This is a lovely place, and we had a very nice time. Two things to be aware of, though: they do not provide toiletries, and the second floor rooms require you to go up narrow stairs. I still think it's a wonderful place to stay.

This was my first B&B experience, and it was SO lovely! The room was cute, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and our host so kind and helpful. It’s a quick walk into the shops and restaurants of Kennebunkport, too! I’d definitely stay here again!

1802 House was the perfect place for us to stay for a 2 night visit to Kennebunkport and surrounding area. The walk into the main "town" was lovely and avoided finding a parking place in the very limited parking lots! Breakfasts were delicious and served with a smile! Would Highly Recommend!!!!!!

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at the 1802 House. Eileen and her husband were super hosts. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Clean, modern, quiet and the breakfasts were delicious. Great time with good people. Thanks

Staying at 1802 is a real treat. The Inn Keepers are very friendly, knowledgeable about the town, and they create a wonderful experience for their guests. The inn is lovely, each room more beautiful than the next. Breakfast is delicious each day, you will love it!

Its a ways from the entertainment areas, but still walkable. Very clean and quite residential area. Hosts are very nice. Breakfast is great!

Beautifully renovated house with elegant furnishings. Rooms are very well appointed. The shower was great ! Super comfy bed. Tea, coffee, water and snacks readily available and complimentary. Lovely grounds and free parking on site. Close to town. The hosts were very friendly. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay for breakfast but it looked and smelled great ! Thoroughly recommend !

What a fantastic stay! The owners are delightful and provided an amazing breakfast each day. The property is beautiful and only a short walk away from all the action in Kennebunkport. Highly recommend for a truly relaxing stay!

The bed and breakfast was beautiful. The room was decorated nicely, and the bed was comfortable. The innkeeper was very pleasant. Such a gracious host. Breakfast was amazing! The salmon quiche was delicious! I would highly recommend this place!

I adored this Bed & Breakfast (my first time staying in one!). It was absolutely charming and the owners were so welcoming and accommodating. I cant emphasize enough the cleanliness as well as comfort- The pillows, sheets and bed all felt like home.

New innkeepers were lovely and let me check in early and store bags rest of the day. About a ten minute walk in to town. Dry comfortable bed and toiletries.

The new owners are delightful! We had the privilege of being the first guests under the new ownership. The breakfasts were amazing! Very peaceful setting and the rooms were very clean. Loved the history of the home. Highly recommended !

The 1802 House B & B could not have be nicer. The proprietor assisted with a restaurant reservation and we had an excellent dinner. And, she served a delicious breakfast even taking into account my dietary restrictions. The accommodations were charming and comfortable in a beautiful rural setting a short distance away from the congestion in the center of town. Would stay again in a minute!

The 1802 House was perfect for us. Set back on a quiet street, but only a short walk to downtown Kennebunkport. The inn offered everything we needed for our long weekend getaway. We chose the large Sebago Suite. It didn't disappoint. Three cozy rooms, one with a huge jacuzzi. We also enjoyed some wine on the outdoor deck - the only room that had one. Terri was awesome tailoring to every one of our needs. You'll enjoy the homemade breakfast too!

My wife and stayed here for a weekend, awesome place. Close to town and extremely friendly staff. You will not be disappointed. The only criticism I have is that the tvs in every room are too small.

We had a wonderful stay, Teri and Roger were lovely. We stayed in the Arundel room, it was warm and stately at the same time. Very comfy bed. We will be back! The homebaked cookies were delicious as were the breakfastes. Met people from all over the country. Very nice weekend.

We stopped through Kennebunkport on our way to Bar Harbor. Unfortunately it was just for one night. Terri and the staff were so helpful in making recommendations in places to see, parking, where to eat, etc. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. A three course delight.

The owner, Teri, was totally accommodating to our requests, including for an earlier breakfast, which was fantastic. The highlight was a soufflé which had herbs from her garden. She also had homemade cookies and lemonade available during the day. The property is very nice, with comfy chairs outside. The room was immaculate and very attractive and the bathroom very modern with a great shower. The inn is a 10-15 minute walk to downtown or a very short ride. I’d highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a very friendly staff, a charming old house and a great location.

This B & B was first class the whole way. Every little thing was special and each need was met before it was even known. The breakfasts were delicious and every night, we had a plate of homemade cookies set out. Such a perfect get away.

This Inn was probably one of the best we have stayed in. Each room is BEAUTIFULLY decorated . Breakfast was a three course delight. We would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone TWO THUMBS UP AND 10 STARS!!!!
