The lady at the front desk is very sweet

Came for a long weekend. Arrived late but was greeted and assisted by very friendly professionals. Kids enjoyed the size of the room but the furnishings were outdated and could use some renovating. It was clearn but the age of the hotel makes it feel less so. Came for the pool and pool bar. Was a little sad that floats weren't allowed because the point of coming was to float around the pool. :P Pool bar/food was decent. Enjoyed the basketball gym too. Would still come again for another vacation.

As soon as we walked in, we noticed a nasty urine smell. The carpet was old and dirty and I'm assuming it had old urine on it.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The staff were nice and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Love it

Property has been kept updated, pools and rooms are clean, and staff is responsive. However, rules are poorly enforced and security is ineffective.

Its located close to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet. The staff was friendly, overall a decent value. However... 1. The rooms are out dated which I can live with but the the carpet in my room was old and at a minimum needed to be cleaned and stretched. The carpet gave it the feel of a Bakersfield Motel 6. 2. All entrances to the pool where closed but one and you were screened and searched by security to get it. How about not making your guest feel like they're entering a danger zone because your afraid someone is going to sneak some booze in? Open the entrances an let security walk around and remove anyone that is causing an actual problem.

Not having electricity and wi-fi was definitely an inconvenience

The rooms are old and need renovation other than this i would give 10 The slide is perfect for kids but it closes by 5 pm however the pool will stay open till 10 pm

They have excellent customer service

The Room was smelling like sewer,bad odor ,my wife got bites from the bed covers the coffee bag was open ,service was excellent .

What i liked about this place was their pool area. The pool was clean and very family friendly. The hotel/resort is in grave need of remodeling. The floors in hallways and rooms are horrible and dirty rugs. There are dead bugs on the edges where the vacuum doesn't reach. It smells of urine and musty in the hallways and rooms. Our toilet was clogged and backed up and nobody came. When we checked in their system was down and despite my request of an updated room they said i get what i get since their system was down and they didn't know what room was what. Other than our time at the pool, our nights were long trying to sleep with lights on to help from bugs climbing up on us.

I don’t like how they keep knocking right at 10 am on the dot over and over

Staying at this resort was a great experience I recommend taking your loved ones here. The pool was an amazing spot at this place offering many drinks and food options were fresh. Definitely will be coming back.

We loved every thing

The power kept going off. Someone was stuck in the elevator because of it. There was no tv access for an entire day. You can hear all the noise coming from the room on top of us. Loud music and yelling. Did not get some decent rest. The ac was not cold enough.

When to check in got my room keys . When I got to the room I found that there’s was somebody else in that room. When back to the receptionist to Address the situation. They told me that no one should be in their room and they were sorry. They been having power outages, And that they don’t know how housekeeping overlook that room. They gave me another room by my experience was already ruined . to top it off, we went to the pool and they had no pool towels. So we ended up checking out later on that night.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! This was the worst and most disgusting experience ever. We stayed here Friday to Monday and the room we had (Palm Building) was absolutely disgusting. The carpet has got to be a hazard, it smells like old moldy wet towels and it's black when you can tell it should be like green with brown pattern. Not even 5 minutes into going to our room our feet, especially my toddler's were completely black at the bottom. When we requested a different room they stated they had no other rooms available and instead gave us 6 bed sheets to lay out on the floor. They advertise that they provide infant/toddler cribs but it's pack and plays which really wasn't an issue until they brought us 4 DIFFERENT (in a span of 3 hours waiting for them to bring it) play pins and all of them were broken. At the end we were given one missing the center bottom leg and were told if that one didn't work then there wasn't anything else they could do. The bathrooms are so old and there was molding along the outside of the tub. After all this happened we asked for a refund so we could leave to a different resort but unfortunately we booked through Hotels.com so we couldn't get a refund. Pools are decent, one pool goes from 3 to 5 feet and the one with the slides goes from 1 1/2 feet to 4 feet. My kids (ages 12 to 1) enjoyed the slides, just a bummer that the slides are only open from 9 to 5 (closes at 10). We got food at the bar once, 1 chicken salad & 1 Pina colada $40.
