Great place to stay off the strip...no casino on ground level. The suites were nice but would have needed a closer suoermarket to make use of the kitchen. Very spacious and comfy. Would stay again esp now that I know food is a walk away.

When I see poor or damming reviews of hotels I am often scaptical. This is more a mixed review. The location and staff are brilliant, if you dont want a hotel/suite on the "strip" but close enough to the night life and day time action (close to lazy river) then the Signature is for you! But the rooms are starting to show their age and the furnishings are getting worn. It does feel its age throughtout the build and could do with a remodel within the next few year, but if this does not bother you, then stay here!

It was OK. Lobby is more promissing the the rooms were, but clean and quite at night. Only really lacked that there are no glasses at all in the room and there is no good breakfast option.

Friendly and efficient staff

Clean hotel with friendly staff and location is good. I love that the room had a kitchen.

Arrived early and was permitted to use pool area until room was ready. On arriving at the pool area our bags were checked to ensure that we did not have food or drinks purchased elsewhere. Drinks , food and general items extremely expensive compared to outside and in fact other hotels in the area. The room was large and comfortable however the hotel was a not very close to the strip particularly in the hot weather.

For us, this is the way to stay in Las Vegas and avoid the noise and rowdiness in the casino. Very nice facilities at The Signature, beds, all of it were luxurious and definitely quiet. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I couldn’t understand how once I got there I still had to pay a $42 per night Resort Fee and a $5.62 per night Resort Fee Tax. If I had known that I would not had stayed there. I booked the entire package through Expedia & I thought I had paid for everything. The Signature is not worth all those fees based on its location. I will not stay there again.

I just found that because we were in tower one and we were on the pool side that the noise from the Soundsystem of the pool was a little much. The shower in the room was pathetic, the water was barely coming out of the showerhead. My wife wasn’t crazy about the cleanliness of the jetted tub. Everything else was just fine.

Valet was great...the staff was awesome

Have had several stays here at The Signature and unfortunately this will probably be the last. Let me just start off by saying the common areas were immaculate as usual. Staff were friendly and welcoming as well but the rooms need attention! First off I tried to use the kitchen sink for the first time and found the drain was totally clogged with plastic wrap and a baby’s pacifier in the garbage disposal. Found only one coffee and one paper cup on the counter upon checking in.Seemed a bit skimpy. Called and asked that glasses and coffee mugs be sent to the room on our first day, nothing. Called and asked again on day 2 letting them know I had also requested the day prior and still nothing. Gave up and just picked up paper cups twice a day from front desk. There was absolutely no water pressure in the shower the entire week. The rest of the faucets were fine, just not the shower. Checked the shower head that was covered in calcium deposits and even with the head unscrewed there was only a trickle of water running out. TV in the room had issues with not being able to view the full screen, had black and white squares on the screen. TV in the bathroom was broken and won’t turn on. Someone should be responsible for checking each room on a regular basis. I don’t feel as a paying customer that I should have to do a maintenance check and submit work orders when they have staff to do that, or be put out with maintenance being performed during our stay.

What a terrific space! Super comfortable and very easy to hang out in!

The price and the different things you can do at the location.

We arrived a bit early for our stay so, our room wasn't quite ready. For a small fee per night, we received an upgrade to a balcony suite which was absolutely wonderful! The view was magnificent, everything was within walking distance. We had a great stay and can't wait to do it again!!

We loved our extra large and clean room! It had a kitchenette, 2 large bathrooms, and a great amount of space if travelling with family members. I didn’t realize how far away our tower (3) was from our events, but we just built the extra walking into our plans. Almost everything can connect without going outside much at all if the weather is too hot. My child did not like the open smoking in the casino, but that is to be expected in Las Vegas. I would stay here again for the updated and clean rooms/pools. It was quiet during our stay, which I appreciated.

Overall was happy with the stay. The room was very spacious. Like that it had a jacuzzi tub. Rooms on the strip were more expensive with less features.

Room was ok. It was not as clean as I wanted. Mystery stain on the baseboard, hair on the bathroom floor, dust on night stand. Tower 3 didn’t have a coffee shop or restaurant. I loved that the MGM connected to the towers indoors. We didn’t have to walk in the heat to get to our tower. Valet parking was easy. Staff was friendly.
