I want to first shout out Brittany who works at the front desk at both Living Stone Golf Resort and Living Water Resort and Spa. She was phenomenal. Wonderful customer service, extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. She made me love my stay even more. She deserves a huge shout out for all she does to go above and beyond in her position. Thank you so much!!! I appreciate you more than you know. Kevin who also works there has a wonderful personality too! Both personable people who work at front desk. It was my birthday and we got there really late. They made me feel valued and cared for and make check in super easy and quick. When I got to this lot though, it was under construction so Brittany did her very best to accommodate me at their other location, Living Water, is where I ended up staying. The property is BEAUTIFUL! When you first walk in there’s a gorgeous front entrance inside and outside. Very clean, very peaceful, by the beautiful water, beautiful rooftop to hangout on, and I can’t wait to come back to go to the spa. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay there. I am sure Living Stone is just as gorgeous, I just didn’t get to stay there. Will be back for sure!!

We had a late checked in but pretty quick. The room is actually big and very clean. My favourite is our bathroom has heated floors. It is very quiet so we had a good sleep. Too bad, no breakfast but there’s a lot of good restaurants in the area.

My room was very difficult to find.take one elevator to the 2nd floor then walk a ways then up another flight of stairs and walk some then down more stairs then a small flight of stairs to find the room numbering system. The elevator beside my room was out of service. The restaurant was costly but the food was delicious. $258 a night for the room but no breakfast included. A list of extra charges for clean towels, making the bed, and cleaning the room all extra. I would not stay here again even though the room was great. Just not worth the price or the trouble.

Due to renovations being done at the property elevators were not working, we had to carry our luggage up & down stairs at arrival & departure. The shower was scalding hot but was fixed to bearable when advised of problem. The onsite restaurant lost our reservations for 8 people all 3 evenings we were there. On a plus side, staff is polite, rooms are clean, comfortable, very roomy and quiet with nice balconies for relaxing.

Hotel was under construction and we were notified after booking. It was stressful in that we didn't know what to expect. Once we got there, we realized it wasn't as bad as we thought. We had a very comfortable stay and the front desk staff was super welcoming. I would definitely go back.

There was no shower curtain, the mini fridge froze all my food, and there was nowhere to sit outside.

My room wasn’t properly cleaned before I arrived - dirty facecloth left in chair, no shower curtain in the bathroom, sticky table.
I advised the front desk and they corrected everything quickly.

The hotel is in a great location and food at the lakeside restaurant was fantastic.
At living stone golf specifically, the elevator had the worst smell. It smelled like garbage juice and was quite gross.

Over all i really enjoyed my experience and will stay again but I did experience some minor issues.
Pros: The bed was super comfy.
-The bathroom had heated flooring and a true walk in shower with lots of grab bars, very accessible.
-I noticed an adequate amount of security patrolling at night which i liked.
-Easy check in and check out
-Pleasant staff
-Pool was clean and heated and hot tub was clean.
- Close to stores if you needed anything ie grocery, pet and other
Cons: The decor was slightly outdated.
-The property is under construction but I was warned about this.
-The power outlets in the room were mostly non functional, i had to use my extension cord in the 1 working outlet that wasnt needed for light or tv. One outlet drained my battery, had to unplug the lights on one side of the bed to use that outlet
-You needed to make reservations to use the pool and families with kids were being harassed by an older lady stating they couldn't use portions of the pool because "it was a rule", no such rule was posted.

Very limited access to the pool. You had to make reservations to use pool. One hour time slots. Never saw many people in the pool but it’s locked. You need to see the front desk for a key. We were there for 2 days. Did not get to use the pool.

Staffs were nice and responsive when we asked for extra shower cap, tissue box 👍. The room was clean and big. We like the hand soap in bathroom from upside bottle, we suggest it is no squeezed but it is still okay.
