Great stay, but front desk is a bit chaotic at check in and they almost checked me in under someone else’s booking. Probably because your details and paperwork gets passed on to 3 people before you actually speak to the person at the desk.

Had a lovely week, very welcoming and helpful staff. Would recommend and hope to go back soon

Hotel condition is quite out of date, needs proper refurbishment all together, starting from the main building to the bungalows. Bathrooms and rooms are very small and we were downgraded and offered only on the third day (out of four) to move tot he room type we booked. We refused, but upon return and contacting Hotels.com any partial refund was denied. I felt very disappointed all together.

Fantastic location on a wonderful beach and close to lively Laganas. Fab friendly staff. Mini lockdown meant no entertainment. Food was quiet basic and lacked variation. Overall though a fantastic holiday

If you stay here, you must get the all inclusive. The food is really good and all you can eat buffet. The rooms alone are not worth this being a 4 star hotel. They are seriously outdated and not that comfortable. We stayed in a sea view room and one night as we were sleeping, I heard a strange noise as if someone turned on the shower. I rushed to the bathroom and I see one of the valves below the sink spewing water and spewing water fast. I tried to close it but there was no way. I quickly woke my girlfriend up and told her to pack when all of a sudden the other valve burst and now double trouble. I called the front desk panicking and they didn’t seem to understand the. I felt like all of our things were going to get wet because the entire bathroom floor was now below water and the water was seeping into the room. I felt like I was on the sinking titanic! The water rushed into the hallway and when the guy finally came up to shut off the water, water had spilled into the hallway and covered a 10 foot area. Looking at the neighbors across from us, I couldn’t help but feel how their entire room would’ve been filled with water too as I saw the water line just an couple inches shy of their door. I asked to be moved but the night staff seemed very unhelpful and they didn’t really care it was midnight and we had things to do early in the AM and had a long day and were tired. Didn’t offer any discount or compensation, just a basket of fruit. Bad management or inexperienced or both.

Nicest hotel staff ever!

The resort is located on a beautiful, long beach with crystal clear waters, soft sand, and turtles very close to the shore (which can be spotted even from a paddle boat); also many turtle nests in the area (protected as part of a national park). Close to downtown Laganas - its main road with all the clubs/restaurants can be reached by walking on the beach, which is well lit at night, too. The all inclusive experience was very convenient (we were traveling with grandparents), with one of the restaurants right on the beach. Many families with children, large pool on the property as well, and children disco most nights. Some issues with the room, resolved by the staff quickly. Thank you for a relaxing vacation stay!

Location was perfect.I didnt like it the bedrooms, were very old and with bedbag and insects everywhere. Not a 4 start hotel at all. No hot water either

Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience. The room smelled chlorine and mold so much that we decided to check out one hour after we checked in and go to a different hotel. It’s dishonest to demand a 4-star hotel price and deliver 3-star quality of service at best. I grew up in Greece and now live in the US, and I dont want people coming from all over the world to have the same experience. I have visited Syros, Mykonos, and Milos the last few years and the level of service for the same price does not compare. Recent reviews, unfortunately submitted after I made the reservation, confirm the same experience.

On arrival the reception was as expected. The room seemed clean however very run down. The blankets were not clean, only the sheets. The kids camp bed frame was rusting in places and the walls were bubbly with over painted damp. The bathroom was horrible, dirty around fixtures and fittings. Glad I had my bugs away wipes with me. Dining was okay, however when busy the waiters were eager to clear you from the table and had on several occasions cleared guests food and drink by mistake. I have to say the food was as expected for buffet. There was a problem with flies throughout the hotel. I didn't see many cleaners in the main reception areas and many tables were sticky. Outside the pool area, again very run down. The pool lights were all rusting and the painted concrete everywhere pealing and chipped. Only looked okay when the sun was shining. There were loads of wasps, so if you don't like them don't go, same for dogs (however, they do seem friendly). Entertainment was limited to the kids animation team trying to keep everyone happy in the evening (a quiz, karaoke and bingo). They also did the mini disco (they are great for the kids entertainment). Hotel wasn't managed very well, definately not a 4 star hotel. The Zakynthos airport is a nightmare you are expected to leave the hotel 4-5 hours before the flight. This is because the airport can't handle more than 58 people entering at any one time. I vow never to return to the hotel or Zakynthos.
