I spent four days in Bergamo and had the pleasure of staying at the Arli Hotel Business and Wellness. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and service-minded, which contributed to a pleasant experience. Although I arrived earlier than the official check-in time, I was quickly assigned a comfortable room. I ate one evening at the hotel's restaurant and can highly recommend it. Arli Hotel is centrally located in a lovely and beautiful city, which offers both scenic surroundings, historic buildings and charming squares.

I stayed in a Single Room (417) on 4th floor which is very well decorated and functional. All the amenities in room are excellent. Only problem i had was being close to lifts you will hear humming noise every time when someone uses a lift, i would have tolerated that but there was a loud banging noise when the lift door opens and closes dusturbed my sleep. It took a while first to realise where the noise coming from when i checked in. Called the reception team but they couldn't figure it out and thought from the heating pipes. Later that night while asleep i realised it coming from lifts as my room was close to lifts. Called the reception and they immediately moved me to another room. They apologised and told me that they going to fix the issue.
Hotel premises out side are bit shady and unclean.
Sraff are very pleasant and helpful.

Small bed, no window except for a skylight, everything is extra cost even a small cup of bad coffee for 4€, and pillows are flat as a pancake. Definitely would not recommend it at all.

Lovely hotel close to shops and restaurants. Immaculate inside. Staff helpful. Jennifer in the bar was particularly lovely!

They allowed me to check in early which was very nice. The room was ok but there was a bad smell that even an open window couldn't get rid of. Also, it has been a while since I've been in a hotel that doesn't provide tea/coffee in the room or a free bottle of water.

Booked this hotel for my wife. They gave her a room less than what we reserved and paid for and then tried to say she had the correct room. Basically we reserved a room with a twin double bed. They gave her one with a single bed. When my wife showed them the picture of the room/bed we actually reserved they said it was an old photo. Had to have hotels.com intervine on our behalf. Needless to say, be very careful with this place. Also, the spa isn’t free. You have to pay 45euros per 90 mins to use it. Not very clear when booking the hotel. Wouldn’t trust anything they present on the site without verifying first.

Very nice gesture to offer a free drink at the bar. The employees were very nice. Location was good because you could easily walk to many restaurants and stores. Negative point was the noise at night. If your room faces the front you will hear people on Fridays or Saturdays.

hi the property is in a great location however the room was cold most of the time we had a few issues with the heating in the room and had to keep it on all day for the room to stay warm on a night time the ceilings are very high and the heat fan is it at the top of the ceiling so its very hard to keep the rooms warm, i booked a session in the spa and there was some confusion over the time so i only had 1hr not my full 1 and a half i explained this to the staff but they offered no refund, apart from the heat in the room and the mix up with the spar the hotel was ok, the breakfast was advertised as having an english option but we never got it or offered to us this was a bit missleading.apart from the above great location thou. thank you.

Location is this hotel's greatest quality, it's based in the centre of lower Bergamo which makes it very convenient. It's advertised as a wellness hotel but no where in the booking process did it mention that the spa has to be booked in 1.5 hour slots and costs €45 a time. When I arrived it was already fully booked. The receptionist was unhelpful and likened it to using the restaurant, saying that you have to pay for food. I tried to explain that a spa hotel charging for the hotel was a completely different matter. The room was comfortable, if a little dated. They were cleaned well and there was a large selection of toiletries. The shower leaked as the door didn't closed properly and the fridge made a noise all night which made it hard to sleep. I was offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch, and it included snacks.

Nice hotel at a central spot in Bergamo. Always nice to be welcomed with a free drink. The room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was okay (no scrambled eggs, bacon or sausages).

Great stay, Arli is in the middle of the city centre, restaurants and shops. There is a parking adjacent to the hotel. They have a wellness centre, but I did not have the time to enjoy that. Their breakfast is okay, enough to seat up in the morning in a good mood.

Great hotel in the middle of the new Bergamo city centre. All necessary amenities available, even single rooms for business travelers. The parking besides the hotel (be aware not under a roof) is not so expensive and close bye.The hotel breakfast and service is good. I can recommend this hotel.

Better in pictures. The bed is like sleeping on a piece of wood and the pillows are paper thin. Can’t use spa facility without advance reservation and 45 euro.

The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. On the day of arrival you get a welcome drink. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast is delicious. And the hotel is in perfect walking distance to everything.

Rooms were modern and clean. The street outside is very busy and noisy, but inside the hotel is quiet. Maybe 20 minute walk to the FUnnicolare to Bergamo Old CIty. 15min from the airport with bus number 1

A 3 night stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel location is good. In the lower town but only 15 minutes walk to the funicular that takes you up to the citta alta. Also only 10 minutes from the main railway station. For a 3 star hotel the facilities were excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice - only downside was absence of hot food. We ate in the restaurant on New Years Eve and the quality of the food was excellent. Overall a great choice.

We had a great 3 day stay at the Arli Hotel for New Year with friends, the Staff were superb & very helpful. I used the Spa for a massage which was top drawer & Id recommend it if you have the time. The Hotel is 10 minutes from the Airport & very central & perfect for shops, bars & restaurants.All in all a great place to stay.
