When I booked this room I specified we needed two queens abd a sleeper sofa for 5 guest,no sleeper sofa when we got to the room and the frount desk just told me sorry and thats it,no what can we do to make it right or anything. One of my guest had to sleep. On my couch. And never will use this hotel chain or this booking site again it is a joke

There were many children and hunters staying at your hotel. Saturday night several children were playing/running in the lobby and up & down hallway of 3rd floor. Late Saturday night I was awoken twice and again very early Sunday morning. Late Saturday night I heard several children and 1 parent talking at full voice while down the hall of 2nd floor. 45 minutes later I was awoken again by a family speaking Spanish in the 2nd floor hallway. Finally, I was awoken early Sunday morning by multiple hunters (wearing camo & carrying gun cases) as they talked in the hallway and in the parking lot.

Upon arriving at the property there was a sign that clearly stated check in began at 3 pm. It was definitely after 3 pm, I was notified that my room was not ready yet. We proceeded with the check in process and I was charged an additional $50.00 incidental fee that "will come off in 5 days after you check out." I was called after 4:30 pm to let me know that my room was ready. By that time, we were heading back to more baseball games so we were unable to check in to our room until after 8 pm. We checked out at 8:07 am. I booked a room with refrigerator and microwave and our room did not have a microwave. The pool was inoperable, and I feel that should have been noted somewhere prior to booking. I feel that the cleaning of the room was rushed and not very efficient. Under other circumstances, it may have been ok, but this time I was unhappy with the overall experience.

Well to start with you can’t absolutely couldn’t check in until 3:00. That’s not a big deal if that’s the rule I get it but the attitude of the desk person was definitely not friendly. The worst thing is the swimming pool was closed and the lobby area was hot. There was a couple of people on staff that was very nice to deal with but most were snobby and uncaring of the situation. We basically spent around 200.00 per night and will definitely not go back.

Very clean, well maintained building. Breakfast was varied and good tho I prefer bacon over sausage. Rates are a bit high. However it is a good choice within the Hilton Fam.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and this was the worst customer service at the front desk that we received. It was family weekend at HPU and the hotel was crowded, but Wes at the front desk still needs to be able to smile and be friendly.

Terrible experience with this hotel, we arrived at 3:30pm, check in was at 3pm. We were told it would be an hour until we could get I to our room. We told them we had a VERY long drive and needed a room. Attendant did not seem to care because everyone else had to wait also due to rooms not being ready. 4:30pmcomes around and we were told it would STILL be another hour. We did it Steph to our room till 6:30pm!

Highly disappointed, nothing good to say. Experience was bad enough I’ll stay at comfort inn from now on

I was very disappointed with the internet access and even my hotspot on my phone seemed to be jammed while I was in the hotel. I could not get my work done and had to leave the hotel to get it done. It was very expensive to not be able to work from the hotel

The woman at the front desk went above and beyond to serve us. Our keys didn’t work and she went back with us to the room to make sure we could get in. She was very friendly and professional. We have stayed here many times over the years and the overall condition of the rooms and the cleanliness has gone way down hill. Our room was not ready at checkin. The room itself smelled musty and the bathroom was dirty. Our feet stuck to the floor. The AC never cooled the room to temp and there is a lot of general cleaning that needs to be done. The vents are furry with dust and the walls/doors are very dirty.

House keeper knock on my door very loud at 8:30 am on SUNDAY when all I want to do is sleep he also was slamming doors while cleaning rooms!!!

It was good place to stay but it was just hot in the hotel itself and the water was never really cold. Even in our room we had it as low as it could go 66 but felt like 80.

No hot water for shower, toilet would flush, window shade was broken and couldn’t be closed. Clerk said they would send maintenance. Maintenance never showed up.

Way overpriced and not up to Hampton inn standards. No microwave in rooms , serving bag breakfast. Pillows are terrible. Room ac thermostat barely works. Doesn't keep cool enough. Wouldn't stay there again.
