We had the best time at this hotel, with comfortable rooms and 180 degrees ocean view, great beds, excellent breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. Our daughter was celebrating her 14th birthday during our stay, and the hotel actually gave her a very nice complementary gift (a beautiful necklace.) We will happily return !!

This hotel is catering to the German market. Therefore, the hotel was full (apart from 6 of us Brits) of Germans. They were not friendly at all and most of the evenings entertainment was in German. The hotel itself can't be faulted. The location is excellent, the food is excellent but we felt like we were not welcome by the other guests unfortunately....

Right on the sea front, lovely views from the room, good pool area, close to all shops and restaurants by walking along the promenade.

The location is wonderful but has also a drawback. Our room was facing left to the beach promenade and therefore we were able to hear every evening the noise from the animation of the hotels next to us. Apparently, rooms facing right are quiet. Therefore next time we will request a right facing room. Also only having 1 electrical outlet in the room is not enough in this day and age. However, WIFI was good. The bathroom needs an update in my opinion. I was travelling with my elderly mother and she had a problem entering the bathtub by herself. I suggest walk-in showers due to the fact that a lot of seniors are staying in this hotel. Food is excellent and plenty. Nice pool area and great access to the beach. I had rented a car and was able to park for free every day by the hotel. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel food was excellent. Mainly mature german clients and geared to this market. Location very good and plenty to do and see. Not much late night entertainment in area most places closed before midnight. Lovely promenade for walking/jogging/cycling. Peaceful side of island.

This hotel was very nice, looking out over the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part, however, was the buffet. We had half board, and were extremely happy with it. There was a huge variety and high quality of food. The food was definitely the highlight. The drinks were reasonably priced. If you have kids, they would like the hotel- especially the mini-disco in the evening. We don't have kids, but were highly entertained. A fun time.

Was looking forward to staying in this hotel as we stayed at the hotel next door ealier in the summer, hotel was good but had nothing at all for english, we ended up going back next door for entertainment and spent most of are time away from this hotel.

The hotel is great, clean and kept in great condition. The breakfast and dinner was amazing, plenty of food with great variety! The beach is right there and we had a balcony overlooking the beach. Great programs offered! Overall amazing!

Had a lovely stay in this hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient, rooms clean and comfortable with balcony overlooking sea. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Despite some administrative mistakes, such as our names not being on their list of arrivals, so no room was ready for us and we had to wait for one to be got ready, and our table in the dining room having already been given to others at breakfast time on the last day, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.g

We knew from previous reviews the hotel catered mainly for German guests but this was not a problem. A wide variey of food is available in the restaurant so should cater for all tastes. You keep the same table for all meals during your stay. Only issue was the hotel don't enforce their no towels on sunbed policy so finding sunbeds was a problem! Hotel is located right next to beach in quiet location. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, food was made available to us even though we didn't check in until half one in the morning. Overall great value!

Also very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Walk a few minutes more and you are right in the busy part either on the beach front or just behind where all the shops and other bars, cafes etc are. The restaurants and bars cater mainly to the German people.

This hotel is oriented on tourists from Germany therefore all evening shows were in German language. Room service was OK. Overall stay was good. Very good location just in front of the beach and our room was with a sea view. The only thing is that not all hotel staff understands English. Even one receptionist once on my question in English was trying to answer me in German.

I was led to believe this was a 4 star hotel. However the AC did not work in the middle of the night and when I called the front desk, the receptionist was less than helpful. "I can't do anything about it" was the exact phrase. It was the worst night in a hotel since I can remember. As a 30yo married couple we also felt like the youngest people there. 50+ crowd. Facilities are old and would recommend to look elsewhere as the beach was very beautiful.

We had a very nice stay at this Hotel. We especially liked the food and the children the indoor Pool. We had a nice view over the sea.

Excellent hotel, from reception to pool area, lounges & hospitality. All great. Cooked buffet breakfast, huge choice. Buffet dinner huge selection, grills, pasta, soups,deserts & much more. Rooms spotless with balcony,hairdryer, safe,fridge & plenty storage space. Mostly German, Spanish but very friendly Right on beach with short walk to centre. Shops next to hotel. Stay here & you will not be disappointed. Terrific value late April.

An excellent week's holiday at the end of the season in Cala Millor. I had not been to this area before, and was very pleased with the location of the hotel in relation to the town, and the beach. The hotel staff are delightful and very friendly. The buffet was pretty good, with a daily variation in provision. An excellent holiday resort.

Hotel receptionists unwelcoming, extremely unhelpful and very ignorant bordering on very rude, this was my and my young daughters first visit to Majorca and this first encounter left very sour impression with myself and my daughter.Person behind the checking in/reception desk was very unprofessional and did everything to be awkward as he insisted that we could not stay there despite the fact that he had all the relevant booking and payment information, he was fixated on the demand for an illusive voucher, eventually after 30 minutes of discussion and heated debate we were "allowed" to stay.We were made feel like as nuisance rather than paying guests travelled long way to get there. There was no apology from any member of the hotel. Hotel gym was very poorly equipped, sauna was only open for limited hours f hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon , steam room was again only available with two hours prior notice and after pre-payment, swimming pool was very small and dingy and dark changing room only big enough one person at a time. No towel available in the gym or swimming pool, you could only obtained them fro reception after paying 15 Euro deposit. For a four star large hotel this was extremely disappointing.I certainly would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends/family or business associates.

Lovely, friendly hotel and arguably the best 4* hotel in Cala Millor The hotel was very well maintained and overall the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Although we were probably only one of 2 english families there it was never an issue. The standard of cleanliness was high and nearly all rooms had great views of the sea and the beach

The hotel management team however need to look at their own guidelines vis a vis towels left on sunbeds every morning by guests who clearly hadn't read the signs. A pool attendant would go some way to preventing this rather frustrating situation for us as the only English family there. Overall a fantastic location.
