Everything was good.

Pool was temporarily closed so there went my surprise for my granddaughter.

Roaches in the room and pee stains all over.

The front desk clerk was super nice but upon walking Into the room is was extremely hot, the ac in our room was off, compared to our stay on 7/11 where they had the ac on to keep the room cool. Also there was no stopper for the bathroom and the tv did not work.

Upon arriving there was a rather large puddle of vomit in the driveway in front of the entry. After checking in and parking, we had to be certain to side step the mess as we were going in. My wife stopped by the desk and let the clerk know about the vomit and someone should hose it down. The clerk said, "Oh no, I don't do that!" After my wife suggested maybe another employee could do it, she said she's the only one on duty (it was about 11pm) and she'd have the manager clean it in the morning. When we checked out around 9am it was still there. Also, when we arrived we were welcomed by 4 guys drinking and hanging out by the entry. Great impression. As far as the room, it was ok. In the shower you needed to stand to the right because of how it was installed, we were not able to adjust it to the middle because it was the pipe itself not the shower head. Obviously, we will not be going back. Nor will the lady we met in the parking lot who was searching their website trying to find some way of contacting someone above the manager to address the vomit as no one was at the front desk.

This is a great hotel except for two things. It needs some minor maintenance, paint in the room and hallway carpet cleaning. Great staff. Pet friendly.

It was just a one night stay on our way to another place and it was wonderful and I would stay there again

We were visiting family. The hotel was mostly clean, but you had to struggle to get the shower to work and there were spots on shower wall where things had broken off and not been replaced. There were no kleenex in the box for that. Overall it was still a good stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, but it was very dark and it felt very humid. There were areas that needed some attention, like the scuffing on the doors and the broken frame to our entry door. The staff was great.

The hotel is very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great! The a/c was blowing hot air last night and it made for a very uncomfortable night of sleep for myself, husband, and son. In the morning we found out that it was set improperly and was remedied very quickly. The area is a bit run down with multiple buildings being renovated but we felt safe.

The inside of the hotel & in our room was clean. There was a lot of trash outside on the lawn, trash receptacles that were overflowing , other than that it was very nice. Thank you.

The suite was large and the bed comfortable, but there was very poor lighting in ALL rooms

My stay was very comfortable. The indoor jacuzzi was a major surprise and I loved it.

Room reserved wasnt cleaned properly. Criminal Trespassing was placed on me and I wasn't breaking and laws

This staff is horrible. From the checking on, to the purchase of buying a coke at the front desk, to the checking out. All different employees but all unprofessional. No welcome, no thank you, no asking how was your stay, no looking at your eyes. These employees do not make you feel like returning.

Noice stay

I always stay here on my way back East. The hotel is fantastic. The staff are nice, the breakfast is great, the rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable.

You can can hear noise from other rooms

I read prior reviews about the elevator not working also the ac not really getting cold. Elevators was working when I stayed, ac didn’t get as cold as I would like but it was doable. It was clean and great attitude from the employee. I would recommend.

Me and my boyfriend spent 100 something to swim with the kids which was the whole reason we got a room we got there late and we've got other rooms there before and the pool was open past 12:00 we got there at 9:48 they closed pulled down right at 10 something so we asked for a refund and she told us we would have to take that up with the manager so we offered to leave and not even spend the night there and the lady at the front desk was rude she was rude to the people before us even the people before us was apologizing for how rude she was to them and then we woke up around 8:00 and asked if she could open the pool and she said no the pool opens at 10 and check out is 11:00 there was no reason for us to even get the hotel room if we couldn't swim and she told us to check out right then and then proceeded to call the cops and now my boyfriend is now CT from there all because we wanted to go swimming we basically paid a hundred to swim for 30 minutes and then she pretty much wasn't going to let us swim in the morning either the night shift lady at the front desk said that

I live this place

No drain plug for bathtub, hardly any water coming out shower head, no soap. Elevator broken. No accommodations on first floor for a person with a bad hip so we were put on third floor. Very hard trip up 3 flights of stairs.
