Polo Towers is a very nice, very functional place to stay if you don't want to stay in a huge glitzy hotel with a casino. My room had a kitchenette which was very useful. The property has a big, well equipped fitness center and a small market. For the most part it was quiet. It's well located just off the Strip (LV Boulevard) and walking distance to the LV Monorail. The staff was helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.

The room was clean, spacious, with quick access to the strip. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my stay and would stay here again.

Room was dated and average quality. No parking onsite was available (valet was full). Location is convenient to the strip. Gym is great!

Only issue we had was the $24.00 a day parking charge. Other than that our stay was perfect.

The service was excellent, but the room had a door to another room, which was locked, but I could hear the occupants of the adjoining room, and I'm sure they could hear me. The hotel should do a better job of insulating for sound.

Sabrina at the front desk was amazing! Check in was a breeze. Elevators were being worked on so there was some challenges, but we just increased our step counts. Great location

The hotel was great but two issues:
- there were no recycling bins in the room
- the checkout time of 10am too early for a family like us and the front desk were not flexible or even friendly discussing it.

Overall good and clean room. The elevators were very slow and malfunctioning which affected the experience. The vallet parking was unnessecary and expensive, would have been nice to have an alternative to park your own car instead. Even if the vallet parking service was good. Close to the strip which was nice.

Our first stay at the Towers and we would stay again. Very clean, comfortable and friendly workers and brought supplies to room very quickly. The only thing not so great were the elevators. They need some work

Nice, decently priced hotel on the strip. Elevators need some maintenance and my door wouldn’t close without scanning my card to move disengage the lock every time I left. Not the biggest deal, but just slightly annoying. Overall would stay here again. Stay was very friendly!

Great location and straightforward access for drop offs, Ubers, and taxi. Staff was kind and efficient. Room was lovely and having the balcony gave great views!!

I did not appreciate the shark concierge who traps you right after check out, when you are tired, hungry, need to use bathroom. I took the $40 no show charge because I fell for it just to get out of there. But it’s really uncalled for. I had to basically agree to everything to avoid a fight and get to my room.

Love our stay! This is not for the casino lovers. We loved the proximity to the strip but most of all how friendly all the staff was.

I didn’t like being bombarded as soon as we checked in a misled that we were going to pick up a “welcome kit” and it turned out to be a TIMESHARE! Not cool! This ruined our entire trip! We almost missed our show on Sunday bc they told us the presentation started at 10 am and it’s only 90-120 minutes! We were there more than 3 hours and had to beg to have a shuttle bus take us back to our hotel. It was just terrible not on Hotels.com but Hilton.

We had 7 of us with 3 rooms the only thing that I didn’t like was that we were all in different towers and I struggled to get to the other rooms I loved our room and everything was great staff was very friendly and helpful

Everything was fine, everyone was very helpful. The only issue we had was having to take 2 shuttles from and to the airport. Return process was easy and painless. The suv was fine except the exterior was dirty with lots of bugs on front of vehicle. The price was great which was the reason we went with Fox. I probably would use again but do more research on when’s the best time to leave as Sunday am was a mad house. good annd was $25 a day which I booked ahead of time, only issue was last day we left we text to get car and somehow it got missed so we had to wait over 30 minutes for our vehicle. Don’t understand what the resort fee of 31.75 a day got us. The Mini market was EXPENSIVE!

This is the first hotel in years that I didn’t have much to complain about. The only problem was the elevators. One wasn’t working and the other two were pretty slow. That would be my absolute only complaint. Valet was easy to use and ordering extra supplies even easier. I highly recommend staying here.

This place was perfect for my conference trip - as someone who doesn’t love Vegas. A quiet spot, clean, with coffee and a fridge! It was everything I wanted and needed in an otherwise chaotic place to visit.

A great place to stay if you want a one bedroom condo complete with kitchen, living room and bedroom for about $200. per night. There is some construction going on in this area however overall it was quiet and I would stay there again.

Nice location right next to the Strip. A pile of trash was left/forgotten next to our door but it didn't seem like a normal situation. The hotel wanted a $250 deposit which they have not yet returned (a week).
