If you are from the united states you will be use to certain luxuries. You will not receive that here. Terrible food. Tastes bland and you can tell they go very cheap. No slides or amusement. Just some pools. The wave pool is not a wave pool. The waves are never greater than a inch. No point to even call it a wave pool. No one ever smiled. The staff seemed like they were tortured.

Staff were very helpful and the reception manager was the best. She was so patient and friendly. Hotel was really good overall. Food was good and it was easy to find anything we needed right there. The staff from the wet bar were not very nice. They seemed like they were unhappy and not very motivated. They would never explain us what each drink was and would just tell us to look online. That happened in every wet bar! Staff from the restaurants were really nice specially the ladies who made Tapioca for breakfast. All very friendly and happy. We would go back in the future since we saw they are expanding the resort but the rooms need some updates but very good overall.

The food is very repetitive, always the same. There are no fruits from Brazil and it is of average quality or below...The theme restaurants leave a lot to be desired, the food is bad, the service is slow. We had to go out to dinner in town.

The kids activities were great! The staff members made everything special

The only complaint I have is about the room cleanness and the lack of variety on the temátic restaurants. My daughter loved it and had lots of fun on the lazy river and on the kids pools.

Passamos dias incríveis em família, estávamos em 14 pessoas, 12 adultos, 1 criança de 3 anos e um bebê de 6 meses, 6 quartos. A estrutra do hotel é maravilhosa, agradável, linda. Quartos bons, boa limpeza, funcionários extremamente solícitos. Parte infantil excelente, tanto o parque aquático quanto a recreação infantil e os shows noturnos. A programação adulta também muito legal, aulas e gincanas nas piscinas de dia e shows a noite. Comida excelente, todo serviço dos restaurantes excelente. Isso aliás foi o que mais nos chamou atenção, nos restaurantes não fica um prato já usado nas mesas, eles limpam rapidamente, tudo limpo. Repõem todas as comidas antes de acabar no buffet, muita variedade, comida boa. Serviço de praia também ótimo. Temos somente 2 pontos que avaliamos que precisa de melhoria: check-in muito demorado, acredito que mais funcionários ajudaria muito, chegamos e tinham somente 5 atendendo tanto para check-in, quanto para check-out e muita gente esperando com cara feia. Todo mundo chega feliz, ansioso pra viver dias ali e a experiência ruim logo no check-in deixa um sentimento ruim. O outro ponto são as sobremesas, nos restaurantes temáticos:não tem sobremesa “diferenciada” como os pratos, somente as sobremesas iguais ao restaurante buffet principal. Acredito que uma sobremesa acompanhando o menu temático agregaria muito. E por fim, as sobremesas não são boas, a maioria dos doces tem o mesmo gosto de nada. Acredito que podem melhorar muito a parte de confeitaria

O Hotel e muito bom em todos os sentidos...ficamos 3 diárias e vimos uma alta qualidade nos serviços fornecidos (comida, bebida e entreterimento), é um Pé na Areia muito aconchegante e bem bonito.Só temos elogios e não vimos nada de ruim para reclamar.Estão de Parabéns.!
