Everything was great but the breakfast was really lacking.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. The staff was friendly and helpful!! The only draw back was someone slamming doors over and over again at 3am one of the nights. But you can’t control other guests.

Needed a room for the night as we were traveling through. Booked via online, check in was great. Needed ground floor due to recent surgery, was accommodated with no issue. Room was clean and facility was well kept.

Although it’s adjacent to a busy highway, our room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff, and a well -maintained indoor pool and hot tub. Pet fee was a bit more than expected but a great stay.

It was a good hotel overall. The staff was super friendly and professional. The hotel was clean. The room was nice and spacious. There was just a very strong odor of cleaning product that was not pleasant. But otherwise, everything was good. Breakfast, pool, hot tub. We enjoyed our stay.

Check in was easy and the gal who provided help was so sweet!! The hotel room was clean and smelled clean. There was not many breakfast options however my family did not mind and their bellies were full. Check out was simple and the gentleman who helped us with that was very kind. Overall, wonderful stay, would stay here again.

Has a great stay the staff is extremely professional and very knowledgeable and efficient. The location very central to everything, we were for a softball tournament in Lorena , Tx and it was only 14 min away .

We are still waiting to hear back concerning us not getting the room we actually put in for but did not get it , we checked in however after seeing the room we realized it was not going to work for us . Did not stay one night, went ahead and canceled. Spoke with Expedia were told that they would put in to have it waived, but have not heard back.. the Receptionist at the desk said that they don’t have Double suites at their hotel ( sleeps in) thank you sincerely

Hotel needs updated, was very outdated and in meed of paint and new carpet. Keys didn’t work at check-in. Way to expensive for the type of property and shape it was in, would not stay there again.

The property itself was very nice and clean as was all the interior.
The staff, however, was not accommodating. We had called two days ahead to ask if it was possible to check in a little early, around 1:30-2:00 p.m., because of a wedding we were attending at 3:30. We were told that might be possible.
Upon arrival, we called and were told to wait until 2 p.m. and call again. We did and were told their computers were down, and they could not accommodate us. We were unable to use one of their public bathrooms or even a closet. Luckily, our son was attending the wedding and let us change over at their hotel. I wish we had stayed there and would have had we not been scared of Sleep Inn charging us even if we called and canceled.
I am writing this hotel down as one to never, never stay again!!

Manager Jason(?) was excellent. Rooms and area were very clean. However, a fire alarm from what the fireman said was a malfunctioning alarm system went off at 2:00 AM. Wow. Also on checkin we were told no room service unless requested. There wasn’t a do not disturb sign, but each day the maids came to clean…good thing there was a safe in the room (not suggesting in the maids steal at this hotel, I just don’t like to leave valuables out)

This was my first stay here on business. The room 203 was clean and comfortable. The AC is excellent. The breakfast was ok, nothing warm, except the waffles. The breakfast sandwich’s you have to heat up. Good coffee and juices! We didn’t use the indoor pool/spa. The workout room is decent. I used to work the front desk many years ago and we always welcomed our guests! The young lady at check in didn’t do much but ask for ID and credit card for incidentals. I had to ask where the elevator was since I have never been there. Unbelievable that we have a work force so un-respectful!

I was in a group with four rooms. Only one room was ready at check in time. And after about an hour we ended up getting room keys for only 3 of the 4 rooms and canceling the 4th. There was some event near by and all rooms were nearly booked and they only had one housekeeper I think there at the time. The poor young lady checking people in was so frustrated because she was there alone before FINALLY hotel manager come out. Breakfast was simple but ok. There was two working vending machines by the ice machine so that was good. But We probably will not stay again.
