The hotel is very good located, the metro station is only a few steps away. There are also several restaurants, stores, backeries in the area. The room was quite small but it was ok since we only were there for sleeping and taking showers. The room has also air conditioning which was great for the hot days in Paris. In general I‘d recommend the hotel.

Small and nice hotel in good location if you want to walk to Roland Garros. Quite a lot traffic in the road but noise did not disturb at least in the floor 6. One incident happened. We were already sleeping when some other hotel guest opened the door with his key. I don't know how this was possible but definitely not accepted.

Despite the small size of the room, it was skillfully organized, with everything arranged in a thoughtful and practical manner. However, there were a few small issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. On the first day of my stay, I discovered that the safe was not functioning properly and the hotel wasn't able to fix it or move us to another room. So I had to carry my laptop with me throughout the day which was very inconvenient and burdensome. In addition, the bed sheets were torn and dusty, and while we requested a replacement, it was never provided. Similarly, there was no hair conditioner provided, despite our request for some. Moreover, the hot water kettle had unsightly stains on the inside, and the hotel was noticeably stingy when it came to providing coffee sachets each day.

Rooms are small

Good hotel close to Metro line 9, serving main touristic points. There a few options for dining around (sushi, kebab and French restaurants). The room is comfortable and the show recently refurbished. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Try to avoid the rooms over the street if you are a light sleeper, it is busy and noisy.

Good, clean hotel. Rooms a bit small. Very friendly and helpful staff. Situated close to Metro. Excellent location as we were able to walk easily to Roland Garros.

Breakfast was not that great because of restrictions

Stayed for 2 nights for a business trip. The comfort room was perfect for my needs. There were plenty of plug sockets and a slim desk in front of the window. The bed was nice and comfy and the room was well laid out with a separate bathroom and toilet. All the staff were nice and friendly which enhanced the stay. I would definitely stay again

The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable, but it was a bit strange that the bathroom was split in 2: the cubicle for toilet was in one side of the room (lacking efficient ventilation might I add - not ideal for multiple guests) and the shower and sink in the opposite side of the room. Another down side of our stay (although not the hotel's fault) was the strike of the public transport in the city. This hotel was chosen specifically for being close to 2 metro lines, both of those highly affected by the strike. Without the metro, we were almost stranded in the hotel region, having increased costs with taxi and having to face very, very crowded buses and much longer walkings than expected (with a senior). I feel hotels in areas such as these, which aren't close to anything but the metro, should offer guests free shuttles (both to airports and to a few important spots in the city) to compensate for the strike.

The room with a little bit more of space will be ideal (but we are in Europe in Paris so space is limited). walking distance to restaurants, markets, shopping areas, La Seine Musicale, metro station, as mentioned by the French people this is a save area of town.

Lovely little hotel on the outskirts of Paris and right beside Metro line 9 which takes you straight in to the city within 25 mins. Staff really helpful and friendly. Room super quiet, small but has all you need and bed really comfortable.

The hotel was an easy walk to the French Open about 25 minutes easy pace. Lots of restaurants nearby which was convenient. The hotel room was compact and clean. We asked for a room that was quieter towards the back because the main street in front can get loud with traffic. Our room was very quiet.

I was in Paris on an intense 5- day business trip. When I told the receptionist this, she very kindly put me in a room that faced a quiet courtyard, rather than the busy street. Every staff member I met/interacted with was superior in friendliness and helpfulness. A++++

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff

We requested (and booked) 2 twin rooms, when we arrived, they only had one twin available and one double. This was not suitable for our group.

Hotel based near to Roland Garros which was excellent. A15 minute walk to the tennis everyday was perfect.Room had been refurbished and was very adequate for our needs. A little on the expensive side for a 3 star property but I guess this is Paris!

Navigated from the subway station. Sign was not clearly visible from the street and had a hard time finding it. Even walked right past the entrance as the Best Western sign was not posted towards the street.Elevator was old and carpet looked pretty dirty. They were moving boxes for renovation for the hotel on Friday evening and it took like 5 mins for the elevator to come down. Room key was quite unusual, took a few attempts to learn how the key works. There was no shower curtain so the water splashed all of the bathroom.Room was very tiny but I suppose its normal for hotels in Paris.The service at the front desk was good. No issue with the wake up call and taxi request.

I would recommend it only for stop over of a day or two at max as a passage but not holiday stay.
