature in our room which was far too hot. Unfortunately the only way of cooling it was to open the window but the traffic noise was far too loud at night with the window open.

Everything was fine until three days later my daughter(an 8-year-old) and I were packing to check out and we found an old paper bag with her toys was gone. They insisted they didn't mistake it as trash and accidentally threw it away. And I was quite sure we had it when checking into the hotel because the first day in Badajoz I shopped some clothes for me and my daughter and came back to the hotel, putting a new paper bag into it. So since I couldn't do anything and the situation was not pleasant, I asked them if they could call the bus station, which is across the street, to see if we left the bag in the Flixbus we took from Evora to Badajoz. But they felt relieved that they were off the hook and didn't want to make a call for us. Any hotels, without stars, in Asia would have been much more helpful than that. We went over to the station and there was a Flixbus window there but I don't speak Spanish and the guy doesn't speak English. Very helpless, we felt. With the experience of guesthouses and hotels I've stayed over 34 countries, I certainly advised this hotel to make a phone call to make their guests feel better, if there's a next time.

It was a place in a good location and excellent staff. Not to mention one of the best beds I ever slept in.

Good hotel centrally located with all amenities. Would have liked an extra pillow on the bed but I should have asked. Would stay there again.

Great location easy access to the centre of Badajoz. Staff very helpful with regard to parking.

As advertised, large room with firm but comfortable bed. Road noise slightly bothersome. Very good breakfast buffet.

Stopped off here for the night on the way through to the south of Spain. Got upgraded and the room was lovely. Really comfy bed. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff. Good parking garage. Lots of cafes etc in the vicinity too. Would definitely stay here again.

Stingy on TP. Stingy on how cool you are allowed to get the room. Ordered iron but it was without a board—very difficult to press clothes that way.

This hotel was so much better than we expected. It was very clean, quiet and great dining room service. The area seems good and relatively convenient and fairly close to shopping. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. Front desk check in was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very nice decor and nice lobby. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel pools are scarce in Spain so we specifically booked this hotel so we could enjoy their pool but it wasn't open on April 20th yet which was a bummer. The bed was really comfy, staff were friendly and helpful and the room service was good. The room is full of amenities and extras. And they have underground parking (for an additional cost), overall we would stay here again.

Staff welcomed us and dared us. To the local Carnival activity. We were happy t o enjoy this experience. We had the express breakfast.Parking was included. We were close to several museums and the old quarter. The contemporary art museum was closed the following day but others were open.

The swimming pool was a sad site, tiny, full of leaves, obviously not meant to be used. Breakfast was good but on booking we did not realise that we had to pay extra - should be made more obvious to guests. Obviously more a hotel for business people than for tourist. Spaniards dont seem to smile very often.

We were lost for an hour because the sign for the road could be seen only from one direction.

Did not eat there. Was happy to find a gym. Large room, well furnished. Reading lamps were a plus. Room had fridge.

A great hotel. Convenient location and good value. Very clean and comfortable.

No complaints about the hotel-all facilities, including the pool and towels were great Just a warning that the underground, secure parking costs an additional 11 euros per night, which did not appear on the website, and was not mentioned by the desk staff.

Within 15 minutes you'll be on the city center and if you go to the other side (valdepasillas) of Badajoz you'll find cheaper bars/restaurants in the same walking distance.
