Old building , poorly maintained. Front desk staff is terrible, no bell boy services. Rooms are equipped with old and bad condition furniture and appliances.

This is a luxury hotel for a great price! Every thing, every one was amazing. From the valet who also detailed our rental car, to the front desk who sent us out to try pishul and the local tamales of Villa Luz. The housekeepers who always came back if we hadn't left yet, the restaurant staff that did an awesome job with our limited espanol! The service in the garden and at the poolside. I felt pampered! True luxury treatment! The room was well lit, the toilet was separate from the shower and jetted tub (which not only worked but the jets were also clean!) the bed was comfortably firm with lots of pillows. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room. Room service has the same hours as the restaurant, I would recommend you eat in the garden though. Covid policies were respected by staff and guests, masks, sanitizing gel, temperatures.

The service at Quinta Eden is top notch. Because of my limited español, we used google translate or someone was found who could speak english. I felt pampered, from the valet, housekeeping, front desk, restaurant and even security. Covid measures are still in full force. Hand sanitizer and temperature reader at front door and masks throughout the property. The garden is a lovely place for morning coffee and any meal. There is poolside service as well, via the phone at the counter. The room has a lot of lighting, the bed is comfortably firm with a lot of pillows. There is a mini fridge and nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a separate toilet from the shower and jetted tub (which worked very well and was also clean when the jets came on!) This is definitely a luxury hotel, with a surprisingly affordable price.

I booked this hotel with intentions to support a more local branded hotel in Mexico. The grounds and facilities are beautiful, although there are some parts that could use upgrading such a the bathroom and pool area. The food, subpar. While the staff was always polite, it was very obvious during our stay that this hotel does not cater to non-Spanish-speaking patrons. There were several accommodations that we were not informed about during our stay, such as the ATM located in the building. We were instead directed out of the hotel, about 15 minutes away to get Pesos. Lots of other miscommunications throughout our stay including the cost for a covid test from one of their medical partners. Overall a good stay, but I would not recommend it to patrons who are not fluent in speaking Spanish which is unfortunate.

The hotel was lovely. We checked in with a dog and we were told they accepted animals. Ten minutes later we received a knock on the door that the dog had to leave the hotel now. My dog is a certified support dog.

Es el primer lugar al que voy donde verdaderamente cumplen con todas las medidas de higiene y seguridad. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. El hotel está hermoso y todo el personal es sumamente amable. Todos muy atentos, desde el sr. de la entrada, el check in, en el restaurante, en el lobby. De verdad pasé una estancia muy agradable. Definitivamente cuando vuelva a Villahermosa me hospedaré aquí de nuevo.
