It was more dirty then expected, ecpecially the floors and bathroom. Too much dust. Too noisy room. Breakfast not bad, more options could be better. Positive experience: they were very polite. Most disturbing were the noises from neighbours, especially from bathroom.

Overall the hotel was very good, nice facilities, friendly, helpful staff and good food options. The first couple of nights at the hotel were very noisy due to a large number of teenagers staying at the hotel.

Hands off this hotel I had the worst hotel experience so far in this accommodation, so we broke off our stay there after only 2 nights. - Walls as thin as paper (every word from other rooms, the hallway can be heard - door serves only to "delimit" the room). Sleepless nights are pre-programmed (audio example attached or on Google). - Hotel for party guests. Young people came back for the whole night and vomited regularly in front of our door. - Deep smell of sweat in the bed from the previous guest (extremely unpleasant feeling while sleeping) - Mold infestation in the rooms - Room size extremely small, shower barely accessible - Towels with heavy stains and musty smell - Breakfast buffet tastes catastrophic (egg seems to come from the microwave, bread hard, bacon almost raw) Upon inquiring request to cancel the remaining 5 nights, I was told I was welcome to leave and the money for an entire week was withheld. I actually rarely write reviews (if there is nothing to complain about, you don't need to), but should you decide to stay here, you will remember what I said. The positive reviews are not comprehensible - I would rather go by the negative ones and suggest you to believe my words and not make the same mistake.

Unique agitated check in basic mediocre room

Very modern and clean Hotel, lovely friendly staff and very good buffet breakfast included. We had a partial sea view with balcony and its worth paying a little extra for that. Parking is not site but plenty of safe parking around. Room service daily and clean towels every day. Only 20 minutes walk to marina and old town, very close to all the tourist attractions.

Nice business-style hotel. Close to tourist areas. Beautiful view from the balcony. It was too cold when we were there but the pool area looked really nice.

The staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Very pleasant to deal with, particularly the dining room staff. I found the room (sea view, standard) disappointing. It was tired and needs a refreshing.

Close to the sea and plenty of resteraunts. Shower in standard room is tiny. No shampoo, only gel soap.

The location of the hotel is great. The employees are smiling and always polite. We liked the cleanliness and order very much. 50 m walk to the beach.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. All hickups at the begining were corrected promptly and generously. Recommend this hotel for a beautiful vacation time in Rhodes.

The hotel was in a good location to visit the beach and was also close to the New Town for shopping and restaurants. There was very good hygiene in place and they were well prepared for Covid with temperature check, staff with masks and the meals all served from the buffet by the staff.

The Beds were unbelievably hard, the air in the room was almost non-existent and the pool area is small on doesn't get much sun. It was a good location, close to town & clean.

In general I like the hotel breakfats was satifactory it could be better .Rooms are in generally Ok What I like most is the music nights...

I am highly disappointed with the small toilets and bathrooms. They were smelly and leaking. Thr swimming pool is very small and the breakfast was not good either. There was nothing new and was the same everyday. Room size was good and i loved the balcony.

We arrived mid evening but the check in was quick and efficient. The rooms have a very clean, modern feel with a good sized bed and contemporary bathroom. Although there is a double wardrobe storing a weeks worth of clothes for two was a bit of a challenge but what we expected from a city hotel, a free digital safe and fridge were welcome bonuses. Good, quiet air con and plenty of sockets and good lighting, so overall we were very pleased with the room. We ate at the hotel for our first night and found the quality of the food very good and reasonably priced although the menu is a bit limited if you were to eat there a lot. Breakfast was great with pretty much everything you could want to eat available. There is a small pool and sun area with a pool bar next to it, for me the pool was a little to shallow, but we never had an issue getting a lounger to chill out for a few hours in the afternoon after a day in the city. The location will suit some but not all. The hotel is situated a little out of the busy centre of the city, 2 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to the old town and about 30 to the harbour, but its all uphill coming back. We occasionally got a taxi back from the harbour at night for about 5€.

Only trouble was the WiFi, which did not consistently connect and was annoying to log into frequently. 3rd floor ocean view was not great; it may be much better on a higher floor. Shower door did not seal very well and leaked on the floor a bit.

We had booked this hotel as a base for sightseeing around the island.The room was kept very clean. We found it very comfortable with good air conditioning. We had a good view of the sea on the third floor. The buffet breakfast and evening meal had a good choice and was more than adequate for us. We found the staff very pleasant and helpful, especially reception who helped us with queries on a few occasions. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on it. The hotel was well placed for Rhodes town with a 15 minute walk. The only drawback we found with the hotel was the loud doors which banged no matter how quietly you tried to close them and people just let them bang which we found very noisy and did disturb our sleep.

Great getaway for a few days. Didn't spend much time in hotel but it was quality when I was there.
