Quick and efficient check-in, and they had notes from my last stay, which was appreciated.
Breakfast was actually decent (arrive before 9am,) and the room came equipped with plenty of towels. When the cleaning crew noticed the room was occupied, they politely left an empty trash bag on the door handle, which we used.

Our stay was awesome! We have stayed here a few times and have always had a nice stay. Last time we were here they were renovating and now it is done and beautiful! Staff is so friendly and the room was cozy and clean. We will definitely stay here again when we need to.

I have never at a Comfort Suite property adn based on the reviews and the room options I took a chance. My 3 night stay was AWESOME! The property is very modern with a Instagram worthy lobby , excellent hot breakfast... the homemade biscuits and gravy were DELICIOUS!!! The staff is very attentive and personable and work hard to be helpful.
Each day we were greeted with smiles and well wishes. I felt at home. The room was very spacious. The hot water was nice and steamy with nice water pressure.
I would definitely stay at the property again.

The facilities were lovely and clean. Roomy accommodations and the bed/pillows were heavenly. A/C works really well!! The best parts of the stay were the people. We had a very rough weekend (in town for a funeral, ended up in the ER, had to suddenly extend our stay) and the people were fantastic. They were so kind and compassionate and helpful, I really can’t extend our gratitude and thanks enough!

My husband and I thought that check-in was at 3 not 4. The staff was happy to accommodate us even though we were early. Our room was very clean and well designed. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great sleep. The pool and gym were very clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of options as well.We will stay here again

The first room that was given to me was so molded i could not walk In the room. They did give me another room. I wwent to the bathrooms and there was a roach in there. Then went to breakfast and there were roach es in the hallway.

Nice 2 rooms. Had a living room and a bedroom. The AC was powerful. It was nice. And I would go back. The staff at the front desk were great.

Staff was very friendly, and they took care of the upstairs neighbor noise issue.
My only issue is the rooms smell like theyve been wet or there is a Mword issue.

The hotel's lobby, breakfast area, hallway, and rooms 206 and 208 had a very clean appearance. The room furniture had a newly renovated look. The king bed was very comfortable. The negative:1) my request for adjoining rooms wasn't granted 2) a better choice of meat for the breakfast menu (definitely not the sausage on 8/30)

Very accommodating, we had to switch our room type when we arrived because our car broke down and we had to be rescued by my father who now also needed a bed.

Was surprised that for the price this hotel had so few amenities. Breakfast was awful every morning, peeling pain in bathrooms and beds hard as a rock. Hotel appears new, but interior rooms seems old.

There was a roach in my original room. Second room after reporting it wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned. Finally the last room was okay but it was worrying after being in two dirty rooms

I don’t usually take time to give reviews, but I had to give a review on this property! Upon arrival I found this property was very pleasing to the eye, and well maintained and manicured. The staff were very pleasant and professional. Upon entering my room I found all the amenities of creature comforts, fridge, microwave and two very comfortable beds! The only thing that I will mention, although not a problem for me was if you feel the need for your room to be made up every day, you have to request it. As the room was well stocked with wash cloths and towels, I had no real need for room service! Please keep up the good work as this will be my place to stay when visiting the Hampton VA area.

I loved Tammi the young lady at the desk. She was kind and very accommodating I had to look at 3 different rooms that didn't have a bad odor. the tub had rust in it I know that it's not somewhere i would stay again

The checkin staff was no very nice or welcoming. The rooms are supposed to be nice and renovated but they painted the bathtub and it was peeling. There was a dirty towel in my bathroom when we got there. Day of check out someone busted into my room well before checkout time and I hadn’t left yet. Talk about scary and I was in there breastfeeding my baby
