It’s not good staff is not friendly and the smell bad there is only one towel I don’t recommend that hotel ? It’s say there is a free breakfast but nothing at all even coffee 👎👎👎

Homeless everywhere walking lookjng threw cars and they charged me two nights then expected me to pay again at a 11 am saying it wasnt paid for

We had no toilet paper or kleenex and one towel. The TV had no sound and the picture was purple. The office staff provided us what was missing in our room. That said, all we did was spend one night and the cost was VERY reasonable so you get what you pay for!

I actually had someone coming to my room and steal a six pack of Coke off my bed and some zigzag rolling papers I left my room for half a day and came back and the stuff was missing right after I went grocery shopping so I had something to drink and someone took my stuff and I asked the front desk and nobody knows anything made me feel unsafe

It's an affordable place to stay the staff is nice it's convenient because there's restaurants close that's very close to walk like within feet from the motel it's an older motel but it's one of the better ones in Kingman

Kingman Arizona is an interstate town. When living in the road, you need accommodations that won’t break the bank. The Inn is located next to the road, it’s very dated. First, the staff are good. A lot of rooms, but most of the rooms do smell like 1980 smokers rooms. Rugs are faded and looks like it has never been cleaned, some lights work, in room refrigerator is dirty. The room I was in had none of them, but a bad experience. Bed bugs. Luckily it was the last time I stayed at that room. But I had to get another one since it’s the cheapest in town. And that room was a step better, but fridge didn’t work and lamp. Microwave was dirty. All I did was sleep and leave for work. There are other motels around, and like I said, those who don’t want to use a lot of money or just traveling by and need a bed. This is a stop for you. This will be the last time I will stay at this location. Bed bugs.

Amazing people that work here

It is a cheaper hotel, which is what we were looking for and wanted for a night. There was a mouse in the lobby on check in, but we were told the rooms were rodent free and that the mouse problem was in the lobby only. Our room was clean other than the bathroom, it was basic and the beds were fairly comfortable. However, the bathroom was terrible. It was filthy, the towels were stained and filthy, the corners of the floor looked as though they had never been cleaned. The bathtub had no bath mat so the floor was soaking wet after two of us had a shower, there was about 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper and no second roll provided. If the bathroom and towels had been cleaner it would have been good value for the price.

Alright you saw the averages and now you want to know what’s up, are they reeeaaalllly that bad? I’d say that a lot of the bad reviews are a bit dramatic. It’s not a nice hotel by any means but you paid $40 and I’m not sure what you’d expect. The room was clean, although the linens/towels could stand to be replaced when they have the budget. You could tell everything was pretty old and so it looked kind of meh or kind of dirty, but the room clearly was cleaned before our arrival. I wish we had a fridge or ice machine, but I did appreciate the complimentary coffee and soaps which I didn’t expect from this hotel. The place was completely booked for the night but there was plenty of parking visible from the room, the front desk staffmember we worked with was AWESOME, the shower was hot, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay considering how much we paid. Oh also there is a $15 pet fee. And on the reviews who mention blankets and room temp, you can control it. They have AC/heaters in the room. Pretty basic/standard place.

There was NO blanket in bed. There were NO batteries for tv remote, the in room phone did not work. The light for bathroom was dim, and only one washcloth. The room was in back of second building, too far to walk to office as it was pouring and cold, and since in room phone did not work, I could not call desk.

Nice quiet

No commodities even when asked for. As said before, 1st day, no towels, asked, gave only for one person as we we're 2 and that we specified it a few times.

You get what you pay for. I could not get the TV to work, but i wasn't there to watch TV. Room temperature was comfortable, bed was clean and comfortable. There was hot water in the shower. If you are just looking for these bare necessities for the lowest price in town, this will suffice.

Hotel room was ok except we found a dead mouse behind the dresser.
