I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. My only very slight "complaint" was that the cleaning solution or odor control substance was rather strong in the lobby and was apparent in the room but not as strong. The location was fantastic for attending the college game.

Property was clean and well kept. We asked to be moved to another floor because the room we were first given had a bunch of people running and screaming through the halls. Pool areas was nice but overly busy with guests hosting birthday parties. The WiFi was AWFUL! Couldn’t connect on some devices and the ones that could connect had very inconsistent service. The hotel staff were no help with the issue. Referred us to a 3rd party source.

Our stay was just average. It was a good price but I wouldn’t say the room was the cleanest I’ve seen. Staff was nice and welcoming.

Nice place to stay. We had trouble with our wifi both days of our stay. NICOLE went out of her way several times during and after our stay to make things right. I cannot say enough good things about her. Her demeanor and attitude to help take care of us went beyond expectations. She is a fantastic asset to your company. WE would definetly stay again

Pretty regular minimal breakfast. Good coffee!! Pool was small and the hot tub really didn’t work. Convenient place by highway.

Great hotel. Easy check-in. Gentleman at desk recommended a local restaurant for dinner. Very helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice amenities. Great breakfast choices. Pool was a bit cold and hot tub was lukewarm, but enjoyable.
Front desk staff in the morning wasn’t ever present but responded to bell on counter. Efficient, but everyone could use a bit more people skills.

Checking in was great. Staff was very helpful when the wifi connection wouldnt work. Checkout (early morning) wasn't as good, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Hot tub was great!

Very clean room. Breakfast was good with multiple choices of items. Nice fitness room that I used. I suggested to management that a safety tread be added to the bathtub floor since it was very slippery. Would stay here again.

I took my son here for his birthday. We were disappointed the water features weren’t working. This was the main reason I chose this hotel. He still had a great time. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. I’d give property another chance but will call before booking to make sure the water features are working.

The hotel room had some knicks and dings on the inside of the bathroom door and bathroom vanity. The beds were comfortable. Tasty breakfasts with lots of hot food choices. The pool area had a strong chemical smell the second night. The chlorine smell was so strong while we were sitting at the table beside the pool our eyes were watering. We could not open a window or door to the outside in the pool area so we had to take turns leaving the pool area to give our eyes a break.
