Location is great. It is right on the sea but is quite and peaceful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is generous and good selection. In addition to a somewhat stony beach they have both outdoor and indoor pools as well as a fantastic hydro pool

A wonderful location and the hotel facilities are superb. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the quality of the food and drink is excellent.

By far the worst service we’ve had in Spain so far. Some staff were very friendly (especially Vonica) but most of them were terrible and not friendly at all. The staff named Toni was one of the worst experience we’ve ever had. Unfriendly, disrespectful, always ignored us and unpleasant. It’s a unfortunate, but we will never recommend this hotel and will never revisit. On top of that, we were charged for 5 breakfasts when we only took 3. The food was decent, however. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the hotel is somewhat well situated. Getting new towels for the day is a complete nightmare. We wanted to do some laundry, but closed on weekends. We asked on the first day to have 2 seperate beds and it took 3 days for the staff to seperate them. Overall, we had a mediocre experience and we do not recommend this hotel.

I wasn’t sure what to expect and was happily surprised! Great spot to stay with free parking to explore hikes and neighboring areas. The towns themselves weren’t my fav but the hikes and Arta etc made up for it. Wonderful staff and excellent chefs!!! Only place I’ve enjoyed the food from hotels on the island.

Staff throughout the whole hotel are super friendly and kind and always looking to make sure you have everything you need! Always smiling and chatting, it's lovely! Had a very relaxing stay. The pool is perfect temperature, and the on-hotel beach is nice, small, but we only used it to have a swim in the sea which was lovely. There was a raft out in the sea that you could climb on to sunbathe on. The food was a great mixture and catered for all types of people, even at breakfast having all types of milk e.g. oat, soya, skimmed etc. The room was clean and we had a lovely view over the pool and the sea. The bus is a 3 minute walk outside the hotel and it's so easy with contactless to get into the town just 12 minutes away. Overall it was a fantastic stay and very relaxing. Would highly recommend if looking to relax!

Situated in a quiet part of Mallorca. Close to a quiet beach. Good rooms. Poor view for standard rooms fm balcony.

Staff was very nice, hotel was clean, room was large, but in need of an update.

The stay was Okay, but when we booked the cheapest option was "garden view" and the next sea view, but that was not what we got! Then the air conditioning was not working and the room was over 26°c! And there was a smell in the room of cigarettes or weed. They gave us a different room for the night and next day after many arguments changed to another room on the same floor "garden view" and not next door our daughter's room. But other than that the stay was fine

Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner options. Very friendly dinning room staff. Effieient front desk. Parking limited and overcrowded during my three-night stay. Easy drive to many beautiful resorts and roman towns

Great staff, good facilities but bar prices and tennis rental a bit overpriced. Nice hotel overall.

Sadly the place is very run down and the staff is frankly not kind or helpful. Upon arrival we quickly found out that Expedia has dogs listed as accepted but Hipotel's policy is different... we were sent away and not offered a refund even after speaking with the manager and talking to Expedia. Would not recommend this place.

We stayed last week for one night dinner, b&b. Great value, room was fine, good buffet food & staff very attentive. But two comments about the two pools: - pool shapes & size are more for splashing about than 'proper swimming'..though to be fair can 'proper swim' in the nearby sea - wife's jewellery was tarnished whilst in the pools (never happened before in other pools). Reported to reception who advised 'this the first such report'. Have now returned home, applied silver polishing cloth which has cleaned most but not all of the items..latter includes her white gold wedding ring.. - we suggested to hotel some 'warning note' wearing jewellery whilst in the pool..

This hotel is wonderful … great location, comfortable room, overall beautiful ! It should be rated a 5 star hotel The only thing we regret is that we only booked 1 night

Great location for some days off to relax on the beach. Facilities are very good and the food is amazing. They have a chef that will prepare meals on the spot and everything is delicious. Personnel is super nice and the place is very clean. Very adequate for family vacations with different size pools. They also have a very small gym (not a lot of equipments) and a small indoor swimming pool. The Spa have a hydrotherapy circuit, sauna and Turkish bath. Overall a very relaxing experience.

How come in 4 stars hotel (as you announced) is beach access, water and room safe is for extra money???

Rooms looked extremely tired ...Overall property needs to be refreshed.

Gym is to small and I cannot use the time I want to do so Bathroom ventilation was not working at all

There was a new chef this year and the food was of a very high standard. Food for all tastes and plenty of it.Staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Great hotel in a great location. The room we got was probably one of their worse - clean, spacious, etc but ground floor at the back so little in terms of views. Great pool, grounds and beach. Staff great also. Would stay again but try and get a non ground floor at the back room.

Great time. Very calm and relaxing. Pool is nice, food is good. Out of the way so nice and quiet but still got alot to do like golf,tennis and beaches close by. Best of both worlds really.

Hotel is nice but there’s nothing around it. The worst thing is that you CAN’T go in buffet restaurant in nice short pants, you need to wear long pants at 30 degrees! I had half board package but I couldn’t have my meal!

Wonderful welcome. All staff that we met were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy - from reception staff, staff in the restaurant and all others.The food was out of this world and beautifully presented.Can’t wait to visit again.

Excellent room and very good food with excellent service. Entertainment was average but pool, grounds and views to sea were all perfect. Quite secluded.

This is a great hotel for those that are looking for a comfortable stay in a quieter area of the island.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Good service, good food. Nice mix of Spanish, English, German, French, Scandinavian...Also good tennis academy " Yvmar". Children enjoyed every minute with Fatima, a dedicated and competent counselor. 4th year repeating and if Mr Rivas, hotel manager, keeps delivering the quality service no reason for not booking next year.

Bad bits: The very noisy building next to hotel rooms on one side where bottles were collected very loudly, staff were singing and talking, various drilling etc this started at early as 6am some days and even had middle of the night pick up of bottles which woke me up at 2/3am too. Even with balcony door closed it was impossible to sleep and it open was like being right in a middle of a factory. I asked to move rooms and complained but they weren't able to move me for 5 days so no sleep! I m just glad I did not bring my toddler with me as he would have not been able to sleep at all. Please remember this is a holiday for people who often work hard all year and this is unacceptable. There is not much around the hotel but a small shop and restaurant. It takes an hour from airport which is 85 in taxi Reception staff were not the most pleasant at times and could do with some training. No kettle in the room The good Restaurant staff were always smiling (mostly) and were pleasant Food in buffets was very varied and good Laundry service only took a day Room service was very quick and portions decent apart from fruit salad which could have been bigger.
