Reserved a King room but we had to take Queen due to overbooking. However no reduction in price

Pool was dirty and it was closed

when we arrived our room was not cleaned! It had dirty sheets and towels but the front dest gentleman Devon changed the bed and cleaned the bathroom for us and made it clean, then the next day our room was not cleaned again and all I asked was for clean towels and wash cloths

Check in Person seemed to have an issue with giving us a second key to our room. He said to come back in a little while because he didn’t have any other ones. When I went back to get the key I stood there for about 10mins and had to yell. I could hear him and others in the back laughing and talking. The morning of check out we said to the lady about only having one room key. She told us they had many boxes of them and there was no reason we should have only been able to get one key

The hotel bed was comfortable but the tv service was losing signal often. The website also shows photos of a pool as an amenity and it was the reason we decided to book this hotel for our stay however the pool is actually out of order so please keep this in mind if you have kids who are looking forward to get into a pool during their stay. The ice machine also didn’t work.

Nice hotel amid a small town

Being one of the only hotels in the areas the rates for the room were greedily high. The room was comfortable, but the toilet seat was broken. I asked someone at the front desk about it and she said someone would come to fix it but no one ever did. When we went to check out the clerk seemed more interested in vaping than customer service.

Pool closed with no mention at booking. Entrance door from parking lot not working with key card so proper open staircase door!

I didn't want to use it, but from my room, I could see it was pea-green and probably unfit for mosquitoes to breed in! I should have taken a picture!

The hotel is not prepared for the summer. The pool wasn't working and we were not informed about it before arrival. The breakfast was very poor and when we needed clean towels we were informed that there are no towels available and it will talk an hour and a half to get new towels.

Low water pressure, shower needs updating

A/C in first room did not work and the front desk was wonderful at switching me to another room. HOOKS PLEASE! I don’t know why hotels don’t have hooks in the bathrooms. There was one in the back of the door but if you’re trying to hang up multiple towels and have a hanging toilet kit it is very inconvenient. This seems to be a problem at many places these days… The weekend was VERY hot so it was wonderful to have place to land that was cool and quiet!

The staff were very friendly. The pool was closed though while we were there and that was a big want. Otherwise no issues

The night time desk clerk went out of her way to be helpful and courteous. Room was clean. The microwave and fridge were convenient. Several choices on the free breakfast buffet. Location was close to stores and the college. Unfortunately the pool was closed. The mattresses need to be replaced.

If I can I will share photos. I question if our 2 queen bed “suite” was cleaned before we were checked in at 7:30pm. There was some type of spill stain on the floor of the bathroom's which easily came up when I wiped it with moist paper. What looks like black mold in the seam of the tub & something on the floor of the tub/shower. Looked like black streaks. There was a stain on the carpet near the bed, not sure if carpet was vacuumed before we came in. Overall the place smelled bad, (reception & stairwell) - room smelled bad! I wonder if they train cleaners AT ALL!! We stayed ONE NIGHT and In was concerned bit my family told me to just “deal with it” cause it was only one night. Our stay was JUST GROSS, but there is no completion there so I guess they can cut corners. OH - The advertised pool WAS CLOSED on Memorial Day weekend, the start of summer. We were so disappointed. The staff said it was because they were “waiting to be cleared by health department” yeah, here’s a tip owners - start that process in MARCH so you’re ready for summer opening weekend! I completely over spent for this hotel, not as advertised and DIRTY/GROSS!! Bring cleaning supplies everyone OR check in early and MAKE THEM CLEAN YOUR ROOM while you stand there and watch. Ugh… GOOD LUCK!

The bar soap was unwrapped and used There was water around the sink Mysterious stain on floor I called ahead and said I was allergic to feather in pillows and blankets, they said it wasn’t a problem, but the number was a hotline or something— their pillows and blankets only had feather—- I had to use towels as pillows and now have to go to the doctor bc I pulled my neck after two nights without a pillow.

I had to cancel my visit several days prior to our planned trip. I requested a refund from Expedia. They said it was up to the hotel. I spoke to the hotel, they said they had to comply with Expedia policy. Both Expedia and Comfort Inn pointed fingers at each other as an excuse to not refund our reservation. In the end they both took their cut and we got nothing refunded. Don't ever use this service.

The onsite manager was very helpful. The staff was very nice.

Everything was great

The hotel was clean and well-organized, the room was perfect and as-described when I made the reservation and the service was great. No problems at all. We would stay here again.

We arrived late but the lady at the front desk was so nice. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. We didn’t get to heave breakfast due to heading home but we really enjoyed our short stay and plan to come back.

Not great overall. Air-conditioning was broken in my room, making her very uncomfortable sleep had to go to the front desk a couple of times, and the staff was unavailable for 10+ minutes each time this is the only property in the area with decent reviews, as my stay was awful, and I would never recommend.

Check in was great and room was clean, the issue was that they were short staffed and no one ever came to clean our room. No effort was made to at least remove trash. We were there from Friday night through Tuesday morning. We used a Do Not Disturb sign once on Saturday around 5pm. So no excuse not have had the rooms cleaned. I was able to speak to a cleaning person and they had no time aside from leaving soaps, clean towels and toilet paper after requesting them. That was on Sunday. Walls are thin you can hear the guests in the other rooms. Very basic motel vibe.

Super nice and friendly front desk staff. The room was very clean and spacious (suite). I’ve had less than positive experiences at other Comfort Inns, but this one is the exception. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Clean & comfy. Noisy: automatic doors shutting with a bang. Outside doors not shutting completely. Great breakfast food & staff.
