Excellent views from the balcony. The apartments was more spacious than I imagined, with great facilities- air con and a couple of chairs to take down to the pool. We also had somewhere to store cases/ get changed and showered on day of checkout as we weren’t being picked up until later on. This was a bonus!

The apartment was very well situated with great views. Three bedrooms was more than enough for my family, with a kitchen, livingroom, balcony. Wifi supplied, they also have cold box for keeping food/drinks cold, beach chairs and umbrellas. A safe in the master bedroom. The a/c was very handy for having the rooms cool at night. It's 5 mins from the beach but has its own pool or ladder down to the sea. 5 mins from Restaurants and bars. About 15 min walk to Cala d'Or which is beautiful.

Just the neighbour hotel can be loud, late at night.

Everything was perfect. We would return for the view alone. The apartment was lovely and really clean. Tip: If you are arriving late at night stop for some water on the way as the shop nearby was closed. However, it was very late in the season so they would probably be open later mid summer. Walking distance (15 min) to Cala D'Or restaurants and about 25 mins to the Marina. We were looking for a nice chilled holiday and this location was perfect for that. Spent most days sitting on the flat rocks right beside the sea, there is ladders that allow you easy access to the sea.

- Fantastic sea views from the balcony. - Location is very quiet and just 5 min walk from Cala Ferrera beach.

- The apartment need some revamping (walls need painting, sofas are covered with worn blankets, washing machine is old and rusty). - It is a second floor, the stairs are narrow and the access from the parking has multiple slopes and stairs, not recommended for families with babies or elder people. - Parking on the street is literally impossible, every day we have had to leave the car several blocks away.

Not great value for money. No loungers by the pool.

The apartment was very modern, great air con and even has WiFi! The complex is beautiful, this is our second time coming here and will be returning again! Such a beautiful place!
