Great hotel, friendly staff, good bar prices. The hotel is clean and is in a good location close to the centre, bus and train stations.

Very basic. Not enought fscilities for the amount of rooms and guests. Breakfast was nice if you could find a table to sit at. And only 3 small lifts for over 300 rooms. Was on floor 10 and could easily wait 15 mins for a lift.

Our first time here,lovely place..the brunch idea only fab. Not a whole lot of sunbeds but it didnt affect us while we stayed..we really e joyed it

Center of town, easy bus ride to Gibraltar or Marbella for a day trip from the nearby bus stop. A lot of great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, close enough to everything but quiet enough to rest, the view from the front Seaview balcony was amazing and room very clean

Easy location about 300 to 400 feet above the beach, both stairs and roads. We walk the road to see the 1920's Moroccan stylehous a d a large mural. We found the lift to return, but walk the shopping to the left, which connect yo easy stairs and mre shops leading to downtown. Breakfast bruch was easy. No resaraunt. But the deck told us about gear itaian pizza place locals use. Super meal with 2 ponys of beer a d mosarala/tomatoe salid all for 28 Euros. Plan dinner asthere not much around other than pizza, closed mondays. Outsta di g sea view from our 10th floor balcony. We eat a quick dinner on monday with beer from the local market to next the hotel

This is a great no frills place, modern, clean and well located for the city centre. Prepare to trek around 15 minutes up and down some stairs to get to the beach. The staff are super helpful, I'd stay again.

The brunch to 1.30 was great! Not enough pools beds Poor reception coverage No soundproof in bedroom you can hear everything next door & I mean everything, not raised voices, Bathroom, Sexual and general conversation all audible If you're a light sleeper I'd avoid!

Super nice experience staying at this hotel. The hotel is very clean, big rooms and very modern. The tent concept can be seen throughout the entire hotel which is nice. There was an amazing brunch buffet with lots of options. The pool was nice only thing is there could be a bit more shade spots provided otherwise perfect. Very nice hotel for a relaxing holiday if you wanna go for a swim. Beach is a bit of a walk but it’s doable. And the shopping street with all the restaurants is nearby.

Reception nice,lifts, but when you get to the hallways old scruffy rooms have been renovated to a low standard unlike reception ,restaurant very nice well serviced

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were very clean. Phone did not work and hairdryer was broken. A bit noisy at night some door slamming and shouting. Location of hotel was great. Very close to beach and St Miquel street. I cannot stress how helpful the staff were enough. They were amazing

Great hotel. Parking hard on the street but parking payant close by. Team are great. Brunch is excellent. Pool is small but great. Good little gym. Elevators a bit slow but that’s a detail. Rooms cool and beds great. We will recommend.

This hotel was a nice surprise. Location is walking distance to shopping streets and beach. Nice staff. Great breakfast until late 13.00. The only downside was water running all over bathroom while using shower, but it's manageable if use a bit lower water pressure. Overall great with the price I payed.

why are there no fridge in the room? not comfortable because of this.

I stayed here for 3 nights for almost 600 euros with my 3yo. Every time the bath or shower was used, all of the water would leak out into the room. I informed staff every day but it was only on the last night that someone came to fix it and it still wasn’t fixed. This ruined our stay as it was unsafe and I was mopping up water a lot of the time. There was no offer of a new room, no offer of a refund so I feel I wasted money staying here.

To be honest just a little bit more attention to detail and the review would have scored higher. Very easy to find from the train station and no noise at all from surrounding apartments. Clean , tidy no complaints there. The pool is postage stamp size . The smallest I’ve ever come across so few sun beds and for parts of the day in shade. The hotel offers a brunch service that when it works is fine , but when it doesn’t it’s poor, it’s a free for all and the tables need clearing faster. We stayed for 4 nights but had one bad day and that reflects my score. There seems to be a lack of staff, reception is poorly manned so long queues can form and in my case having to wait behind 9 people checking in to ask a simple question was very frustrating. There are a lot of steps in Torremolinos but if your a. Beach worshiper then access is quick . Really good quality beaches with restaurants galore. So despite some issues if you asked me would I return the answer would be yes , hope you find this useful

Easy automated check-in and check-out. The room was basic and clean at face value, however, the floors needed a good mop as we saw by the state of our socks and bare feet after showering. There was also a cocktail umbrella type thing stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom, probably testament to a previous guest’s enjoyment of the facilities. European electricity outlets only, no usb or alternative outlets. Bring your travel adapters!

Not really that close to the beach or the city centre but Torremolinos is a small town anyways. The brunch till 1pm was a life saver and great food. Modern amenities and friendly staff. Small pool with not many loungers.

Walking distance to the Playas, shopping, dinning etc etc....we loved it, especially the brunch with variety.

Hotel was in a very good location for airport and Malaga city. Easy to walk to restaurants and Toromolinos station. My room had a balcony but views over roof tops. Other rooms had terraces with views over pool. I didn’t mind my room view as I was on business and hardly any time spent in the room. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Good brunch too.

Room was very clean & comfortable. The brunch option is great, not having to wake up early for breakfast during holidays. However no fridge in the room, you have to pay a daily rate to use the safe. It’s not like a small hotel where they don’t make enough money. They have over 400 rooms, this is greediness
