Extremely Amazing Trip!! Holiday Inn Express ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ staff are friendly helpful and very on top of maintaining the property. It’s easy to find placement and perfect for those who enjoy casinos or fine dining like Japanese steakhouses, with Ichibans ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ right across the street nearby gas stations and shops make it a great location. Cleanliness was outstanding in the hotel. The suite we stayed in had a mini fridge Microwave mini sink and coffee maker. It also had room enough to sleep 6. 2 beds and a hide a couch. Having that seating area with the couch and a nice tv to enjoy was also great. Bathrooms they were clean and stocked beyond expectation with products in big bottles so you would have enough for everyone. From shampoo to lotion they had it covered. Breakfast was delicious and very nicely placed well organized and piping hot. Plenty of it as well. Don’t forget the coffee juice or any other possible side non alcohol choice. Delicious!! Very Very best place to stay in Evanston!!

Great location

Bedding had bugs and hair Swimming pool was so cold my family didn’t want to swim. My granddaughter was so excited to swim so this was very disappointing

All was good and Charlotte at the front Desk was great. Only issue is no bottled water was available at either the front desk or Vending machines. Tap Water in the bathroom was not pleasant.

Construction workers (?) lingering outside the entrance smoking and drinking. Tried to walk to a restaurant but the closest one was crappy so had to drive.

The only complaint is we were supposed to have a king and they gave us a double queen and blamed them giving away the king rooms on Expedia

Comfortable and awesome!! We appreciated the size and equipment of the fitness room, cleanliness of the pool and hot tub, many options at breakfast. Worth every penny! Oh and a beautiful garden of flowers out front!

Entry to hotel parking has some potholes, needs attention

Staff is super friendly and the check-in went great. The room was super spacious, clean and comfortable. Very happy with my two night stay. Next trip to Evanston I will definitely book a room here again!

Breakfast was not ready at 6am as we were told. When they did have it ready they ran out of food. Pancakes were not available. Signage that we would be evicted if we brought food or drink into the pool is not very friendly.

The Holiday Inn Express was great. We needed to stop and get some sleep on a long trip and it was clean, the service was friendly and it was a good experience. Thanks!

The staff were some of the most friendly and personable staff I have ever encountered checking into a hotel. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable.
