I emailed several days ahead and when I got no response I called from England and spoke to the reception to request a late book in. I was assured that someone would be on the reception When I arrived with two small children, the hotel was closed, no one answered the buzzer or the phone, which I rang repeatedly. I had no where to stay and had to drive until 4am to find a hotel several hours from Dunkirk. I want to request a refund.

Well, just like all MacDonalds restaurants are the same in service and quality, you'd expect the same for Première Class hotels. Not here. Ridiculously hard to contact over the phone - tried more than ten times only to still not know when the latest check-in is, 9, 10 or 11pm? In the middle of the night the power went off (only in our room it seems), when reporting this in the morning, no apology and they did not even try to fix it! Ah well, what do you expect from a room where even the toilet roll holder is broken and the loo rolls are soaking wet on the bathroom sink. No première class for me anymore.

Room stank of cigarettes, made us feel sick. Bathroom door broken and wouldnt close, toilet seat broken. Reception manager nice and let us in after check in time.

Good 1 night stop when travelling from Manchester UK to Germany. Just about fit travel cot and pram in 3 person room, needs new bedding and needs updating but was clean enough and had everything we needed.

Very noisy outside with people talking right outside the windows of ground floor rooms. Room itself Not very clean and a bit smelly,but sheets and duvet were excellent and clean

The place needs a good clean/ updating. Fairly shabby but the price reflects this. Room was ok but it needs a good paint. Fairly peaceful.The breakfast ,not something to get excited about.

Cheap very basic and not that clean

I hated this hotel. If I could i would give it 0 stars. Unless you sre on a really really tight budget please dont book this hotel. Its dirty, its smelly, its dishusting. We had dead bugs in the room the bathroom was filthy. Water didnt drain out of the shower. No sosp or gel in the bathroom.

It was a very horrible experience for me. I paid for 8 days arrived there one day late and had to leave the next day because the environment was filthy.

There's basic and very basic. I'm used to Premier Classe, so I know what expect. But this was awful by their standards. Only one pillow, dirty, torn bedspread. Walls dirty, paint rubbed through. Think even PCcNdo better than this...

Very Very tired hotel. Upgrade desperately needed.WiFi didn't work, no toiletries, lighting something from the 18th. century (probably trying to save the planet) Sheets and towels clean.

The room was mediocre. It was OK for what I paid for it. The service was garbage. The guy only spoke French at a customer service position which is one thing but also when I would speak English and he would speak French he was getting mad because I couldn’t understand him. Naturally I couldn’t understand him because we were speaking different languages. Also one of the lights didn’t work in the room I told him about it he came in did try to change out the lightbulb which didn’t fix the problem so that was the end of it I just didn’t have that light for the rest of the trip. There was a chair in the shower which was nice because I am handicapped

Room was never cleaned, woman kept walking in while we was sleeping, breakfast was only one slice of bread maybe 2 if we was lucky. Staff were disrespectful. I’d rather sleep in my own car.

Small room, but lovely comfortable bed. Clean bed linen and towels, shower was very powerful and hot. For the price we paid couldn’t fault the room. Didn’t use the breakfast facilities as we took our own kettle. So can’t rate the breakfast.

I stayed 4 nights and 3 days; when I arrived they warned me that probably there would be no hot water that night, but at the end of my journey, two out of 4 nights without hot water. Some of the lamps does not have the bulb. The room is cold, there is an air conditioner and an useless heating; it is a little noisy, you can hear almost everything outside the room because is facing a road. The room was always clean. The breakfast was acceptable. The staff is friendly.

Toilet stained and to flush you have to put your hand into the broken cavity where a button used to be and work out how to twist it to flush. Shower would not drain resulting in flooding. Walls filthy with stains and scratches.The dirtiest heater Ive ever seen. Lights on walkways not working. TV worked and sheets were clean. You would be better off sleeping in your car. Disgusting.

The hotel is dirty the WiFi is no signal soon as you get far from resaption after break fast you can’t even have a tea or coffe or any drink or food till day after not recommended and even in a room no frige no coffe maker you should walk to shopping center near the hotel to get what you need even water and they got drink mashin witch is broke

Excellent value for money. Handy for ferry (15 mins). Staff very helpful and friendly. No frills but clean and tidy.

Conveniently placed near major routes, but nice and quiet

This hotel is suitable for nothing other than a one night stay. Its cheap and the bed isnt too bad however the rooms are tiny and the walls are thin. The bathroom is similar to what id expect in a caravan. Although the rooms are non smoking there were cigarette burns a plenty and a smell of smoke in our room. When we asked for another room we were given a can of febreze to spray the room lmao.Our stay was disturbed by neighbouring guests with 5 dogs in their room and later an unhappy guest who had been expelled shouting his displeasure at 2 in the morning and then sounding his car horn at 5.30am. Have no expectations and you wont be disappointed, better than sleeping in your car I suppose.
