The room was impecable, very comfortable- the view to the rias was amazing! Very relaxing ! Italian restaurant was delicious ! I also tried the spa had a massage and a facial, Marián and Sandra were incredible- great Spa ! Service was very good - I didn’t want to leave ! Bfst also very good. Beautiful property. Excellent service. But it is not close/walkable to main town area of Vigo. However we very much enjoyed exploring the beach area and nearby lighthouse.

Great hotel!!, is very close to the beach, although is a bit far from the city. If you don't have your own car, the best way to go to the city is by taxi, public transport access from there is not easily accesible.

This was our first day arriving in Spain late evening for a tour by car. The hotel itself is beautiful, in a lovely location overlooking the sea. The room was large with two double beds and with a fantastically large terrace overlooking the bay. We had an enjoyable dinner. The staff were very helpful.
The facilities were top rate. The bathroom had bath and separate shower with plentiful toiletries.
There is a pool and spa here which we didn't have time to enjoy, but of the seven hotels we staying in whilst touring northern Spain, including two luxurious Paradores, this was the hotel that most impressed me and the price was very affordable. I would love to return.

Lovely stay, made us think about coming back here in the summer. Great parking and we had a superb room, thank you for that, the garden and the beach nearby are also fantastic. 10 minute walk to where the bars and restaurants are.

Pazos Los Escudos is an excellent place to stay in Vigo. Beautiful sites of the bay, excellent location very close to restaurants. Excellent access to walkways bordering the shoreline. Amazing Breakfast. Highly recommended!!!

Room was clean enough but when we lifted the sheets there were hairs and what looked like dried snot between the clean sheets and the mattress, which, was gross. The rest of the room looked clean. There was really loud music coming from a close by bar across the street and also the reservations for dinner were challenging to make and ultimately incorrectly reserved under a name that sounded similar to ours and had to verify with 5 different staff members before seating us....there were only three other couples in the entire restaurant and we awkwardly stood there for nearly 10 minutes. No additional people came.

This is a great hotel . The location is very good at the sea side next to a beach with splendid view over the Vigo gulf. The rooms modern and very comfortable with a spacious balcony. The hotel has an adjacent wonderful old building (breakfast- restaurant) that everybody should visit. is simply magnificent.
The food was very tasty representative of the region and made with fresh ingredients.
Above all the personnel is outstanding. Very competent, supportive and extremely customer oriented. At a given occasion they reacted immediately, methodically and helped me out of a difficult business adversity. Congratulations!!

The bed and pillows are terrible I'm still suffering from neck and lower back pain. The staff were good and helpful and privided a late check out till 2 pm free of charge. Room view was nice but limited. Location is verry far from the city and isolated, i do not recommend staying here due to the location mainly and bed

Beautiful hotel, modern facilites surrounded by stone walls, separated from ocean by an extensive green area with gardens and fountains, walking trails along the beaches. Rooms are spotless and good size. Balcony makes a big difference, specially overlooking the ocean. I would recommend this hotel with no dobut.

It was one of my best experience hotels in Spain It looks like inside Medieval Cassels at 15 centuries when Elizabeth expelled Moor from Granada in 1492 Furthermore, it was just in a corner to touch in sea beach I could enjoy so amazing night view from big tree at green night as well as hotel monument It was unforgettable experience as I did feel like King in the Cassels It provide very space room with excellent bath When I walk step by step, it would provide proud with happiness
