The entire place was dirty. Would not sit on couch in room due to stains, hair in bathtub and on bathroom floor, carpet and baseboards in halls were dirty. The clerk acted like he couldn't understand english when we complained. Expedia tried to reach hotel to refund money so we could change hotels but hotel would not answer their call. The bed was clean. Older hotels that need renovations do not bother me but when the hotel is dirty, that is another matter.

Although the staff was kind, the facilities were not clean at all and the area was not nice. Would not recommend staying here.

Nice place to sleep, but nothing else. TV lost signal and the night desk assistant did not seem to care. I know there is nothing they can do but I feel like I should have been compensated in some way. That is part of the amenities.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Toilet wasn't secured to floor so it rocked everytime it was used. The entire 2nd and 1st floors reeked of weed. 2 entire days of smelling like a family of skunks had moved in. Tobacco smoking isn't allowed but "pot" is??? Had to wait approximately 1/2 hour to be checked in as there wasn't anyone at the front desk and when he did come back the language barrier made it difficult to communicate. Pool wasn't available both visits.

Did not have pool as advertised also wasn’t allowed to use the dryer and washer aparently 8pm is to late to wash clothes.

Property was very dirty. Found garbage around the room I was staying and a dirty underwear tucked beneath the sink. The sofa in the sitting area is stained with dirt and very poor customer service.

Nice hotel, but no ice machines was working.

My stay was fine. However the room key kept getting deactivated ebery time i left the room and i found a roach my last night in the bathroom.

Cleanliness was very poor. Stains on the wall. The carpet at thr lobby was smelling bery badly. For breakfast when the bread was over they didnt have any more....that should be the basic that a hotel should keep.

Pool - Closed. Gym - Closed. Ice Machines - all broken except on the first floor. Breakfast - basically cereal. Toilet paper on the holder - nah, just put it on the counter. Locks working properly - nah, its 'better' if nothing locks. Garbage of an establishment, Would never have stayed had we'd known all the amenities were closed or broken.

Our stay was great. Everyone we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. This is a definite place we will stay again.

The car window glass in the parking lot did not give me a sense of security and the stairwell inside smelled of urine. The room was clean.

The saty was not good staff, yes, but as far as the property, the tv was faded and going out in my room, the sink kept taking long for water to go down, the room lights were dim, and the cleaning wasnt properly santize,also when u walk n the stair well is was a horrible stank smell as if somwone had pissed n the hall, for the sofe bed there were no extra blanket but a sheet amd no extra towels, when we asked. I wasn't please with my stay at all but the front (lady) staff was nice.

I was given the wrong room and the shower was broken. They gave me a larger room but the entire floor smelled of cigarettes. When I woke up I had several bites on me from bed bugs. Then in the morning while we are trying to get ready we had one maintenance man come and just randomly change the already working shower head. Next we had a cleaning lady straight walk in while my boyfriend was in a towel. Just completely unprofessional and down right dirty and disgusting. The lobby couch has a dark thick layer of dirt visible to the eye and touch. The indoor pool was closed and it appeared dirty and unkept as well. The breakfast thats provided is cold cereal and a waffle maker and some yogurt, thats it. The whole building didnt appear clean at all. The elevator was all busted up from the tiles and the wood panels on the walls.

The property/bedroom is really unclean. I would like to get my money back.

This hotel is half way updated and all the advertisement photos show the updated areas. The pool is not open, it is still being renovated. This is the main reason I chose this hotel. This hotel is in the hood, so be sure to lock your car. However, there are several excellent restaurants in the area that are exotic and cheap. The room smelled bad and the hallways smelled terrible. The windows in the room and the hallway can be opened, so the fresh air significantly improved the smell. The smell is primarily from people smoking in stairwells.

The shower head was broken, the sink was loose, only had one toilet paper, no blankets oh and the pool was closed. I took my kids away for spring break and that was disappointing. And when I check in the man was very disrespectful, he told me I talk to much.. I would never give this low review before.. otherwise the breakfast was okay and other things..

The location was really dirty, from the elevator to the grounds and the curtains in the room, the screens in the windows were torn almost completely out and the continental breakfast consisted only of a plain waffle and bread slices. No meat or eggs or fruit…the shower pressure was horrible but the toilet could suck a human body in it cause it was so strong.Nasty Diapers in the parking lot, outdated television that I couldn’t look at the whole weekend due to the screen being dark and faded without a halfway good pic. The entrance needed someone to put a little windex and a paper towel on it. I just will never stay here again.

The room and interior of building was for the most part cared for. The elevator floor was the main elevator and was visibly dirty our entire stay, 3 nights... same dirt and spills. We did not see any bed bugs or roaches as we read in Google reviews... you have to read those as well, not just Expedia's and search Google pictures from individuals. The pictures are quite deceiving otherwise. We learned the hard way. Outside there was trash across the property, the parking lot and grounds were trashed. The 2 VERY specific reasons for chosing this location was for the indoor pool, which was closed and as evident by the color of the water, it had been closed for long time (a well lit pond)... and the "breakfast"... do it yourself waffles and very hard boiled eggs EVERY morning. We chose it for those 2 amenities, knowing we would have to drive a little further to spend time with our family who live in the area... complete disappointment for the whole family especially my young son. As for staff, not one smiled or was approachable, not one person cared about how our stay was, clearly as no one asked. We left our initial feedback of our check-in and did not hear from anyone, specifically the manager, in regard to our disappointment. Quite honestly, we were booked and paid for 3 nights and were fearful to stir up any trouble/concerns as we feared retaliation.
