I picked this hotel because it supposedly had a pool and Jacuzzi. The whole hotel was rundown and old. The pool went from 3' to 5', but even at the 3' area, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. There was algae and bugs in the pool and after the 3 day there were little bubbles on the top of the water all across the pool and it looked like the pool was effervescent. The refrigerator and microwave were old and broken down. The extra doorlock was barely holding on by the loose screws. The continental breakfast had instant oatmeal, dry cereal w/milk available, orange juice and apple, and sliced bread.

Worst place to leave. Bedsheets are smelling stinky, Air conditioning not working properly and too hot inside. No cleanliness. I will not recommend this property for staying

Clean but good value for the money. Everything was very old and out of date. Carpet was in terrible condition.

The room was decent, not extremely clean, my two year old daughter found some junk left from a previous person, and could stand newer furniture but that was about it. Beds were nice and sleepable. The indoor pool/hot tub was definitely nice.

Pool had a scum on top, the couch was really dirty, way expensive for the price, carpet dirty.

I liked the location

The place was a two room suite. I stayed two nights. No A/C in the front room/kitchen. Very small A/C in the back bedroom which was extremely noisy and took 8 hours just to cool the bedroom down. Horrible mattress and extremely old furnishings. The WiFi was so slow I just used my cell service instead. And lastly it took five minutes of running the shower to get the hot water there.

Easy access from freeway. Great area around restaurants and going into the city. Excellent price for one night. Friendly service. Lots of great parking. Older hotel. Some minor things not clean. If you’re looking for a decent hotel close to everything, and are on a budget, then this hotel is for you. 4 Stars. Excellent service, great room size, close to freeway and stores. A little noisy at night from upstairs and on the side of my room. I liked the room, but my husband and daughter did not. Thank you for a nice stay.

This was a nice stay for the price.

This property was very dirty everywhere, unhealthy for anyone to be around. We left due to the poor conditions in and outside of the room. The room was not clean at all. Downright disgusting . As for the delapitated pool area was dirty and unsafe. The parking lot, the office, the stairs were all extremely dirty.

Its the newest and prettiest but it comfortable comes with a kitchen. It has more space compared to most hotels. The workers are friendly and helpful.

Yeah it’s a little run down but it’s a great price and the beds are nice too. We love swimming int the indoor pool. And the location is right off the boulevard.

It was good for one night

This property and its sister property don’t allow any animals even with a service card. The only good thing about this place is the food in the morning and pool. The stuff was mean and inappropriate.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly very informative she helped me in any way she could didn't get her name wish I would have next time I'm in St George I will stay there again for sure

Not safe, not worth saving money. No joke, EVERYONE in St. George will make fun of you if you stay here. The Room: fridge was off when we arrived and had left a huge puddle on the floor; profane graffiti on the paintings; At night the fridge made a horrid noise in random spurts keeping us awake; the TV in the bedroom has a constant, terrible high-pitched whine; bathroom sink was clogged; there was some unidentifiable dark substance splattered on the bathroom door and -best part- the towel hook in the bathroom is DUCT TAPED TO THE WALL This place has a hot tub and pool- DON'T USE THEM! Both H.T. and pool are crumbling to pieces, pool had gross film in/on it The experience: Night one (Thurs) cops pull someone over next door, lets them go then came into our lot real slow. Right after that- a silver forefunner with almost blacked out windows pulled through slowly one way- then turned around and raced to the parking lot of "The pickler" next door. They pulled in facing us (we were on the landing watching), turned off their lights before stopping the car and sat there for however long. It was weird. The last night (Sat) we were saying our goodbyes to family when some dude comes by the door "my gf is coming down real bad, do you guys have any shade?" At the very least, I hope the ladies of the night got paid well as I could tell they were..... Burning the midnight oil, shall we say? Kept me awake ALL NIGHT NEVER book here!!!

When the owner found out we were with oir Granddaughter and was gonna take her swimming, she put us on the ground floor when we were scheduled to be on top floor.

This was about like staying in a camper built in the 80's.

Staff have been really friendly, we are here just for a place to sleep, seems like there is plenty of options. Parking is not ideal but it works

You get exactly what you pay for here. Great price for 2 bedrooms, but 1 tiny bathroom. However, GREAT central location! One warning to fellow parents: indoor pool DOES NOT mean heated in anyway. Way too cold to swim for Spring Break

The floor was very sticky, the beds had holes in the sheets. The curtains were ragged. Very unclean.

I was frustrated when rates changed from what Expedia posted. Paid additional fees for my reservation, or i wouldnt get in. Made this reservation for my son, hoping to be frugal with my expenses. Honestly thought a discount or free night was in order. NOT a budget friendly hotel when you add it all up. Friendly staff, unfriendly rates.

The pool is crumbly and old. The staff was very nice, and the room was nicer than I expected. It’s an older motel that has been somewhat updated. Beds were comfy and the room was very clean. There was even a small kitchenette and couch in the front area.

Older facility, motor lodge from back in the day so parking was not roomy.Staff were friendly and our room showed the cleaning staff work hard to keep it clean. Older furnishings. My wife has huge issues with dander, mold and chemical residue (cleaning/perfumes). She did not have a reaction ... so that is high praise. The kitchenette with full fridge was excellent.

The carpet needs to be steam clean so that it doesn’t hold odors. Replace the mattress as I could feel the springs.

Overall fantastic experience. The only things that caught us off guard were the towels were stained, and the first time someone used the toilet it got clogged with no access to a plunger until the next morning.

Great staff just older place that had a smell to it when we first checked in.

Huge rooms, very nice. Musty smell on entering. Carpets could use replacement. Standard shower and very hot water that lasted through 2 showers!! Located on a busy street but easy to find and more than adequate parking. Lots of food choices near by. We went to the Ocean Buffet about 2 blocks away and it was excellent. Would recommend this place and would stay here again. Price was very reasonable.

The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the friendly staff. I definitely recommend.
