Wonderful hotel, great facilities, excellent location and fantastic staff. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Entertainment was limited. Speciality acts or spanish dancers would be much better.

The hotel was very good indeed, great staff, room was excellent, half board food was amazing, and we normally don’t book it, so we’re really surprised how good it was. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout too. Really impressed overall and will be back. The only downside we experienced was the air conditioning which while it didn’t work properly our first 24 hours and the room was so hot in the night I couldn’t sleep for three hours, it was promptly fixed the next day and worked sufficiently for the remainder of our stay. The terrace for food was also incredibly good, and when full was always worth the five minute wait for a table.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday during my stay at the hotel and the staff ensured this was very well celebrated. The pools were lovely and clean and there was a couple of great dining restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay once again. The staff ensure you are veey well looked after. The only disappointment was the entertainment. Live shows are no longer every night so other than chill out music in lobby bar, the atmosphere goes flat. Please bring back nightly shows.

Loved the service and setting of the hotel. Only real drawback was a relatively limited food range in the restaurant as my partner is vegetarian. However great restaurants within walking / short driving distance so not a major issue.

We are very lucky to have spent 19 days in this hotel in July 2023. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and unusually for us we will definitely go back. The presentation of the hotel entrance is pretty impressive and looks more than its 4 stars. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We had a lovely premium room overlooking the sea with fabulous views of Fuerteventura. Unusually we had an empty fridge provided for us to keep drinks cool, which was a nice touch. The pool area is huge and the large space around the two large pools meant that you didnt feel on top of other people. There are loads of sunbeds and the hotel has a policy of not allowing people to reserve sunbeds, although a few people still seemed to think they had the right to do that which is annoying. This is a bug bear of ours and always iritates us in other hotels we have stayed in. Here though it was not necessary as there are so many there was never an issue with finding a couple for us to use. The food choice every day was incredible and while it didnt change much because of the large choice you could always find something you fancied each day. The seafood night was our favourite! The bar and entertainment were equally great, both staff, entertainment each night and the work of the hotel animator (Zelinda) was amazing. My wife loved the pilates most mornings. I loved using the gym by the pool. We cant wait to go back!

Hotel and service was amazing

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and valued. The room was clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities were fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful stay.

Great place to relax and get away from it all. Really good service and friendly staff. Hotel including pool areas kept exceptionally clean at all times. Food was really good too with plenty of choice at breakfast and at dinner. Would highly recommend

A very good, comfortable and quiet hotel. Lovely room overlooking the pools and the sea. There is an excellent poolside bar for lunch, and very reasonably priced. No loud music by the pool, nice and refined. A faily elderly clientele, but suited us because we are elderly! Staff very helpful and polite. We can recommend this hotel. Very extensive buffet for breakfast and dinner, really too much choice.

The Natura Palace is a Beautiful hotel spotless and full of life. Staff are amazing and always go the extra mile. I am well traveled and feel this hotel is 5 star. Food, comfort environment entertainment is all excellent.

Stunning location and amazing food and choice. Food was, no doubt, more like in 5* hotels. Loved the eagerness to please and spoil guests with little extras each and every day such as cheese night, sea food feast, Cava etc. All food is super fresh, tasty and local specialty. Everything about this hotel is fantastic the staff, the cleanliness,the variety of food ,the pool area and the entertainment. It is quiet and a bit outside the main town but that suits me a 35 minute walk or a short taxi ride brings you into Play Blanca.

Just returned from a very pleasant stay at Hiphotel Natural Palace. On our arrival we were given a warm welcome by the hotel staff and also given an upgrade. The hotel, bedrooms, communals area were very clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were excellent, with a range of fresh food, drinks and provision made for intolerances too. The two outdoor swimming pools have sea water and is a great spot to sunbathe. The staff at reception were friendly and particularly helpful in suggesting what to visit in the region and to answer any queries or booking a taxi. Highly recommended if you are looking to get away from the noise, particularly children as it is an adult only hotel-what a difference this makes!

Excellent service

From the moment we arrived we felt that the staff genuinely wanted to help and make our stay enjoyable. At the Reception desk we were assisted by a very polite and pleasant gentleman who spoke to us in perfect English and was very helpful. During our stay we could not fault a single thing and I'm sure we will return soon.
