Spacious apartment with full kitchen & a washer & dryer. The maintenance of the unit was poor. The bath tub drained very slowly & the toilet paper holder & towel holders were falling off the wall. One of the blinds fell down & just missed landing on my head. The garbage disposal made a very loud noise when used. There was no housekeeping service even though we were there for 5 nights. Any time you needed something, you had to go to the office & request it. The kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils but had plenty of dishes & glasses. The pool & hot tub were both very nice.

The stay was fine. The place was clean and the staff friendly. The checkout procedures really annoyed me. Strip the bed, leave the towels in the bath tub, take out the trash to the nearest dumpster. What is this, Vee Are Bea Oh?
I should have stayed at a regular hotel where I don't need to be concerned with these things AND get breakfast in the morning.

Had two bedroom with living area. And kitchen. Two bathrooms. Kitchen very spacious. Full-sized fridge, oven etc. Not much in terms of dishware, though perfectly sufficient for our needs, didn't really check anything else. From our unit no views since units are close together, but enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony/ patio. Front desk. Very friendly. There's a shuttle that is scheduled that takes approximately 20 minutes to the strip. (We did not use). A nice grocery store is a 5-minute drive away. Otherwise the immediate area around hotel is residential. Restaurants are not too far a drive away. Pool area spacious and very lovely.

Was looking for a non-casino place to stay and this was wonderful. Exceeded my expectations by having dishes in the kitchen. We got a quiet room in the back. Staff was always prompt and friendly. Easy check-in. Although we did not use the shuttle, it was nice knowing it was an option. Everything we needed or wanted was within 10 minutes of the hotel.

Absolutely the nicest place we have stayed in Las Vegas! We appreciated the comfort of having a full apartment with a comfortable bed, equipped full kitchen, and washer and dryer, covered patio, and parking steps from our door--as opposed to the chaos and smoke in the casino hotels with long walks to the parking garage. The outdoor pool, spa, and fitness center are relaxing and gorgeous, peaceful, and spotless. It was a perfect stay for us, as non-gamblers, looking for comfort rather than the craziness of the Strip. Highly recommend!

The property is nice with lots of trees. The layout and amenities in the room were great. Washer dryer, cookware, bakeware and plenty of cups, mugs wine glasses. The swimming pool is beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful

This is an apartment complex turned hotel. We were given a huge one bedroom apartment with everything you could imagine (washer/drier, dishwasher, full kitchen etc) and a cute little balcony. The area is not super walkable but there are convenient shopping plazas everywhere.

We were on a first floor unit in in the back of the property and loved how quiet it was during our stay. Great one bedroom with full kitchen and washer & drier. Would recommend!

Check in was easy. (I wisely opted not to attend any timeshare presentations.) My unit was spacious and served my needs. The decor was tired, but very functional. Property is near stores, Target and restaurants. (I recommend Mama Surang's Thai Kitchen). Mattress was comfortable and area is quiet. A/C worked great. Water pressure was ok. Loved having the in-unit washer & dryer, although the dryer was loud. Kitchen had lots of counter space and everything I needed to prepare meals. Refrigerator was loud. I stayed for two weeks and would've extended my stay but the unit had not been adequately cleaned before my arrival (Toilet hadn't been sanitized, etc.) and had some maintenance issues, so I left as scheduled. Overall, for the money, it was a convenient place to stay during our home remodel, but maintenance and housekeeping need to step it up.

Perfect place to relax just moments away from the bright lights and bustle of Vegas. Free shuttle, dedicated parking, great outside areas with bbqs. All very clean and well maintained.

Staff is A which always makes a stay "happy".
Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Linens were white, not the hideous 70's look pictured in the photos. Common area was clean.
Shuttle drivers are saints.
My complants are 1. The pool is nice, but way too small for the number of guests and 2. Only a couple jets worked in the hot tub. The clerk said there was a work order for it, three weeks later it still had not been repaired. Gym has a couple machines, no free weights.
The area seems very pleasant and safe to walk. My room faced the street and the noise was substantial at night. Bring earplugs.
I would stay there again.

