The hotel is chalet type accomodation which was clean and adequate albeit worn and dated. My room on the rear of the accommodation block, ground floor, was very warm when we stayed, with no air conn. We never used the restaurant but all the staff we engaged with were very friendly and accommodating.

Dirty and run down on the outside but the room was nice enough. Not a premier inn for sure. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We asked for a ground floor room which we were given. It was however a room designed for a disabled person. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet looked as if it had never been cleaned. The bathrooms was a wet room designed for a wheelchair user, however the floor was a death trap, very slippy when wet and the water didn't drain properly.

Loved this place and would stay again without hesitation. Quiet location (on a light industrial estate to almost zero overnight traffic) and close to A26.
Staff were super helpful and it has a small modern restaurant area offering a limited evening meal menu. Portions were generous and it was excellent value. The buffet breakfast choice was huge and all of it good quality - including a few things normally associated with 'full english' in recognition that it's just 60 miles from Calais and a lot of Brits pass through.
Rooms could do with a freshen up but everything was generally clean and worked well, apart from the bedsheets that seemed to not quite be big enough (maybe originally intended for a thinner matterss? The thick mattress was comfy though)

A cheery welcome and excellent service . Super breakfast. Like all campanile’s could do with a bit of a freshen up. Overall a most enjoyable stay and we will be back!

It was an overnight stay on the way to the ALPs. Very comfortable but the best bit was the staff they were all helpful. Service was good in the resturant

A stay in a Campanile is so convenient for us as there is always plenty of easily accessible parking. This one is welcoming, comfortable and quiet, with very helpful staff.

A hour from Calais and just on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Arras. Host is friendly and welcoming. He speaks very good English.

We chose Campanile Arras as we have used Campanile's in the past and have always been happy not so this time, website stated there was a restaurant but on arrival we were told it does not open at the weekends. Very tired looking on the outside, extractor in the bathroom made a noise all night. No milk or bread at breakfast either !!

Spotless room and bathroom. Spacious, comfortable - and they allow dogs for a small fee. Our hotel also had a garden and outdoor patio furniture - and ice-cold beer on a scorchingly hot day! The manager warmly welcomed us and couldn’t have been more helpful - he spoke very good English and listened patiently to my poor French! Free onsite parking - it was a great stay and I would go back there.

The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in an area where there are no close eating places. Hotel was clean but could do with a refresh. Seen this at one of their other hotels. It was an ok stay and meet our need

For a small stopover hotel it was fine. Slept well ,rooms are small but very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The manager was excellent and looked after us so well. Would definitely use it again.

We stay here regularly travelling between the UK and central France. It’s very convenient and parking is great.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean.
The restaurant area is good, clean and well spaced out. The breakfast is delicious and very welcome.

This hotel is a disgrace and i dont see how it can rate 7.4 out of 10. The whole frontage is shabby with doors scrsped and marked as is outdoor panelling. Our toilet was broken as it wouldnt flush. Toilet seat is chipped and no one wanted to sit on it a iit is a health hazard. Also difficult to find and noisy. Noisy from nearby main road into Arras and also as it is next to a plant hire company so noisy early in morning. We coulsnt sleep properly so got up and lwft early. A rip off at the price!! Will be writing to Campanile for a refund.

The hotel was tired, obviously suffering from lockdown and no use. It all felt uncared for. We were a bit concerned that the gate was not shut at night. We booked hoping that there would be a restaurant after our long journey and sad that it was closed.

OK for an overnight on a trip. Basically, one of the older style Camponile motels, based on US style. On a faceless industrialestate so not a good place for an evening walk. A bit knocked about but staff friendly and food was cheap and OK

Good food, good staff, roms well out of date and refurbishment and a big rethink needed. One tea bag? Two thin cardboard cups, two towels for two people for two days? Plus! You’re the professionals, you work it out.

Hotel was convenient. Menu was very limited and food poor, responce to a complaint, waitress laughed me which was very upsetting. General attitude to us as customers was not satisfactory. Not a good start to our holiday. Very disappointing as we have used Campinalle hotels on many occasions before.

If you are looking for a very basic hotel then this is the hotel for you its cheap but not so cheerful.
The room is basic and needed a good clean, the square pillows on the bed were stained.
I understand if you go to a foreign country there will be a language barrier,but usually staff have some basic English. The staff in the restaurant and main reception got very frustrated as we didnt speak French and they didn't speak English which made eating in the restaurant a challenge.
Although the restaurant and bar were clean and inviting unlike the rest of the hotel which looked very tired and the outside stairs to upstairs rooms were in poor condition and slippery . We booked 2 nights and only stayed for 1.

I couldn't get the free WiFi working, but others could. The hotel staff are very helpful and will do all they can to help with taxis, etc.
Great value, I would stay again.

Ideal for an overnight stay, as it it is very close to the motorway. I loved the heated mirror in the bathroom, which means it doesn't steam up. I like that the car park gets locked at night, after 11pm. Quite basic but good for one night.

Could have been quieter - the business next door started work at about 5.15 with vehicles moving and reversing so was woken very early!

Finding the hotel on SatNav was impossible. Having traveled all day by car, it was almost 22h30 at night when my SatNav kept taking me to the wrong location! Also had great difficulty in finding the hotel through Goolge Maps GPS Locator on my mobile phone was equally challenging. In desperation, I called the hotel and thankfully, the Receptionist offered to fetch me from my location in the centre of town. I found this most unusual and must give them 100% thumbs up. The room was okay, but only offered pay TV, which upset me as it was soon after the Paris terror attack a few days earlier, and I really needed some news on developments, and it being late night after 23h00, I was imply too tired to bother.

The hotel was okay to find as we had previously looked at the location on the Internet. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and the staff were welcoming and pleasant

The only real quibble I had was that there was a lot of noise from outside the room that got through so could hear others when they were chatting or getting ready to leave. Other than that, a nice example of a basic hotel room that suited our needs.

Were nice. However, I found the price quite unreasonable (80euros). It's conveniently located if you are traveling, but not that much so next time if they kept the price that high I wouldn't go there. I'd choose a town Centre hotel or a charming b&b. Mama Shelter in Lyon was 99 breakfast included and there is no comparison between them!
