Upon arrival I was told there was a problem with my booking and they would have to relocate me. I suspect they prioritised a direct booking as apposed to mine via Hotels.com. I spoke to Hotels.com who seemed disinterested in the manner their customer had been treated.

Lovely location, easy to find. Good breakfast. The shower was a little tricky.

Decent hotel and friendly staff. Limited facilities, but rooms were a good size and clean. It was good that they had EV charging points there as I was doing a lot of travelling around the area over the 3 days I stayed there. I would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here to watch a Wrexham game. Convenient. 10 minute walk to the Racecourse. Clean and efficient hotel - handled the game crowd well. Parking was a plus.

Really nice experience

Louie on reception was great, really helpful with all the information I required and seemed genuinely happy to be doing his job. My room was great (the shower pressure was excellent) the cleanliness was 10 out of 10.

The location was convenient for my visit. The wifi was good. There is plenty of parking space too. The room was reasonably clean but worn out. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was mould on the bathtub's sealant. The breakfast was also average at best.

Everything was great. Room was clean and tidy.

The room was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff was very helpful. It is about a 10-15 min walk to Wrexham General station/Wrexham FC stadium and about 25 mins to city centre.

Convenient location

Great stay. Quiet room. I feel like the beds in the twin rooms could use an upgrade.

Nice hotel with well trained staff. Woodwork in bathrooms (skirting boards) badly in need of replacement due to yesrs if water damage. Hotel is very quiet.

Staff were lovely, really comfortable.

Great service from the staff and a good room. Building and area just around unremarkable but very convenient if you need to be Wrexham. Only thing that could have been a bit better was the coffee at breakfast.

The room was comfortable but the carpets had definitely not been vacuumed before my arrival as I stood on a woman’s false finger nail which had been left on the floor, when I got out of the bed. This was reported to reception on checkout but nothing other than “sorry” was offered.

Fine for what I needed

Property was nice, short walk to the race corse grounds cutting through the park and a small neighborhood.

Standard hotel, quite worn down. It's a little overpriced. Typical business hotel, but doesn't have any charme at all. But all facilities are there and working

A lovely hotel. Evening meal and breakfast was excellent. Staff were an absolute credit and so very helpful and polite. An all round lovely stay.

I booked because the hotel was closest to the medical facility my partner & I needed. A traumatic procedure was booked involving fasting for 24 hrs before it so we were looking forward to a nice dining experience afterwards. Because of a block booking, apparently by a coach party, ( 1 COACH ), were told there wasn't room for any other hotel guests. Though bar meals were available the setting wasn't exactly comfortable, no prior information had been extended either. The room had a complimentary shower gel, ( dispenser was empty, ) & a drinks bar with nothing in it, though the fridge continually dripped water all over it's cabinet. Could have informed reception but don't think I should have to & figured they probably knew anyway. Facility was clean, bed was comfortable, though the aircon struggled & the staff were friendly & helpful apart from 1 exception. Wouldn't stay again unless had to.

A few more toiletries ready available would of been nice like a shower cap as by the time I realise you don’t supply them and to ask I was just about to get in the shower so not practical to go to reception and too tired. Also, decaf tea and more milk please. The rest was perfect really nice staff.

Air con. Cleanliness. Lifts. All good. Not enough choice on menus and no vegetables except chips and salad greens.

Cleaning is not good. i stayed two days but room cleaning not change towel, bedsheet, water bottle which is basic service of any hotel. same repeat breakfast, not worth against the cost of stay, even after multiple reminder no service attendant come to check.
