Amazing views, incredibly friendly staff & impeccably clean rooms! We were taken care of from the moment we pulled into the driveway to the moment we left. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a weekend getaway!

It was cleaned, staff were great and welcoming. The free breakfast menu limited. Dinner menu was pricey and we ended up exploring other dining options in the area, which resulted in finding some really good gems.

Every single staff member my H and I encountered was friendly and eager to offer assistance. Toilet in room did not work which is excusable at this price point. Needed new plunger mechanism which is ridiculous given what I paid for room. Everything else was outstanding.

Stopped at this location while traveling between 2 places. Found a hidden gem. Definitely plan to come back for a proper vacation.

Newly remodeled, very clean, shore views with decks, comfortable beds, attentive staff. beautiful interior areas. Will definitely book again next year!

Great place, was there many times love the shore

Well I requested an ocean view and they told me the hotel was full when it was empty. The parking lot had 8 cars and the restaurant was completely empty.

Loved the hotel changed room with total view of ocean.Bed so comfortable pillows perfect ordered them for home.Restaurant wonderful ,staff friendly best customer care ever.

Overpriced and outdated

For $600 a night you would think they would have really good service however that was not the case. No one offered to carry my bags into the hotel from valet and so i lugged them up the stairs . Front desk staff was barely pleasant and said i had a great room but i had to keep my blinds closed as there was outdoor seating for the restaurant outside of my room and it was extremely busy. Food was mediocre at best. i definitely would not recommend for other travelers.

Nice place, good food, great view

Restaurant Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was delicious. In general, all the staff was courteous and helpful. Bed linens were comfy. I did miss the sandy beaches found further south. Very quiet and relaxing beach hotel. Kathy D.

The property is beautiful and the restaurant is great but if you're going on a weekend - be prepared for wedding after wedding after wedding. And if the weather is bad, forget about it. The rooms are nice but not 700/night nice.

The place is beautiful, peaceful and the staff was super friendly and accommodating! They have valet parkingThe restaurant in the hotel was great for dinner. There is a restaurant called Christy’s a few minutes down the road, a quick walk. There are outlets nearby and the center of town is a quick drive with shops, restaurants, etc.

We loved our stay at Madison Beach Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, service is superb, and it’s right on the water with a private beach next to a lovely public beach. We are looking for excuses to return.

Weekend getaway! Nice hotel with a resort feel. Staff was attentive, and people were friendly. No night life here, the place is pretty quiet. It gave me a old retirement home vibes. No swimming pool, No microwaves in rooms, No cool music in the Lobby & the gift shop sucks. (Bring your own snacks) No scooter rental but they do offer bikes at no cost. The $20 per person continental breakfast is a joke! I quickly learned everyone eats breakfast at Cristys around the corner, which I HIGHLY recommend!!!! Rooms have private balconies that provide no privacy. Nice breeze but the water smells, the bathrooms are nice but The fridge in my room was broken. Rooms have Keurigs with complementary coffee & tea. The restaurant menu is upscale, I asked for Buffalo wings and was told they don’t sell them. (No matter how ritzy a place is everyone sells wings) Dairy Queen, McDonald’s, Chinese food and pizza places are nearby. DoorDash prices were insane for delivery, the ride through town was short & sweet for half the cost.

A wonderful surprise to stay in such a clean and comfortable hotel. Service was fantastic from the front desk to all the wait staff in the Dining Room. Beds are super comfortable...definitely recommend

Beautiful views, loved drinks on the deck with heat lamps, loved the dinner at the Hotel restaurant. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfortable. Very cool cooking mussels demonstration for hotel guests.