Jen Amis checked us in easily and professionally. All staffs were very friendly. That helped because we just drove 5 hours from California! They gave us a great condo, clean, quiet. We love all the amenities. Parking was also easy. Kitchen and Laundry machines were very helpful. Room was spacious and quiet at night to sleep. We would come back for our next stay. Thank you Jen!

This is my go-to spot whenever I visit Vegas. So cozy, quiet, and affordable. I feel like I'm at home versus being in a single room hotel. Very spacious. Love using the grill and loads of amenities including a full refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer in every unit.

I have stayed here twice and will try to stay here every time I visit Las Vegas. Love the location and love the full kitchen. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

This is our third stay at this property. We love that it has a kitchen and laundry in unit. The ONLY negative is that on visit 2 and 3 I killed a cockroach in the unit. I understand this can happen. Maybe some well placed roach motels or having a service spray for pests might be an easy solution. Otherwise we love staying here.

Property is nice, room is acceptable. Placed me in a room in back of complex overlooking residence backyards, and parking across the street so a far walk to my room. A/C unit is disturbingly loud. Shower pressure is minimal. I guess you get what you pay for.

An excellent property, the ease and comfort of the stay from check-in to check-out was the bulk of the appeal of The Cliffs at Peace Canyon. They are an apartment style resort away from the immediate hustle of the strip, but not irrationally far. The grounds/property and the rooms are extremely well-kept. Kitchen is full, and washer/dryers are inside the unit for extra convenience. Hot tub/spa is a great size, and the pool adds to the ambiance of the resort. I give the facility a 8.5/10. Definitely recommended!

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. The check was easy. The apartment was very nice and clean. The furnishings were very nice. The grounds along with the pool area were very well cared for. There was access to a shuttle if needed. It was off the strip and away from all the craziness but with the shuttle provided, it was easy to get to if you wanted to go to where the action is.

This location is not near the strip, which is what we like because we travel to see family. However, they offer a free shuttle to a number of casinos and areas around the valley. This was an apartment complex that is now more like a timeshare or overnight rental, so you're staying in full apartments. A lot of room!

The room was ok, it smelled like smoke, they sprayed some fregruence helped a little, need new beds and more ventilation. The short tub was dirty, and the water pressure was not so strong.

It was roomy, clean, very well maintained, great value for the money and the shuttle to the trip was the cherry on top.
Also the 4 BBQs, pool, jacuzzi and gym were great fun for when we needed to just relax and stay in

Our 5 day stay at The Cliffs was the BEST! We usually come once a year for sporting tournaments and this is such a better option than a hotel. Our unit was roomy, clean, and had all of the convivences we needed. The kitchen was stocked with basics but I'd bring things like potholders, foil, etc. if you are going to do much cooking. There are on site gas grills that were clean and BBQ tools are available in the office. The staff was friendly and the pool was perfect for some much needed family time. Not huge but clean with tables, umbrellas, loungers, and towels. The location is close to everything you might need, Walmart, Target, grocery, and plenty of dining options. Onsite covered parking and a free shuttle to The Strip (Treasure Island). I'd definitely recommend for a great family stay!

This is our second stay at The Cliffs and we will be back again. Very clean (although this time we killed 3 roaches - didn't see any last time we stayed).
Two treadmills in the gym and only one worked and it didin't work really well - screen kept going black and one day it just quit and stopped working. I was there during the heatwave of 110 weather so walking or running for fitness outside was not an option. Regular inspection and maintenance of equipment should be non negotiable.
Staff is great. Property is quiet and clean. We have already booked our next stay.

This property is nice. The kitchen drawers were a bit worn on the edges. The tub could have been scrubbed more as there were black marks that I was able to remove with clorox wipes when I got there.
