Room was modern and very comfortable.Excellent reception staff and check in process. Nice view of the coastline in the distance. More attention could be paid to cleaning the bathroom as around the shower and bath hardware had a lot of soap residue and other dirt. Room service menu wasn’t accurate and the eventual chosen evening meal was reminiscent of a school dinner.

The hotel, staff and accommodation is excellent and though convenient to my place of work, it has limited options for an evening stroll to nearby shops and restaurants

The staff were excellent, the room was quiet, the children who were there for the basketball competition were extremely hungry and one young basketballer even serenaded everyone with a morning piano piece.

Restaurant very poor, room windows allow road noise in. Duringvmy stay there was a power cut and 36 hoirs later some services are still not back on line. I will not be staying here again.

Paid for breakfast without realising that flight was in the morning, one was flying out another missed breakfast and got no refund althought staff thought they were being helpful by calling in manager on request to have linch instead he them said breakfast isnt transferable to lunch and they can not issue out a refund. Thats when i asked about a discount and was given a business card and told to email next time i decide to stay at the hotel again, which is when i then asked how he will know its me and he said he'll tell by email and he'll remember. Would of rather had refubd or had lunch instead. Mind u that 2 x 12euro thats 24euros

Great spot no too far from airport. Great service

Room had a double and 2 singles, the all important AC, and an elevator in the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean, and the shower had great power! Only improvement would be to have a drain plug that came up a little higher so it could keep up with the power of the shower and drain faster instead of pooling around the ankles. Nice that check out is noon, especially as we stayed here our first night and were still getting over the jetlag the next morning. Didn't get up in time to try the breakfast, but that's ok. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms. Must also give kuddos to whatever sports team pulled up at the same time as we did. I was worried they would be a noisy bunch, but never heard them, and when passed them during check in, the were all polite and well behaved young men. Good job parents and coaches! So different from past experiences back home in the US. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel. Staff are amazing. Very busy hotel with a lot of activity going on which we loved. An issue we had was dealt with promptly and we were recompensed over and above what we would have expected. Good for you city north. We will be happy to return

Only one elevator was working and it took a very long time to catch it. Fan did not work in the bathroom, making it impossible to air out the room. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff very friendly and food was great

We had quite the interesting stay - the bathroom lock in our room broke, with my husband inside. Three staff members came promptly, were determined to get him out, and were very nice while they worked on the problem. I have no doubt that the lock malfunction was not due to any maintenance issue, but was just one of those things. Many thanks to all of those staff members, plus the one working the front desk who dispatched them and the day manager the next morning who made it right. I would definitely stay again because of them. And breakfast was delicious.

Hotel is fine however not near anything else. All was ok however a very rowdy bunch outside the hotel caroused all night and pretty much kept everyone awake. I don’t think they were asked once to keep it down. Fine if you in to sleep and leave as ok for airport.

The hotel was pleasant but not exceptional. The exterior of the hotel could use some minor renovations. The front desk receptionist I spoke with when checking in had no personality and was not friendly. The restaurant was very lively and the waiters/waitresses were attentive, but the food was mediocre. I ordered a Bailey’s coffee and it took 3 attempts for them to finally prepare it correctly. Our original waitress I placed the drink order with prepared me an Irish Coffee (which uses whiskey), instead of the Bailey’s one I asked for. We flagged down a supervisor and requested it be remade; she admitted that the drink did not look correct as well. It took 2 more attempts of remaking to receive the correct drink. I ordered a burger meal, which the patty was absolutely flavorless and the fries had no seasoning at all. I had to flag another waitress down to request sauces. There were no sauces on the tables and when they take your order, they do not bother to ask if you need any nor do they offer any napkins; we had to ask. My fiancé ordered a pizza which was primarily thick greasy cheese and hardly any sauce, it was like just eating straight cheese. My mother ordered the seafood chowder, which was all seafood chunks and almost no soup.

I have stayed here a few times because it is very affordable and the rooms are very nice. It is a bit north of Dublin but you can use a rental car or bus into the city center. It is a great place to go to DUB airport.

Very nice will definitely stay again

Great hotel for a family stay. Movie room for the kids where movies played at set times. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, but not the greatest. For the bacon you'll need very strong teeth. Coffee and tea is in urns, great if you like a very strong cup of tea. However, upon request a fresh cup will be made. All in all would definitely return.

Breakfast was a let down advice the team to sharpen up on service delivery if your not doing a buffet service then wow with full service there was enough staff to deliver great service if focused paid bill and not thanked for my stay its the little things room lovely shame about the wow

Great place to stay when arriving to Dublin - just 20 minutes from the airport but it's just far enough to get out of thetraffic and stay in a very friendly place

Good location - accommodated a late check in

This hotel could not be found by my iPhone resulting in an hour of running back and forth on M1, paying tolls, and having to guess at back roads to ever find it. My iPhone found the smallest restaurants and inns in Italy and Portugal. The locked entry, exit gate is a real guest pleaser

The initial check in was just average, the lady at the desk was just doing her job. She showed no enthusiasm for new arrivals.
