Another great stay at the South Point. It is a wonderful alternative to staying on the strip. A great variety of restaurants, big, comfortable sports book for watching games, busy poker room and casino. Had a great dinner at the Silverado Steak House. Cant wait to return.

I like this hotel, but woke up to no hot water. Ran it for almost an hour but nothing. Called front desk but maintenance was too slow and we had to hit the road. So ya … not too happy with cold shower.

it was horrible the staff was rude one of our rooms was a disaster and the tv was cracked my mom was injured by a cleaning lady and they refused to do anything about it

This was the worst experience ever at this hotel. It was a very busy weekend in vegas with football games, R1 racing and a rodeo at the hotel. The elevators were the worst. Waited an hour for an elevator just to go down. This hotel has 6 elevators and only 2 working this weekend. Spoke with management and she was rude and didn’t seem to care.

Very nice rooms. The only issue I had with the hotel, is that I’m not a smoker and a casinos had the after smell of cigarettes.

Great stay. Have stayed here before. Was disappointed that pool area/hot tub was closed. Would have been nice to go outside and enjoy the fresh air and/or hot tub!

Amazing! She Was So Nice, Beautiful and Understood I Needed Rest So She Was So Kind To Help Me Get To My Room Fast. I Love The Service And The Room. South Point Is Awesome! I Am Not Sure What The Lady’s Name Is But She Was The Front Desk Manager And I See Why. ❤️

What a great place!
The room was roomy and clean and hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
The food choices were good enough that we didn’t leave once on our 3 day stay. Zenshin was pretty darn good - the manager, Steve, offered us half price meals for life!! (JK)
Prices were VERY reasonable - especially when compared to the rest of Vegas.
We'll be back.

First room had bed with obvious multiples springs showing all over. Second room was bed was ok. Shower and sink drained very very slow. Looks like they need to do some maintenance and upgrade of there mattresses. This is my fav hotel. Was a bit disappointed.

Horrible - Fees. Never using Hotels.com again. Never going to this Casino again. If if people are paying to stay at your hotel, they should have preferential treatment at the buffet. Your lines are a joke place was way to packed. You offer no in room amenities.

It was good overall. Just two complaints first the toilet seemed as it had been used and not cleaned? Secondly the Kuerig coffee maker leaked whenever I used it. I also paid for premium view and I really wasn’t impressed with the view.

Enjoyed only their Foods. Room is not so inviting. No extra toothpaste toothbrushes faucet is clogged. Looks like I was given a Room for Disabled Hotel guests! Guest service Hotel check in personnel is prejudiced.

Very busy weekend. Long lines to room elevators as a few out of service during our stay. Management did well to work around the crowds. 👍. Last night though, ungodly noise coming from construction crew at 10PM. Called front desk and management did not respond promptly to numerous complaints from customers trying to sleep
