The location is nice the Hotel facilities are not the best. Staff are ok

The room is facing the ocean, but very noisy from busy road outside! Nice service but breakfast was not the best, cold water for the Tea and the scrambled eggs was to hard, and no bacon, only som warmed up ham!

Average and don’t forget anything there as you won’t get it back

The Galaxy off loaded us to another hotel which The hotel did not take into account critical information that i was in a wheelchair. it was disasterous . They should take extra care of people who have accessibity issues

Rooms are very dirty, floors are filthy and shower curtains are moldy. Staffers have absolutely no pride in their work at this hotel, everything was dirty and there were roaches in the bathroom. Hotel is falling apart.

This is a very dirty hotel and there are roaches. I would not recommend this hotel. The only good part is that it's close to the beach and its centrally located.

Firstly the ladies on reception were very friendly and welcoming + helpful. The room was small dated and tired. The noise from the road outside was relentless and keeps you awake with the constant horn noises. The breakfast was good and the room cleaned everyday, sadly it needs modernising and sound proofing before I would recommend a stay

The hotel had no record of our expedia booking. They had one room, a dingy back room, although we had paid for a sea view. The first night we were awake until 2am with the noise from 80 hyperactive Serbian teenagers running amok around the hotel. Next day we were moved to a front room (there is no real sea view!). The noise from the highway in front of the hotel was so loud that the balcony was unusable. The hotel seemed to recognise that because the chairs and table were filthy from the road pollution.The second night the Serbian teenagers ran wild up in the stairways and corridors until 3am with no action taken by the hotel. That and the incessant noise from traffic, including bikers racing along the road, meant little sleep. There were no bedside lights so it was only possible to read using the bare bulb in the ceiling light.Breakfast was awful. After the stale bread, dessicated scrambled eggs and dishwater tea on the first daywe gave up on the included breakfast and ate at the cafe across the road.We had also pre-booked the hotel to overnight after our sailing trip. Once again the hotel was full of over-excited teenagers. The desk staff were charming but useless. When we arrived at 4pm the smoke alarm in the corridor was beeping. After some hours nothing had been done so I got a battery from them and changed it myself! Do yourself a favour and give the Galaxy a miss. It is cheap but far from cheerful!

The hotel and room was clean. Staff very friendly. Nice restaurants and cafes next to the beach and back streets. Convenient location with public transport and by car to the city centre, Acropolis, airport and beaches along the coast. The buffet breakfast on the top level with great view was the highlight of this hotel. The only bad point was the noise from the outside traffic on the main road - even from the side building rooms. However, I would come again to this hotel on my next trip to Athens.

good location of you want public transport. Terrible if you have a car and need a parking place. the hotel does not offer any parking places and the area around has no available parking place. Outside the hotel and in the lobby it smells terrible (a mix of sewers and gas). The condition of the hotel is terrible. Walls need painting, they have wholes from drills, the doors and all the carpentry are very old and scratched, the door knobs are broken. The room (2 bed) was very small, the air conditioner smells, the bathroom very old with the shower mixer barely working. You cannot switch on the bathroom light without switching the main light on (very inconvenient during sleep time). The fresh towels weren't fresh at all, one of them was actually smelling bad. I had booked a double bed and I had 2 single beds put together instead. An overall disappointment. Terrible experience.

Noisy from inside the hotel and outside. There was NO high speed internet. There was no tourist attraction flyer in the hotel.

TThey said the room would be ready at 1pm but it wasn't ready until 4. Staff was unfriendly. TVs had only 1 working station. No security guard whatsoever. No room to lock things until checkin/out. By the beach and the bakery next door is really good.
