Where do I begin. We arrived after travelling for several hours in 40 degree heat and the service we received was awful. The women at the desk (around 11am) was extremely rude and inconsiderate. When we checked in she didn’t speak to me in a professional manor and she was unable to talk through the amenities of the hotel (breakfast times, swimming pool ect). We booked a room with a double bed, but instead we got a twin room. In addition to this, the door to the hotel room was broken and didn’t close properly. At initial glance, the swimming pool looked perfect… however we do notice that the water in the pool was slightly dirty and one man in the pool (that was intoxicated) felt the need to shout very loudly. We decided to leave the pool (as several others did) because my partner felt uncomfortable. We arrived on the Monday and none of the restaurants were open and we had to get a bus into the city centre, I’ve stayed in many 4* hotels and I expected the service to be significantly better. I won’t be returning to this hotel again.

Excellent service, very nice and friendly staff, room service is amazing. Good location to walk to the castle and restaurant 20 mi Ute’s walk not bad. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night, checking was fine the room was ok but a little dark. In these COVID times the buffet breakfast was a bit different - I appreciate the need individual portions but it felt a bit strange

Stayed overnight because we needed to go to get our TIE. The office was walking distance which was great and we were able to walk into the centre at night for dinner. Hotel was convenient to all areas, very clean, friendly staff and very comfortable room.

Our stay was perfect from check in to check out. Room was spotlessly clean, the air-con worked which is a massive bonus when you stay in a chain hotel. Staff we're very friendly and obliging especially at breakfast, Daniel is a credit to the hotel. 20 mins walk to the old town, €1.45 on the bus or €6 in a taxi. The hotel rates reflected this fact. Can't recommend highly enough.

It's a classic business hotel. We booked a superior room with terrace, but the room was tired, with damage to the laminate floor, and and nothing special over a regular room, leaving us a little disappointed. The terrace (high floors only - see pic) overlooked a busy traffic intersection and the long view was over a residential area. About 20 mins easy walk into Alicante proper. There was a surprising and unpleasant stale body smell lingering in the corridor and lifts - better ventilation is needed. However, we had chosen this hotel because of it's proximity (10 mins walking distance) to the Extranjeros office, so the purpose was served. On the bright side, the small pool deck was great, but needed to be booked due to Covid-19 restrictions. The reception staff were friendly and competent.

Business travel arrived late leave early. Good location to city and airport, I would visit again.

Great stay. Clean, good facilities and a €5 taxi to the centre. If you like being in the centre of all the action , close to bars and restaurants this is maybe not for you.

Really friendly staff and the rooms where really great value! Great 4star only issue was the pool want open and that should have been mentioned before booking! Apart from that excellent hotel.

Booked hotel at midnight due to cancelled flight so grateful to get a room , comfortable room , breakfast ok, seemed to be located in a residential area.

Stayed at NH Alicante Hotel the night before flying home .. close to the airport and marina. Good facilities and breakfast was superb .. you can have cooked breakfast made to order .. Roof top bar and swimming pool.

Good for a weekend break. Plenty of on street parking as well as Hotel garage. 8-10 Euro taxi ride to the port. Upgrade to room with balcony overlooking the roundabout probably not worth it but was only 10 euros a night. Sun terrace nice area to relax, gym looked good.

Lovely hotel just outside the centre

Upgraded at a reduced rate to suite. Lovely big terrace. All furniture in great condition and cleanliness was of a high standard. Hotel staff were all helpful.Great views from the rooftop gym. Nearby coffee shops and a couple of restaurants.

that was a good one , nothing else to say confortable just covering my needs , I have been there so many times. Price I think is reasonable. I can't see anything wrong.

A little bit out of town, but the hotel staff can order you a taxi which arrives within minutes and is only around five euro's to the beach. Hotel staff and pleasant and the rooms are big, clean and fairly new. Rooftop pool is a nice touch, there is also a sauna and jacuzzi. One downside as I'm vegetarian is that there is not one vegi main course on the hotel menu. In this day an age atleast one vegi option is expected. Plenty of free street parking if you have a rental car. I'd recommend checking out Altea and Elche, both great places to visit.

Nice hotel, just a bit too far from the attractions. The swimming pool area is not disabled friendly however. Although there is a disabled lift up to the pool, you need to get over an inch high door runner to get too the lower level before you get to the lift. Also, jacuzzi does not have enough hands rails to get in safely, and there are three stairs to climb up before you get to it

Loved the rooms, shower, pool, jacuzzi etc Staff were very polite and attentive Incredible value for money which is probably due to it being on the outskirts of Alicante which we did not mind at all as we love walking!
