12mins away from Disneyland Paris, Excellent duplex room for families, fridge, kettle, stove, large clean rooms, great shower and easy parking. Staff helpful, excellent Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel, plus spa and bowling alley, (which we didn’t use). Perfect for a stay during a visit to Disney. Also very close to supermarket, bakeries and petrol station to get all you need prior to visiting Disney. Because the food at the resort was poor!

Lovely clean hotel with helpful staff - safe car park and plenty of facilities at the hotel - we will definitely return!

Nothing unique about this property, absolute disaster, everything falling apart eg broken hand wash, broken tissue holder, plugs coming out from wall. The heater wasn't adequate for the room size, and then it broke (the hotel did provide an electric heater and offer us the chance to swap rooms on our last night) Also the cooker provided didn't work but even if it did no saucepans or utensils were provided. The location was perfect for us and the staff were nice and friendly.

From the beginning of our stay, our hotel room smelt of cigarettes. I tried to fix this by using a spray but I cannot get rid of the smell. Further to this, of a morning at 8:30am, we were woken up by drilling coming from a neighbouring room to ours. This is far too early to be doing work whilst people are trying to have a holiday at the hotel. I am not sure why we were given a room neighbouring the work being done, rather than far away. Also none of the workmen onsite are wearing a face covering, despite all guest having to wear one. This is not acceptable as you should be doing your best to keep your guests safe. My girlfriend is pregnant, and so not being exposed to coronavirus is extremely important. On top of this, your swimming pool and spa are not working, despite an email received from you stating "Le spa/centre de bien-être sera inaccessible jusqu'au 15 AOUT 2021” and also "ATTENTION, LA PISCINE SERA INACCESSIBLE JUSQU AU'15 AOUT 2021”. It does not state that either the spa or the pool should still be closed. We were not notified of this. Furthermore, workmen have knocked on our door twice of a morning, despite a sign saying do not disturb. Once again, not wearing a face covering, and it seemed that if I had not answered the door, they would have entered using a key they had in their hand. Nobody should be entering our hotel room, especially when there is a sign on the door stating “do not disturb”.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel but the rooms were very small m.

Hotel is in good condition but lacks two things. There is no Gym and the hotel bar wasnt open when we where there. Instead you could go to a bowling center in the building beside. But not a very nice place to hang out after work.

The room was lovely, reception have a small bar but no one working in the bar which was disappointing seeing as it was NEw years eve and NY day. Bar in reception had no coffee or tea facilities.

Brilliant hotel and location. Food fab and pool great.

When I first checked in, they gave me a room without A/C, and it's July in summer, but hotel did give me a fan for air circulation. But the room had a terrible damp smell, so I asked for another room and was given another non-A/C room, at least this one smell much better, so I had to move my luggage and the fan myself to the new room. I wouldn't stay here again unless absolutely necessary.

Hotel with good access, close to the motorway to Paris and Disneyland. Spacious duplex room with small kitchen. Very clean. Nice staff. Good entertainment areas (bowling, virtual reality, snooker, bar, pool). Breakfast is a buffet and offers a lot of different options. Italian food for dinner really good. One downside is the deepness of the pool (145cm), not recommended for children or for small people. I am 152cm (5'2) and didn't enjoy it at all.

I liked having a split level loft style room!!! Very nice!

Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities,,spacious and clean room. Great food and relaxing time at the restaurant as well. Nice and quiet which is always appreciated when you are having a lovely meal :) We will most definitely come back soon!

Spent 4 nights here and loved every night/morning. Loads of choice for breakfast. Italian restaurant next door is so good. Great bowling alley, swimming pool and billiards room. Big rooms with kitchen. 10mins to Disney land by car or 15min walk to train station for Paris or Disney land. Definitely coming again next year.

The explanation given was that the system holds only enough water for one persons bath and if two people go one after the other, it takes some time before you get hot water again! 2 hrs it took before it was lukewarm. Dont expect this at a 4 star hotel. A big thumbs down for that.

Very clean and staff were very welcoming and helpful. With the bowling and pool on site, this is perfect for families staying a night.

We booked to stay at hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland Paris The facilities at the hotel were as promised and the staff were excellent We would definitely stay here again

Look. Id read the reviews and I agree with them. The rooms are looking tired but theyre not bad. The breakfast is ok. The big advantage is the bowling lanes and night club. The hotel is situated in am awkward area but to be fair, we had no issue with the van ride to the train station. Overall pretty good. Not brilliant but good.

This hotel is not close to anything and while it is OK, there are better hotels with better access

This hotel is at a very good location for Disney Land. It's about 10 mins drive away. The facilities etc are not great at all. The breakfast is awful....nothing cooked - seems like it's all from tins and you have to cook your eggs yourself

Excellent hotel and great situation for access to Disneyland Paris. Only negative point was the fact that the hotel was being used throughout our 4 day stay for business conferences and the delegates attending gave no regard to the peace and comfort of the other guests in the evenings. They were very noisy late into the night in adjacent rooms to ours! The Oregano restaurant adjacent to hotel served excellent food in a very relaxed atmosphere. Service was excellent too!
