we love the lake area and this was very nice.

It seemed real nice. Except for had to complain about nose several time and didn’t stop till almost midnight. Sounded like ten kids playing tag jumping on the floor. The breakfast seemed great except for the warm food was cold and the granola was stale. Had some black looked like mold in shower.

Our hotel stay was great. We had no issues at all. Clean. Friendly staff. My husband loved the breakfast every morning! Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Could not have been more pleased with my stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was also clean and the shower was excellent. Breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious with an abundance of choices. Also, took advantage of the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend.

The advertising and photos were accurate but we were very surprised to find there was no vineyard but instead a very busy and loud traffic intersection all day and night.
That said, the motel and room were modern and comfortable.

Was traveling with my sister for a friend’s birthday. The hotel was great. Front staff very friendly. Clean room and the cleaning staff we saw every morning were very pleasant. The breakfast was warm delicious and hot coffee. Definitely would recommend and stay at best western again.

Loved this place, exceeded my expectations. We had a clean large room. Bed was a bit old and sunken but still relatively comfy. We had our dog with us and the staff gave a little treat bag with a ball and a few treats which was a nice touch. Across the street is a nice park which is part of the Keuka outlet trail. Across 2min walk to a Mexican restaurant, McDonalds, Taco bell and Dunkin Donuts.
Parking is plenty and staff will make a spot for you if needed. Breakfast was better than expected with eggs, sausage, cereals, pancake machine, fresh fruit, bagels, banana bread. Unlimited coffee and juice at front 24 hours.

Beautiful staff! Everyone was kind and approachable. Little disappointed in the corporate management though. The furniture is beat up and outdated. We couldn’t sleep on the pull out couch, it was so uncomfortable. The couch itself was ripped. The room as a whole was wonderful but corporate needs to do some updating.

Nice place , we watched our grandkids while our children attended a wedding . We swam in the pool, enjoyed the hot tub , and had dinner in the gazebo area , I meant to tell on Che k out that the toilet I. The room 209 “ran” and needs to be fixed . Otherwise all good . We requested adjoining rooms as well as early check in and appreciate it all !

We were there for three days while our son’s family was camping at Keuka Lake State Park. Lots of restaurants in the city. we enjoyed hiking on the Seneca outlet trail, which was less than 3 miles away If you wanted to see the waterfalls plenty of parking. beautiful hotel, even the stairwells were nice!

The hotel was nicely appointed, lobby was nice, etc. The beds were extremely high and, because I'm older and have some mobility issues, I had a really hard time getting into the bed! Also, the beds are very firm. The breakfast was passable, at best. Food was cold, coffee machine made terrible coffee (everyone was leaving and saying they were going to McDonald's) and it certainly wasn't what you expected at such a nice place.

We only needed the room for one night as this was just a quick getaway. I would stay here again. I would recommend a room on the third floor due to the foot traffic noise from above. Was rather annoying late at night and early in the morning,

It’s a beautiful property. The 24 hour juice and coffee is fantastic. The afternoon cookies were a nice touch. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

When we go to the Finger Lakes, we always stay here. The breakfast is very nice, along with the 24-hour juice and coffee availability. The most important reason we come is that the staff is very accommodating for our child’s food allergy. They have always provided us with a plate of food that my son can eat, from the kitchen, preventing any cross contamination of allergens from the trays for the public. Very nice and helpful!

Staff was absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the pool was cloudy and smelled bad. My daughter got sick from swimming in it both nights we were there. Another person said the same thing. We notified the desk but did not see an improvement. The front desk was very kind and informative of the area and our personal needs.

The hotel is excellent ,room cleanliness,staff, amenities and the included breakfast. The only negative thing is the location ,for its nightly price it should be closer to the lake and points of interest.
