Pros: very accessible to shopping & the interstate, great staff, great breakfast, & comfy bed.
Cons: stains on furniture, spilt juice that was never cleaned inside fridge (in fact fridge door was left ajar so took forever to get cold), & noise level for rooms on the East facing side was extremely disappointing. I’m used to normal hotel noise but getting woken up at 5:30am from garbage pickup (literally sounded like a car crash) & loud vehicles on on-ramps to the interstate made an unrestful night sleeps.
Most of these are simple & are easily remedied, but take my advice & ask for West facing rooms!!

Room was paid in advance to check in. A charge for “incidentals” in the amount of the room charge was applied to my card immediately upon check in. Was informed by front desk personnel the charge would be removed immediately upon check out. Again, confirmation was made upon check out the fee would be removed immediately. The next day the charge was still applied. I contacted the hotel and was told it takes up to 10 business days for their system to drop the charge. I will not stay at another Holiday Inn. I find it outrageous their system can place a charge/hold on your account immediately however it takes them up to 10 days to release the hold.

Paid for stay 2 weeks in advance. Large incidental fee hold placed immediately upon checking in that takes up to 10 days to be released from card on file. Mislead by check in receptionist that hold would be removed immediately upon check out however it was not and their system takes up to 10 days to process.

Pool was closed every single day we were there and we were not told of the inconvenience. Very limited breakfast options. Not much parking at all unless you want to walk a mile to the hotel in the dark.

Was in town for a family reunion and stayed here. Glad I did, very clean comfortable room. The bed was really nice with large pillows. The morning breakfast had several items to choose from and the service ladies was very polite.
I will stay here my next time in town

The first room they put me and my family in the a/c didn't work. The next room had no tv remote. The pool was closed for "maintenance" (it was a gross green color). The next morning at breakfast my wife saw a cockroach behind the coffee pots in the breakfast room. The staff were friendly and trying to be helpful through all of that.

We checked in and got unloaded, the kids were excited to get in the pool after a long car ride. Went to the pool and CLOSED! We were not informed about this at all. FAIL

We were in room 315. It was VERY damp. The air conditioner blew cold air but didn’t remove humidity from the room. It was so damp, we couldn’t sleep. The covers, carpet, towels, and all our clothes were wet. We tried to get some kind of compensation from the hotel but they said we had to go through Expedia.

The rooms and common areas were shockingly disgusting for a Holiday Inn. For most my stays I chose Holiday Inn, but his specific hotel was by far the worst I've ever been to. The common area furniture (chairs, sofas) were filthy, soiled and terribly worn out with rips and holes. The room was lackluster and the bathroom had black mold all along the ceiling. The first night I brought it to the attention of the front desk, but was told nothing could be done and no manager was available. The next day I spoke to the manager who said: "That's not mold, it's glue from the wall that has changed it's color over time." Nevertheless, I got a different room -- with the same issue. We left the next day. I will not stay at this hotel again as I prefer my rooms without "glue that has turned black".

The beds are super comfortable, the pillows also. Easy check in, the breakfast was good and our over all experience was pleasant , we’ll definitely stay again.

It had said on the website that there was an outdoor pool and once we got there was told it wasn't open. Part of the reason we chose this place.

Property needs updated badly. Tv remote would only work in a certain spot. Appliances are old. Walls needed painted/fixed up.

Property was clean , staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great .Guest service manger Jason C was excellent . Very helpful and professional. Will surely stay again and recommend.

I liked the fact you had to use your key to get in the side doors. Very clean building and rooms were very clean.
I was not impressed with the breakfast Thry did have a lot to offer but only one kid of egg and that was a cheese omelet. Biscuits were very hard.
Would stay here again but eat breakfast elsewhere
