Very friendly and helpful! I got the flu while traveling and ended up staying here two and a half days. They called a Dr and offered to get my medicines from three pharmacy. Very limbs, helpful and understanding.

We have used this hotel for a number of years to break the journey from the UK to Val d'Isere. It was a functional choice just off the payage the right distance into the journey. Difficult to find without satnav. Rooms were clean and staff helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Dinner was a bit hit and miss with some distinctly odd offerings both for my carnivorous appetite and my wife's vegetarian choice. This year it all changed with a simple but well presented buffet of starters, mains and desserts and various formulas to purchase different combinations. What was a functional and comfortable visit has been transformed into a pleasant experience. Well done Campanile!

5 minutes from A31 motorway. Friendly staff and decent restaurant for a hotel of its type. There is not a huge selection of eateries within walking distance. Room was a generous size and clean. Shower and bed were excellent. Good value for money.

Reasonable location but had to drive into the centre. It was what we expected having stayed with this hotel group.

Unbelievably poor value for the price point. We decided to stay here rather than at the Premiere Classe, which was exactly half the price, because my friend wanted to be closer to the city center. Seriously, save the money and stay that extra few minutes further away at somewhere cheaper and you'll have a much better experience. Our room was two singles on the ground floor, with adjoining doors to the rooms on each side. Sound proofing was appalling - we could hear every word of normal volume conversation from our neighbours, and the noise of them taking showers and using the sink was very apparent. I'm not one for having too many issues with noise, but I had to get earplugs out to sleep. The shower was spotless however, even if the toilet wasn't. Wouldn't recommend this place - if you need to stay in the immediate area, the Ibis budget hotel round the corner is cheaper and doubtless better than here.

It is clean and tidy hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They have very good parking facilities. The breakfast is very nice with lots of choice. I would stay there again.

Clean hotel. Great food. Staff was very nice and helpful even thought they could not speak alot of english they still tried and didnthere best to explain what they meant.

First we got a room with a noise coming from the kitchen beneath it. We told the receptionist and she said she would turn it off in 5 min. That didn't happen so we asked for another room. The woman started cursing in French real bad and then gave us another room without even looking at us... The other room was normal, no strange noise. But you do hear it very well when other guests close their door etc. It wasn't quite at night and the mattress hurt. Overall, would NOT recommend.
