We’ve stayed at Club Wyndham Pagosa Springs once before and this was our second time. We are grateful for the spacious units and ample flatware, silverware, deck/porch views, safe area and a bunch of other reasons. Highly recommend staying here. Any negative aspects aren’t worth mentioning because they are few a greatly outweighed by the positives.

Well appointed, including full kitchen and washer/dryer. Good location in the uptown area near shopping and restaurants and about three miles from downtown. Simple check in and out.

Not our first stay at Wyndham Pagosa and it wint be our last. The property is always beautiful and well maintained. There was so much to do in town this weekend and the staff made sure we knew everything that was offered. Cant wait to come back.

This property was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend. The grounds are beautifully kept and there is So much to do at this facility. The gym/fitness center is fully equipped with newer equipment and has a nice lap pool. There are many activities for families on site and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. The condo we stayed in was fully stocked and very clean. You have everything you need on site. The hot springs are a short five min drive and the condos are on a beautiful golf course. Nearby grocery store, shopping and hiking trails. We will stay here every time going forward.

The property is nice, clean and well maintained. The only complain I have is about parking. We stayed in building with four units and when we came back in evening we could not find parking infront of our unit and we have to park near garbage disposal. It would be nice if they can make designated parking infront of unit.

My family and I stayed Club Wyndham for two nights for the Labor Day weekend. The room is extremely nice with a breath taking view of a lake in front of it. The front desk staffs were welcoming. They made sure we were taken care of. This place is one of our favorite places to go now. We will definitely come back. 😃

Beautiful location and the reason we stayed in the area was to enjoy the scenery. Accommodation was fine and we had to complain about the extremely noisy fridge freezer. Maintenance came whilst we were out and left a note to say the noise was the freezer fan but then left at that. We couldn't sit in the lounge area due to the noise and at in the bedroom instead. Spokit things a bit. There is no safe in the room which is really annoying. Site gym is good and there is an indoor pool and we saw deer and coyote close by. Walmart nearby and Pagosa Town a short drive away.

Expedia failed to make reservations and Club Wyndham was not able to accommodate my family. The same thing happened to four other families on the same day.
It was saddening to realize that the four other families, people that we did not know were all listening to the same "Expedia on hold" music and horrifying to figure out that everyone in the room had been scammed by Expedia. I will be calling my U.S representative to have them to look into the deceptive actions. We had to stay that another hotel that was over one hour away from the wedding we were attending. A lot more time was spent driving to and from for the six days we were there. Time lost, extra fuel cost, hazardous road conditions and lack of food choices and Expedia's lack of communication all go in the negative column. So I can not give any comments about our stay at the Club Wyndham, because we were unable to stay at Club Wyndham due to Expedia’s incompetence.

The timeshare company WILL cancel your reservation, even if it’s been fully paid for months. Arrived to check in and was told our reservation was cancelled because they were overbooked by supposedly 100 reservations. It left us stranded 5 hours from home. Other people in our group got their rooms and it was gorgeous. And we never saw anyone else around the property and the parking lots were practically empty anytime we were there, any time of day or night. So were they even overbooked?!? Expiration was horrible I. Helping us find a solution as well.

I booked Club Wyndham for our family vacation. Everything about this resort exceeds our expectations! The amenities are great and so is the staff! We will definitely be returning!

Check in was easy and the gentleman provided a lot of good information. Clean and comfortable. Didn’t spend any time with on site recreation. Kitchen was well stocked and fridge good size. Some roads on property had significant potholes. Was there for work but enjoyed coming back to cool clean place at the end of the day. 10 minutes to hot springs.

This place was amazing. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this was very comfortable and easy check in. For just 2 of us, it was more condo than needed, but it made it spectacular.
